I went to Norm Reeves Hyundai for an oil change on May 6. But on May 8 at around 6pm, I saw all the oil under my car. I checked the dipstick and it was empty. All the oil had leaked out of my car. I called several times between 9am and 10:30am on May 10, but nobody answered or called me back. It was a terrible experience and I won't trust this business with my car again. They can't even do a simple oil change without ruining cars.

The battery died just a few days later, and I had to buy a new one. Then an outside mechanic had to replace the oxygen sensor, which cost me over 900 bucks. And now the worst part is that the catalyst converter needs to be fixed, which will cost me over***. It won't even pass the smog test next year! These people are terrible! They knew the car was in bad shape and rigged the check engine light. I bought the car as is, but I want to complain about it. Please help me resolve this issue or at least let others know about my experience.
