I am very upset that out of my 15 items ordered only 3 items were available for in-store pick-up and the additional 12 items are being shipped. Why do you offer in-store pick up when you don't have the merchandise in stock. My granddaughters birthday is tomorrow but her gifts wont arrive until next week? This is unacceptable and I would like a refund on the entire order. I'll shop somewhere else.

Hello my name is melquita butler. Today October 9, 2018. I went to the old navy store-[protected] east 14th street. San leandro ca. Store. At 4.:44:48 pm trans 3048. Reg 008 cashier 2778716. I knew there was a sale for toddler girl coats I went to to purchase my daughter two coats because I know they were on sale when I got to the register I also had some promo codes when the cashier ring my items up I've seen that some some of my items price where incorrect. When I told cashier 277-8716 that one of the Colts I had seen in my email was price for $12 she told me that it was not an that the online items are priced different from store items which I found to be incorrect because they're saying there's a sale for the items I want to purchase in store. She then told me me I was wrong and that that I I could take her back to where I had found. I then told her I have promo codes which were sweet and styles she then told me they were no good I found her to be very unhelpful and it made my visit today very unpleasant please feel free to contact me at my email [protected]@gmail.com I really enjoy shopping at your store and I would love to continue shopping but I feel this needed to be addressed thank you for your time and have a great day

My mother called today to cancel the old navy card and she wanted to know information about the old navy card. A Extreamly rude costomer with zero communication skills tells my mom to give her bank card information. But my mom only wanted to know information about the old navy card through the account number and not her bank card number. That rude lady responded by saying so what do you want me to do. So then my mom raised her voice and told her to give me phone to a supervisor. When the supervisor gets on the phone with her, he said ma'am can you give the card number. Did that supervisor get any training at all about his job? He doesn't even know what's going on and didn't even listen to what my mom has to say. Also the phone call should be recorded if you have any other calcifications call on [protected] asap

I have been a Old Navy customer for years. I am getting charged a late fee and interest on an account that is closed. I have not made any purchases (the account is closed). Why am I constantly getting charged a late fee and interest when I have not been late or purchased anything?
I thinknI am being over charged on my account and I will like answer to why.
I am extremely disappointed in Old Navy’s retail practices. I shop at the Meadows Store in Missouri and the last two times I was there, the prices on the display signs were less than the items were ringing up as. The employees make you feel like the customer is the one scamming them out of money, when actually they are in the wrong and they need to honor their signage.
One of the issues today, the toddler leggings stated $5.00. I had to walk the manager back to the display to show her and then she said, “oh that’s not the right price, the sign is wrong.” As I asked her to honor it, she replied “well you can go stand in line again if you really want to.” Wow, what an attitude! So I stood in line, to add to the 30 minutes that I already had done previously. When the young cashier could not figure out what to do, the cranky Manager, Mary returned to tell me that since I used my Old Navy cash, she would give me the discounted price back, I would lose my cash, and then have to repurchase the 5 leggings at $5.00/each and if I wanted to pay more I could! Appalling, reimburse me the $5.00 +tax that you just scammed me out of with your false advertising! I called the 800 number and the rep tells me and this is helpful, we take this seriously and we will re-train her. Okay, again how does this benefit me? Where is my restitution?
More than all that, (I spent over $300) the gal that rung me up messed up one of my cash certificates and only gave me $10 of the $20 I earned. I asked Manager Mary to reverse the transaction so I could use all of MY rewards. Yep, she said “no, she can’t do that.” I clearly stated to the cashier prior to inserting my credit card if she applied it all and she said yes, I said it seems higher than I thought. Well, she didn’t realize I was $2.00 shy of the minimum. Well that’s because I based my total off of the posted signs, which this time were showing a total of $4.00 higher. So, yep out another $10, for a total of $15 they scammed out of me! The customer service rep could have credited me $15. Did he attempt to make this right, not at all! I won’t ever shop there again and I will be returning all my purchases. Shame on you for your questionable business practices and fraudulent behavior. I am waiting for my orders since September 8 it's been more than a week. To be exact it's been 11 days. The other orders that I ordered on September 11 and September 16 have already been shipped. I got something for my sister that she has to wear on her birthday next week. This is not fair and not unacceptable. I have used super cash of about 50$on those 2 orders which I will lose. So just give me a date that will tell me when will I get it. I am NEVER shopping at old navy again.

