I have placed an order with you recently. The order number is #[protected] for a pair of Socofy cliptoe beach sandals in blue size 3.5. I then received an email to let me know they were out of stock. There wasn't a date to let me know when I might receive the sandals. I have tried to send a couple of email to your customer service dept but the emails just bounce back telling me the address cannot be found. Please could you let me know what is happening with this order. I would still like to receive the sandals if possible. I am sorry I have had to come through the complaints dept as I have never had problems with newchic before. But, I couldn't find any other way to contact you with my query. Please could you let me know asap.

On 5/30/2017 I placed my first order to New Chic for a LED painting, and for three paint by number paintings. The LED painting came in a separate bag than the paint by numbers.Date: [protected]:31:21 Order:NO.[protected] Shipping Fee:US$11.98 Total:US$30.99

New Chic has refunded the $15.67 for the LED painting that did not work, but has never refunded my additional $30.99 for the paint by numbers. Those arrived with holes in them, wrinkled and not as described. Two of the three were advertised as framed (stretched canvas on a frame) but were not. I sent photos to the company as requested and
I have emailed back and forth with Vivian only to receive that they have refunded $15.67 Paypal. I have requested over and over for the remaining balance, as I full I am due a full refund when they are such poor quality! Please advise, I am so disappointed and frustrated with this company not doing what they should!

What about the refund for the paint by numbers that had holes in the canvas, two were to be framed and were not, and they were so wrinkled and in bad condition when I received them? Below is a copy of the order:

I received an email that you are supposed to refund the remaining $30.99 that you did NOT refund for the paint by numbers, the total order was over $46.00 and I only get $15 back? but the email that said the remaining $30.99 said something that a package was arriving in the mail and I just want a refund PLEASE for the $30.99 I am OWED! I ordered a pair of orange soft leather shoes for 15.65. I charged my credit card and the money was given to NewChic. I read the complaints and I wish I hadn't bought from them. They are a scam! Please give back the money to my credit card before I contact the BBB. NewChics is a shoe store advertising on the internet on "Pinterest". There is a website NewChic and several types, colors and sizes are available. The shoes I was referring to is on that page with the price of $15.65. I tried to find an address, city and also a customer service for NewChic. None found.

I wish that I had read the reviews prior to ordering from this company. Do not order from this company. Please do not. I ordered three items - they took my money straight away and then seven days later never processed the order. I went onto their livechat and was appalled by the response. I asked for a refund three times and three times the woman ignored me before saying she could split the order and send some of the items which were in stock - after saying they were all out of stock. I said no.
I asked her on three occasions if the company was a fraudulent company. Three times she refused to answer me. I have complete proof of the conversation which I will be happy to post on this site.
If you want to order from newchic then by all means do so. Do not expect to receive anything in the post. Do not expect to get a refund. Do not expect them to resolve anything via their live chat. If you are having problems with them, do what I have now had to do which is go to paypal to try and get a refund.
I am doubting that the positive reviews on this review site are genuine.
What makes me think they are not is that newchic advertise their products even when they are out of stock so they induce you to buy things they know that they do not have rather than removing the items. That is what leaves me highly suspicious of this company.
As for their response to my review. I am not interested in it. I am not interested in anything that they have to say, or any excuse they have to offer. I am telling the truth and no one is going to be able to say otherwise - especially when I have the proof of what has transpired. I would advise all customers experiencing problems with this company to retain proof of every single conversation you have with them whether it is by livechat, email, etc. You will need this if you go to paypal to sort out your refund and you will also need it when they try to insist they have done nothing wrong!

I ordered 2 pairs of chic sandals in June. I have not received the sandals but it is charged to my credit card. Please cancel the order and credit my account. my order was to be shipped to Topeka, Kansas. I want you to cancel the order and credit my account. I need to make this complaint 350 words long but that is my only complaint. Please attend to this matter immediately. Thank you.

I made an order for two clothing items at the beginning of June, and by the middle of June had neither received or heard any update of their whereabouts or that they were being shopped.
I received an email at the end of June telling me the items were out of stock, but would be back in stock by July 7th and shipped to me immediately. As I had waited so long already I thought I would hold back on asking for a refund, faithful my items would be sent.

Ive checked the status of my order with my tracking number, which says no more than 'being processed'.

This is my 4th attempt to find out what has happened to my order! Ordered & Paid for 17 May $27.56 for the shoes plus $9.35 for shipping & HandlingI Delivery date 6 June. I have been trying to get a refund and three times in a row they keep emailiNg me to measure my feet for proper size. I have explained from the beginning it was not the size not the size but t he improper design that was an ill fit. I have been told they would provide me with a n address. Ont the 17 May I ordered a pair of Rainbow colourful Striper mesh shoes, Paid for them the same day, paid Shipping & Handling of 9.35 Total $36.91. Delivery date was to be 6 June

I ordered 3 bras from Newchic on 5/8/17 and received conformation email of the order that day. The order number I received was #[protected]. The price of each bra was $14.00 and the total billed to my credit card was $46.54. I did receive 1 bra last month but have not gotten the other 2 bras. I checked my credit card bill this month and the $46.54 was paid to this company. I would like to request a refund for the items that I did not receive please.

Product ordered on May 23 and money deducted immediately from my PayPal account. As of today June 8, 2017 I have received no product, no order confirmation, no shipping information, no tracking, no communication about delays or canceled order... nothing!

Taking people's money and not returning goods and services as promised is illegal. I have emailed the two addresses provided to me for customer service and am awaiting some sort of response in the next 24 hours otherwise I will be reporting this to the authorities as a theft.
