First of all, I ordered because they had all 5 star reviews but it's clear to me now they are fake. There are only 8 of them plus after I submitted my 1 star rating, it was not posted!
The bra itself was terrible quality, we ordered a size 40C and it was way too small. Too small for my daughter who wears 36C!

If the problem was with size, however, that's not a problem with quality. Cup size is always tricky. Every brand designs the cups differently. You can be a C cup in one brand and D or even DD in other brands.

I ordered this bag several weeks ago only to find that it was scheduled to go to a different address than the one that was given. I sent an e-mail over a week ago and have received no response. Today I waited in que for an online chat. The customer representative, Sky, was unhelpful, did not answer my questions, and eventually cut the connection.
Sending the order to the wrong address was entirely Newchic's fault. The package is lost. Please refund my money in full immediately.

I order 3 products but never received them
I placed an order for 3 mickey mouse shaped pursues on Dec 10th. I was charged right away and received a confirmation stating that my items had been shipped out and would arrive in 7-10 business days. Its now Jan 6th and I still have not received anything! I tried to contact customer support varies times and wrote several emails, no response was ever received. Their phone contact never goes through and at this point I thinking this site is a scam! Ill never purchase from them again and will continue to write bad reviews.

Purchased some bras from this company. They are poorly made and only about half of the U.S. size they were supposed to match, so don't even come close to fitting. All packing information is in Chinese, so unable to read or verify any of it. Although I explained all of this courteously to the company, they would not do anything except tell me to send them back to China at my own expense, then they would decide if they would refund or replace. At least the bras were inexpensive, but the product and the service reflect this--I guess you get what you pay for, especially from this company. I have bought things online from all over the world and have NEVER had this problem with another company. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT purchase form thsi company!

I had added a number of items to my "Bag" (Shopping Cart) and a message appeared stating "Order €3.71 more to receive €21.91 discount". I added an item worth €3.77 but the discount was not reflected in my final total. When I contacted customer service via Live Chat, I received no solution to the issue of false discount advertising and was told there was nothing they could do. I was advised to contact an email address who would then refer to the "seller". I thought NewChic was the seller. Discounts advertised if you purchase more but these discounts are not honoured and there is no solution other than "Sorry for the inconvenience". Very disappointing! I will be looking elsewhere to spend my money!

I was on a chat with one of your people and she "camping" was her name. She told me I would get an email in 24hours. It has been that time and I haven't received one yet? I received a moon lamp for Christmas and it didn't have a usb cord for chargeing. I looked at all my cords to see if I hsd one that would fit. I found one and plugged it in it came on, then about 2or3 minutes it turned off and it hasn't worked since. So my compliant is I have a moon lamp that did not come with a charging cord and doesn't seem to work at all. I have bought things from, new chic before and haven't had any problems. Camping said she couldn't help me but I will get an email today. It has been 24 hours and still no email. I recently (November 11, 2017) purchased a pair of shoes from this Chinese Company. They arrived about 6 weeks later after I was immediately billed for $39.74. They are extremely poorly made and arrived damaged. I emailed a picture to customer service and was told to keep them and they would issue a $15.00 credit. I told them again they were damaged and send me a return label, I do not want them.I am now fighting with them for a credit and will file a dispute with my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Newchic are thieves! I placed an order 46 working days ago (on 24 August 2018) as was told I would receive it between 7 and 35 working days. I have contacted their online support chat twice and nobody can help. They keep saying it’s been shipped. I have been waiting 44 business days!
