Credit card on hold
I was told I had an overage when i made a payment now they have put my credit card on hold for 7-10 days. This is not a good way of doing business. If you are over the credit then dont let us use it .. They are not a good company to deal with . Now I try to post this and it says it is too short and it wont get noticed. What a poor company to work with I would say DONT GET AN OLD NAVY CREDIT CARD

i m writing to let you that old navy fordam road mangaer adey is very rude to his/her employees everytime he gave the very rude ans to me... n others employee as well next time if he do the same i m really sorry i have to say goodby to old navy and most the time he send us for our lunch meals n skip the 15 mins brake n then we remind him that we didnt take our 15 yet
Shipping
I purchased an item from Old Navy, and the item was processed to be shipped to a previous address where I no longer reside. I contacted customer service in an effort to informed them and to prevent the item from be shipped to my previous address. I informed the representative that I wanted the item to be shipped to my current address that is on file. I was informed by the representative that there was nothing that could be done about it, other than allow it to be shipped to my previous address. Even after I explained that my previous address was my home that was lost from a fire. This is absolutely poor customer service and totally sub-standard for a company such as Old Navy.
Desired outcome: Better customer service regarding verifying both billing and shipping address prior to shipping an item.
Same thing happened to me, with wrong addresses and all! (please see my review) I am angry that the completely wrong billing address went through for my credit card as well. THat should have been a red flag to them, but they do not care. I will have to dispute with my credit card and never ever shop here again! They are rude and do not care about anyone, and who ever heard of a business that does not cancel an order when accidental within 5 minutes? when i called? I am livid that this company gets away with it!

Because you are blindly putting political propaganda on your sites. I will no longer purchase any products from your establishments. You sell clothes. Not social or political agendas. There was a time a few years ago where it wasn't appropriate to do such a thing. I have a choice. You do too. Shame on you.

Customer service
According to old navy.com the jeans I bought were only supposed to be $30 instead of the 39.99i paid plus the 30% that was supposed to taken off at the register. When I spoke with a lady about it. She said there wasn't anything she could do now. That I'd have to call customer service. Also when I tried was told due to emergency my call couldn't be answered
Desired outcome: The transaction to be righted or a refund and I’ll take my business elsewhere
Human resources
I am a local business owner in the Alexandria, LA area that employed several of your new employees including the new store manager, Stacy Bloomfield. She was a manager for me in one of my locations and recently resigned to to to work for Old Navy. No big deal. I asked that she not take any of the staff. It has been less than two weeks since she left and she has taken the entire staff.
Today an employee by the name of Taylor Carter just walked out before her two weeks notice telling me that she did not care if she isn't working out her two week notice. I can provide you with the list of new employees in your Alexandria location that I would highly recommend you not hire or at least pay close attention to. They are all a close knit group and cover up for each other when they break company policies.
I am not the type of person to do something like this but I think you need to know what you are dealing with with Stacy, Deb and Taylor.

I recently quit Old Navy due to management issues. 1. Latoya Edwards was a horrible manager and person due to the way she treated and spoke to us employees. 2. Roslyn Watson Has a disgusting attitude and is never careful with her words. These two managers alone have caused 3 people (1 manager, 2 employees) to walk out on the clock and never step foot inside...

Tried to return two items in Geneva store. Was told items were returned. I had items in my hand. I want to be credited, I will never shop on line again. Never never will I shop at old navy again, customer service was not helpful. Hire people who can speak English.

Cutting employee hours
I was hired to work at Old Navy about 1 month ago and since then my hours have been cut by the assistant manager because business was slow and I only had to work 45 more minutes. Another time the store manager called me right before I left to go to work to tell me "Don't bother coming in today since it's raining out and the weather will slow up business."...

TELL PEOPLE THEY ARE SIGNING UP FOR A CREDIT CARD BEFORE SIGNING THEM UP! Don't manipulate or trick people into signing up for your dumb credit card nobody wants. It's messed up and you take advantage of people with poor English. Be clear to customers it's a credit card they are signing up for. The employees made it seem like I was signing up for rewards program and then asked for my ID. When I said no they wouldn't drop it. YES IM SURE I DONT WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD. Teach your employees to have some respect instead of being relentless about the credit card for whatever reason.

General related to online store
Hi just wanted to provide feedback I search for men's clothes and recently there's a bunch of gender neutral clothes. It's way to much gender neutral items and hard to find what I want since I am not interested in those options when searching in men's. Usually love old navy styles and options but if I can't find what I need quickly because the filters aren't working well then might have to shop somewhere else.
Poor Management
I left the company due to poor management. The GM at store (6351) didn't respect availability's and if you tried to get a shift covered or called in even for an emergency she is rude about it. I asked for a maximum of 20 hours a week because I had another job working 40 hours. Every week I was scheduled 40 and when I asked to be taken off the schedule or for less hours I was told it was my problem. She doesn't take into consideration that people have lives outside of old navy and that mental health matters too. She only cares about the business.
Desired outcome: Treat employees with more respect and understand they are humans, not machines

I tried placing an order on line and it would not take my $20 old navy cash so I went on chat the lady lied and said she gave me the credit, she did not. I call the next day and I cancelled the order, it shipped now. Now I have to return it, on the phone with hours, I have since cancelled my credit card. This is unbelievable you should be ashamed of your workers.

To whom it may concern,
I find your online ordering completely irritating.
I have interest in the products but the screen is constantly refreshing and things popping up all over that place.
The layout is constantly changing and banners and such are all over the screen and moves when I try to have a
look at an item. I am a single mom and have a lot to do. My time is precious and it's preferable to order things online to optimize my time.
I need clothes...I had wanted some Old Navy clothes ...it was so frustrating just sorting through what's available and the sizes whilst the
screen kept changing.
I'm done.
I'm not going to order online from Old Navy. I don't have time or the inclination...a waste of time.
I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to give you my hard earned money.
I'm really annoyed with the mess that online set up.
Surely I can't be the first to complain about it.

I made a purchase using my debt card. The items did not fit and I had to return them. When you make a purchase using your debt the money comes out of your account immediately not three to five days. My complaint is, I am told it will take 3-5 days for me to get a refund. I did not use a charge card or check. Debt is cash, so why am I having to wait to get my money back, why wasn't I given cash.? I spoke with someone in India about this before being transferred to MeMe in the United States. Another thing isn't Old Navy in the US?

I had earned 20.oo that expires today. I received 2-3 emails a day reminding me to not forget. I I have not been back in an old navy or get anything online since i was in California over the 4th. I went to the store in Southlake tx where i live. Picked up 60.00 worth of clothing and tried to check out. The clerk scanned my email and said i had already used it. I explained that i hadn't and showed her all the emails from your company. She refused to help. Didn't offer to call a manager or anything else. I didn't really need what i was buying but because of your emails i decided to go in. Her lack of customer service caused me to leave without buying anything.
I'm not sure if ill go back in. I shopped Old Navy many years ago and decided to try it again and was pleased with the store in California but not Texas.
Desired outcome: explanation why she said it was used and refused to ask for help

4 employee girls also walk in together with boxes of pizza while the check out line was running all the way through men's department couldn't get Clearance prices on clearance items after the girl in the back told us to go to the manager and she would mark the items the manager told us these clothes had been returned from online and they don't carry them anymore so the prices were ripped off the bottom and that's why they were in the clearance rack but not because they were clearance didn't make sense to us so we left without purchase after waiting in a 20 minute line
