I have placed an order with you recently. The order number is #[protected] for a pair of Socofy cliptoe beach sandals in blue size 3.5. I then received an email to let me know they were out of stock. There wasn't a date to let me know when I might receive the sandals. I have tried to send a couple of email to your customer service dept but the emails just bounce back telling me the address cannot be found. Please could you let me know what is happening with this order. I would still like to receive the sandals if possible. I am sorry I have had to come through the complaints dept as I have never had problems with newchic before. But, I couldn't find any other way to contact you with my query. Please could you let me know asap.

I ordered a pair of orange soft leather shoes for 15.65. I charged my credit card and the money was given to NewChic. I read the complaints and I wish I hadn't bought from them. They are a scam! Please give back the money to my credit card before I contact the BBB. NewChics is a shoe store advertising on the internet on "Pinterest". There is a website NewChic and several types, colors and sizes are available. The shoes I was referring to is on that page with the price of $15.65. I tried to find an address, city and also a customer service for NewChic. None found.
I do not know what more I could say but the NewChic shoes store is on the internet being advertised on Pinterest. Within their website the same pair of shoes were displayed of being $15.65. My credit card "Wells Fargo" shows the transaction. I did try for a customer service department but could not find anyone to talk to. Again the transaction took place on 7/17/17. Over the internet.
I thought I was buying a pair of NewChic shoes on line. My credit card showed the transaction on 7/17/17. NewChic took my money but no shoes. No confirmation #, no tracking #, no response from site to give thanks for purchasing. I realize it has been 4 days only but the complaints I read should have stopped me from the beginning. I wish that I had read the reviews prior to ordering from this company. Do not order from this company. Please do not. I ordered three items - they took my money straight away and then seven days later never processed the order. I went onto their livechat and was appalled by the response. I asked for a refund three times and three times the woman ignored me before saying she could split the order and send some of the items which were in stock - after saying they were all out of stock. I said no.
I asked her on three occasions if the company was a fraudulent company. Three times she refused to answer me. I have complete proof of the conversation which I will be happy to post on this site.
If you want to order from newchic then by all means do so. Do not expect to receive anything in the post. Do not expect to get a refund. Do not expect them to resolve anything via their live chat. If you are having problems with them, do what I have now had to do which is go to paypal to try and get a refund.
I am doubting that the positive reviews on this review site are genuine.
What makes me think they are not is that newchic advertise their products even when they are out of stock so they induce you to buy things they know that they do not have rather than removing the items. That is what leaves me highly suspicious of this company.
As for their response to my review. I am not interested in it. I am not interested in anything that they have to say, or any excuse they have to offer. I am telling the truth and no one is going to be able to say otherwise - especially when I have the proof of what has transpired. I would advise all customers experiencing problems with this company to retain proof of every single conversation you have with them whether it is by livechat, email, etc. You will need this if you go to paypal to sort out your refund and you will also need it when they try to insist they have done nothing wrong!

I made an order for two clothing items at the beginning of June, and by the middle of June had neither received or heard any update of their whereabouts or that they were being shopped.
I received an email at the end of June telling me the items were out of stock, but would be back in stock by July 7th and shipped to me immediately. As I had waited so long already I thought I would hold back on asking for a refund, faithful my items would be sent.
