-on 5/23/23, I contacted the company and spoke with Abdul regarding auto-deductions ($99.99) taken from my account for the second year but no service rendered. I was told I would be issued a refund 5/10, ticket no# [protected].
-Called again and spoke with Afeesha advising monies still not refunded. She said it should be there June 11th.
-Called June 14th and June 16th, spoke with Stacey. Again, was told I should indeed get a refund.
-Called again when monies weren't in account and it was put to the escalation team, ref. no# [protected].
-6/23/23, spoke with Jan, supervisor to stated I would receive the refund, without a doubt.
-6/30/23, called again and kept inquiring why monies not in account and why wasn't I ever called back with no explanation whatsoever given.
-Was then transferred to another supervisor, Andrea who couldn't answer my inquiry only gave me her email. To date, she has not responded. Just dropped the ball. No explanation, one way or the other has been given as to why I had $199.98 taken from my account with no service, and no refund.
