This is RIDICULOUS!
What's going on with Office Depot?
My reward credits are not posting to my account as they should.
I have to follow up and keep chasing reward credits which I have been told it's a system issue.., BS!
Now I am chasing a refund return label!
Please send my return label as I was told 24 to 48 hours and now, we are passing the 48-hour mark.
I will post these issue on social media including Office Depots LACK of Customer Service!