I applied for the credit card in July while school shopping for my daughter and received a $2900 limit. I charged about $50 that day. The card never arrived, nor the bill. I honestly forgot that I even opened the account. As I was going through a file, I found the receipt and information on the account and called in September to ask what happened and why I never received a bill. I learned that I owed just over $100 in late fees and interest. I was told that I received an email because the address that I gave them was invalid and the card and bill were returned. I went back and checked and the email was not in spam or my inbox. It came through the day after I called. Very unprofessional! I paid the balance and cancelled the card. The address given is valid and is listed on my driver's license. Never had this issue before! I don't even care if cancelling the card negatively effects my credit! I won't do business with a dishonest company. Just wanted to make you aware of this situation because these policies may need to be reviewed. The person did remove a $27 late fee which brought my balance to $77. Still spent more money and the whole purpose of opening the account was to save 20%.

I purchased 6 items on 9/11/18 at the above store in Ramsey NJ . Today I went to wear one of the shirts and noticed the sensor was still attached to the shirt and checked all my other items and found another shirt to have the sensor also .
I went back to the store today with my items in the original Old Navy bag with the receipt and told the cashier about the sensors .He was very rude, asked me if I had a receipt which I pulled out of the bag but instead of looking at the receipt he scanned the item and I said to him I am not returning this item I just want the sensors removed, he then says I have to check to make sure you really purchased these items .I was highly insulted, I would not steal and he had no right to treat me that way .I have been a loyal customer to Old Navy, Gap and Banana Republic but I will not give any further business to this organization . To be be treated like a common thief when I am a decent 60 year old woman who spent $150.00 in that s tore yesterday was unforgivable .

On September 9, 2018 i went to the old navy clothing store located at Heller Street and Route 611 in Stroudsburg, PA it was in this store that I approached a sales associate that tried to help me with a return but was uncertain about the price of the item i was returning so she asked her manager who's name starts with a D but I don't remember her full name. The young lady asked her about the pants and she rudely replied we don't have anymore of those cheap pants those are the cheaper uniform pants and we don't have anymore. I am a former Old Navy employee that worked at the flag ship store in NYC and we were trained never to say the word cheap. The store Okd Navy itself is a less expensive brand compared to the GAP and BANANA REPUBLIC but when your racist and uneducated you wouldn't know how to be a professional manager. She needs to be retrained.

The morning of 9/2 I I went to the old navy at cross county mall to find uniform pants for my daughter . The store opens at 11a and at 1145 when I got there it was an absolute mess . the staff person said that "the customers did it " honestly in 45min of a store being open there is NO way it looked like it did . I made an order for school clothes for my son in the beginning of July. Once we received the package they had sent two different pairs of shoes and 3 different shirts. So I started the return process so my son could have the correct clothes before school started in August. I sent the return back on 7/24 and as of today 8/23 we still have no refund money or the correct items. I have emailed customer service just about everyday and no response. Also, we made another order of the pants he wanted on July 30 and I had to contact customer service of that issue as well because we never received the order. Turns out it was stuck in a loop and they ended up not having the items we wanted. I will never shop with Old navy again. Too much of a hassle,

Old Navy appeared on my bank statement. Which was strange, because I have never been in an Old Navy location.
Aug 13th and August 20th.2018 Yes, today is August 22, 2018.
The first charge was for $91.00 even.
The second charge (since the first one went through) was for $170.54. The went on a real shopping spree on that one.
I have no idea the location. I can only guess what was purchased, I put down clothes because that is all I ever see advertised.

There must be some way to find out which store is accepting fake cards.
How can I get my money returned?
They had my correct account number. How did this happen? Already contacted my bank.

