I sent an email 4 days ago and nobody has had the decency to contact me or respond or explain ever since placing my order in April.
I placed an order on 16 April 2017 and it was shipped on the 25 April 2017. I need information and assistance in tracking my parcel that was last updated on 11 March at 10:17am to be out for delivery with Echo. It is now June and I have had no update nor has one gotten back to me with regards to my parcel. It should have been delivered already, worse because there's absolutely NO UPDATE FOR APRIL AND MAY!

Don't tell me to liaise with the carrier or courier company because I've sent them the exact same email. Should this issue not be resolved and should I not have my bag by next week 9 June 2017, I want a refund and cancellation of my order. You can't tell me it takes 2 months for no update on order status. Even the dates don't make sense if order was placed in April but carrier shows March.

The shoes that I have ordered came 1 size too big and after long back and force with requests to send to photograph shoes email photo back to them- silence for 4 weeks.I only wanted to exchange for a proper size. I had to involve PayPal in order to resolve it. Now is a tricky part- PayPal will refund money and I have to send shoes back to China. Cost of the shipping is as much as cost of the shoes.

I order four pairs of shoes and mini backpack which was just delivered to me. Three weeks ago I received a message saying that they did not have what I orders. I paid extra for "expedited delivery" and then waited nearly a month for the item to arrive. When the item finally arrived I discovered that it was a fake/knockoff item and moreover it was second hand. Most of the lining was ripped and torn away from the jacket, it was covered in scuff marks and the shape was not as indicated on the site, ie - it's been stretched out of shape out of prior use. NewChic refused to acknowledge any responsibility. After I contacted them, they waited over 14 days to reply to me and then in their reply stated "Sorry you've gone over the 14 days in which you're allowed to raise any issues"
I'm in the middle of trying to rectify the issue with PayPal, but they're expecting me to pay for the return delivery myself, which is £40. Meaning that the amount I'd have left over from my refund would be meaningless. Avoid at all costs!

It states my package should arrive Between 7-20 days but it has been over 60. I've reported this to Newchic customer service and there have been no solutions offered. If this problem is not sorted out i will be forced to report this website for fraudulent activities, and vouch to have it removed from app stores for their illegal scamming and businesses.

I placed my order of February 12 2017. Shipping stated up to 20 days. I have tried neumerous times to check tracking but it is always down with an error. I have tried the online chat but it states its for pre-orders as does the contact us area. There is no contact infor for those who have an issue with an order. But here it is April 3rd and i still have not received it and with no email or communication to explain to me why. If i dont receive it by end of this week I'll be seeking a refund!

NewChic took 29.00 dollars out of my checking account for a pair of sneakers that they never sent me. They also never sent me a receipt via e-mail or any other way even though they required my email address to make the purchase. When I tried to find their contact information, it was incredibly lacking. No phone number, no email address. Nothing. I've also seen numerous other complaints about this faux company. The only evidence I have that I purchased these is my online checking account that recorded that NewChic withdrew 29.00 dollars out. Never will I order from here again.

Received a pair of slip on sneakers, SKU532228, when they arrived they were squashed as they had been despatched in a bag from China (not a good idea), and they were covered in untrimmed cotton threads. Totally unacceptable quality. I emailed you and got a reply telling me to use scissors to finish the shoes!
