NewChic gloves

I ordered 3 pair of gloves for my grandsons .I used the size chart provided by newchic and ordered size medium mens and the chart measured 8.5 inches around the palm to be medium. I received the gloves and they measure maybe 6 inches around the palm.from looking at the gloves I received I should have ordered at least a large or extra large. They may have fit. I was impressedwith the quality of the gloves but after waiting for their arrival, ordered on nov.14th rec. On Dec. 16th. Too late to exchange before Xmas and it saddens me because NewChics quality of service. My name is Tony Maynard 16361 clay county hwy. Red Boiling SpringsTennessee37150. NewChic ordered coat

I ordered a coat from Newchic order number [protected], received a message of I sufficient stock, yet again, I had the same problem from New Chic last year with a coat I had ordered, so am not happy at all, they 're t a form advising me with a button to press to say cancel or wait, but I cannot access it, and cannot contact New Chic to cancel my order yet again, they shouldn't advertise the coat if they don't have any to sell in my view, but my name is

NewChic attempted to return products

I ordered 8 bras following the size conversion chart precisely. None fit. I inquired about returning them and was told there is NO return policy. What I read on the website said if the product was not defective or the incorrect item that the shipping would need to be paid by me if I was returning. I initiated a chat asking if I could get a estimate on return shipping and was told that there was NO RETURN POLICY. This company is a fraud!

NewChic cap not delivered.

Order# [protected] SKU487766. I placed my order on November 11th 2017. I have not received my order as yet. Why has it taken so long? I would think customer satisfaction would be a priority on your list. I was thinking of ordering more items from your web site. (Consider this a test run) Your delivery time is way too long. I guess I will be shopping elsewhere.

I purchased this item on November 11th 2017 and have not received it as yet. I know it take 20 business days excluding weekend and holidays. Why is it taking so long. Did you lose my order or misplaced it?

NewChic non-receipt of item ordered

I placed an order for a pair of Men's casual slip in shoes with non slip soles on 11/27/17. $33.00 was deducted from my bank account-As of today, 12/15/17, I still have not received them, and they were intended to be a Christmas gift! While your website alerts to production issues, it has still been 4 weeks and no shoes. Please advise how you choose to rectify this situation.

NewChic new shoe order.

On 11/9/2017 I ordered a pair of shoes 👞 Oder #[protected]. On 11/11/2017 I received an email stating you ran out of that shoe and offered me a refund or I can wait until they come in. I emailed back and stated I would still like to get the shoes. I checked in my account and found my account says I have not ordered anything and shows nothing about the shoes. I was told you were expecting delivery to you on 11/20/2017, I said that was fine I still want the shoes. Just what is the status on my order? I have charged my shoes on my Visa card. What is the status of my order?

NewChic shoes I ordered were damaged and wrong size

To Whom It May Concern:

I received my package on Thursday November 2 and was not happy, the seams where the label showing the size on the left of the tongue flap is coming apart on both shoes. The shoes don't fit, I ordered a size 8 in U.S. and I measured the shoe and it appears to be a size 7 U.S. Also, there is no return label. Now I have to fine a box and spend additional money for a return shipment. I am very displeased with your services at this point. I would like to know what your company plans on doing about a refund or sending me some shoes that fit and are not torn. My biggest problem with your company, is that you don't disclose any information when ordering items; for an example when ordering shoes you need to up one size larger then what you ordered, it doesn't state that these items are coming from another country such as China, I didn't find out about these clauses until I returned to the site and started reading about your company. I think that your company misleads the customers and not honest in your advertising products. As I stated in my first e-mail to your company, if this order is not corrected I will contact family and friends not to use your services and notify the BBB. Order#[protected]. This is the original e-mail . I have sent out at least 5 e-mail and the latest email I sent out I haven't gotten a response.

This email was sent out on Nov 27, 2017, I'm sending this again, I would appreciate your immediate response. I am now dealing with a 2 month period when I still have not been satisfied with your company's lack of concern for a customer. I hope this is not how you do business. Either return my money or send a size 9 shoe.

This complaint is spot on. This company is labeling shoes one size too small. I tried a live chat with a costumer care representative who continued to insist on proof that the shoe was the wrong size. Then also insisted that since I ordered a 10.5 it was my mistake. "Sorry about that".I sent four pictures as proof and to illustrate a US size 10.5 is much larger than what they claim their is. Then she wrote "I can see clearly, please send a clearer picture". NewChic clearly has no intention of correcting their mistake. And besides, there is no way I am going to pay to ship back to Hong Kong. A dishonest company that won't last long. I wish there was a more powerful way to let the world know they are not worth shopping with. How about us all notifying AOL that their company is not honest or a good company to advertise on AOL!

NewChic chance of the boots

I have received three pairs of shoes with the wrong size. I have used the table of the sizes on the site, which was wrong (the coordination with the Russian sizes). Already three weeks the service center (Angel and Morris) writes me completely inadequate letters, repeating the phrases that do not mean anything or repeating the questions I have answered already. I use internet shops frequently, and this is for the first time that I meet such awful service, which is below any critics. Their aim -- is not to work and to force the customer to refuse from his problem. I repeat, the table of the size was wrong. They have corrected it after my complain, I have a print screen of the previous, as I knew they will try to hide this mistake, but they don;t want to pay for the return and for the delivery. It was not my mistake.

NewChic new chic

I ordered a pair of boots on 9/29/17 and expected them within 21 days. On 10/30/17 I received an email stating the boots i ordered were on back order. Well they arrived today. I was so excited as they were a Christmas gift purchase for my daughter. I opened the package to discover I received two boots, each entirely different styles, different sizes AND different colors. They immediately offered me a refund and was told it would occur within 48-72 hours. Didnt even offer to send the correct item UNBELIEVABLE!

NewChic payments and missing refunds - mens outdoor jackets and loafer shoes too small in size - do not meet eu standard sizes at all!

Dear Customer Service Persons,

I'm totally unhapy with the inivoicng and refound should be commited to refounded to my n e w OP Bank - Finland account.

Please, note that You should not use the Credit Card Number, which I have earlier used for my payments to You as my Bank adviced me to 'cut down' my previous Card and close my old Credit Card soonest after we realized Your or Your 'Fanny Bank' taking double payments from my Account!
The O-Bank warned me seriously about 'danger of fraud in this case'!

These are the fact bookings taken from my Account:

1. Refound done by' Paytrail' at October 7.. for EUR 67, 71 - Thank You for that!
As wel as I can undrstand this amouth of money sended back to me the eaelier 'falsh booked' bookings of...

NewChic boots

I bought a pair of black boots from your company. I really liked them when they arrived and they fitted well. first day I wore them was yesterday and the sole has split from the boot at the toe see attached picture of the boot ordered and split boot.

NewChic order not received 2 weeks post shipping

I Ordered 2 pairs of shoes Oct. 22, 2017.Order # [protected]. I have NOT received the order up to. now, 11-14-17. Paid for by credit card in the amount of $ 78.84 . I Ordered 2 pairs of sneakers, one for me and one to be given as a gift. Colored blue and gray. Paid for priority shipping approximately $ 21.00.
Its been 2 weeks now since them shipping the goods and I have Not received the shoes. mail. Is this what you mean by priority mail ? When will I receive them, Please abswer me and enlighten me!

NewChic I have not received my order

I ordered item #SKU-4658 and it was shipped 10/13/2017. It ordered the "suede pure color slip on stitching flat soft shoes". I have not recieved them yet. Today's date 4th of November. Would you please let me know if the shipment has shipped. If the shipment has been returned to you. OR If not, then about when should I expect to recieve them. Thank you for your help.