I was shopping with my kids on sat, 8/18/18 and we were leaving the dressing room when the older attendent said something like is there anything you didnt want and i said yes, its in there and she said can you hand it to me which i said ok and told my daughter to do that and then she didnt stop with her rudeness and said thats the way its been for 100 years. I went to Old Navy in the Long Beach Towne Center Long Beach, CA
[protected]. The employee and supposed manager were extremely antagonistic and condescending. I bought pants and only wore them to try them on in their dressing room. There floor apparently was dusty from all the people being in the change room. I tried to exchange them 16 hours later. Immediately i was being turned away, called a liar and met with hostility. The employee didnt look at the receipt to see when the pants were purchased and said they look worn. I told him most of the jeans in this store are pre-distressed and I have not worn them. He smirks and says "whatever, our floor isnt dirty", calls the manager and continues to smirk at me. The manager tells him to go by the receipt, thenshe looks at me and starts to refuse. The cashier then says, "we are going to exchange this now but you know we aren't doing this next time." I told the employee he is not going to talk to me like and he needs to stop talking and the manager steps in and asked"whats your complaint, we are doing the refund." I told her that she needs to speak to her employee about customer service and he isnt my dad and should not act as such. She refused and tried to just push me through. 2 women who happened to be white did not experience any trouble completing the same process I was trying to complete.

you of a recent experience at your Spanish Fort, Al location. On yesterday ( 08/14/2018) I was finishing school shopping for my kids, and upon us walking in an associate told other employees that we looked suspicious. We were then followed by a group of 4 employees huddled and watching us. I am a law abiding citizen with no criminal record, and definitely wouldn't be stealing with my kids. Needless to say we left the store without making a purchase. I will no longer be shopping with your company for I have been a long time customer. I will be making a public post on social media in regards to this, because just because I'm black I shouldn't be labeled a thief.

I managed to catch her name tag, it said Nayah. This employe needs to receive reprimandation and or customer service training for her blatant act of disrespect. Went to buy a pair of jeans and discount did not show up. I finally called for help and the person helping didn't know why the discount did not apply. Was placed on hold for 15 mins. She informed me that in small print it say restrictions apply. Apparently one of the restrictions is if the item is considered a popular item you can not use the discount. The jeans were not on sale and I did not end up getting them. This was a waste of time.

I went into the Below Air, Md Old Navy today and received poor service. After selecting the items I went into the store for I proceeded to get in line. While I was waiting there was a lady already in line and her daughter wanted an item that was near the checkout line. The lady put it back they paid for there stuff and left the area. I was called up and the cashier begin to ring up my items. While ringing up my items the same lady comes to the side of the counter and asked the cashier can she ring the item up for her. She put my order in pause just to ring up her item. Obviously the lady as well as the cashier saw how upset I was because of the look on my face. The cashier opens her mouth and says it was only $3 worth of stuff that is rung up. I mean it's not a big deal. I kept my cool because my children were with me. I won't shop at this Old Navy as long as they have careless people working there. You can't just pull something like that and think it's okay. Now if I would have showedy [censored] it would have been a problem. I started to just walk out and leave all those clothes right there. Since my children hand picked these items I went ahead and purchased them. Won't happen again.

I went into the clackamas Old Navy today and asked one of the workers (victoria) who was on there phone a question about where I could find the sale clothing, and was treated with major disrespect. rolled her eyes like I interrupted her on her phone and when she didnt understand me the first time she said. " Um exscuse me ?" very loud and continued to be rude and talk under her breath and took me to the shoe department and i'm sure she knew i wasn't asking about shoes. I'm not sure if she treats all costumers like this but i felt the need to complain to stop it from happening in the future.

I normally love shopping at Old Navy until my most recent visit. When I checked out I realized my daughter's dress did not ring up with the 30% discount I was expecting. I was already finished checking out when I looked at my receipt. I asked an employee if she could help me. I explained I just purchased a dress for 19.99 and the sale showed 30% off. She walked back to where the dresses were hanging, and I followed to make sure I read it right. The sign was in the middle of the rack and it said 30% off girls fashion dresses ranging from $14-$19.99. It also said the price would be taken off at the register which was not. She said it's only for this dress.. pointing to the one directly under the sign. I asked her why it would give a price range and say dresses if it was only for one dress. She then very rudely said, that's what it is ma'am. I asked to speak to a manager and she said that was her. I then said I wanted a refund since it was very misleading and she said I could stand back at the end of the line to return the item after already waiting at least 20 minutes in line before. I was very disappointed out how the situation was handled. I also felt sorry for another employee working that evening. When I was following the manager back she stopped that employee and raised her tone with her right in front of me. Very unprofessional. Frisco, TX location Store Manager was Taylor.
