Old Navy Manager at kings plaza old navy

Manager Jay's attitude is disgusting and really uncalled for. I've seen how he talks to the employees there and it's not needed. They are humans too. Also, there's barely any employees to help with customer service. I have to walk around the whole store to find someone to help me. I frequent this store since I live in the area I really like the clothing but it's hard to shop and find items I'm looking for with no help.

Desired outcome: Have a thorough talk with him about how he should talk to the employees

Hi, I bought the Stars and Stripes flip-flops in one of the Old Navy Outlets in New York for Independence day in 2021. The outer layer of the stars and stripes from the slippers started to peel off in one use which is very disappointing. The slippers began to look old and lost the charm. Old Navy Danville, Va store manager

I was at this location and tried purchasing 3 pair of pants from the $9.99 and under rack. None of these were honored as listed. I asked for the manager and she was not friendly/ helpful. I do not like POOR customer service. Not only did she not honor what was listed, she also wouldn't pull the items from the rack nor the sign showing $9.99 and under.

Old Navy Throwing clothes away

Greater Houston area stores are cutting clothes and throwing them in the dumpsters. Why waste? Greater good. Clothe kids who have nothing. Your entire site talks about how much you are doing for people, the earth, kids. Why throw away instead of donating? Wry little effort needed on your part to do this differently. Brand new clothes with the tags still on them were found. Shame.

Old Navy Rockstar jeggings with slimming effect waistband

Hello, I was writing this for hopefully some help. I was hoping to see if someone would be willing to hear me out on the pants I love and wear all the time I wear a size 4 reg in your Rockstar jeggings with slimming effect waistband. After my hysterectomy it has been a blessing to wear these pants and plus the black ones are great for my work. I work in the Grayson County High school in the special education department. I am not allowed to wear jeans except special occasions. I was hoping we could get some more colors in these like khaki or olive green, navy blue would be fantastic and some real pockets in the front. When I am on the move these are comfortable and if they had front pockets I would be able to use those for things I carry with me when I am on the move with my kids in my class. I really love these pants and have a lot but I really need some multifunctional for my job and my health. They hold my stomach up and reduce the flap area from my hysterectomy and are comfortable as well. Please help Old Navy. Us, teachers and women need this extra help. I hope to hear from you soon.

Desired outcome: to get a broader range of colors and real pockets, definitely navy colored thats not jeans but more dressy for sure

Old Navy 2 pair of vintage jogging pants

Place order on 3/22/21 was charged $34 today I received email package deliver and also charged $34 again today call customer service because i never received package and why was I charged again additional very unacceptable and I'm very disappointed the rep told me no my package is coming Monday and they are having trouble with shipping don't understand why is that my fault so I'm out of $68 and have no package

I went to Old Navy recently on 3/25/2021 and the item I bought had a clearance price and when I went to check out the cashier stated it was a different price and took off the clearance sticker price. I ended up buying the item because my daughter really wanted it.

Old Navy Online ordering

Shopping online and adding items marked 50% off and items marked 50% off at checkout to my cart. Order total 171.00 after discount. System updates during checkout and prices automatically change to a higher price. Contact customer service, they agree the prices were lower and marked on sale by mistake, but aren't willing to honor the sale price. Worst customer service. Willing to lose a sale and a valued customer over a few dollars.

Desired outcome: Honor the 50% off on the items I have in my cart.

Old Navy Exchange

I recently began shopping at Old Navy, Dubuque, Iowa. I even opened up their credit card. I had earned some Old Navy 'Super Cash' so I purchased a few items. A week later, I returned to the store to exchange a $44 jacket for a larger size. I was told that since I had used some 'Super Cash' to originally purchase it, I would have to pay a balance of $33 and receive some additional 'Super Cash' some time later. All I wanted to do was an even exchange! I had never worn the jacket, nor removed the tags. I came home, paid my bill online and cancelled my credit card. No more old navy for me. What a joke of a policy!

Desired outcome: I wish they had an even exchange policy without having it totally refunded and turn around to repurchase it.

Bought a pair of joggers to go to a game and when I was putting them on I saw that the quality of the pants weren't good. I took them off and as soon as I could when to return them and the person that help me at the old navy at the international mall in miami fl was very rude and accused me of lying and told me that I did used the pants. Very bad customer service.

Old Navy Return with receipt and all tags on clothes

I bought 2 items, both items did not fit. I returned the two items with a receipt. I told the cashier I used a visa $50 gc and cash. She said she would return the cash and the credit the $50 back to the visa card. I told the cashier I tossed the gc since there was no money on it, I asked if she could credit my credit card? She called a mgr and said that she had to credit the visa gc I told her how is that possible since I no longer have it? She said to call visa credit card (just google it and they will help you). Needless to say I left with just a reciept and old navy kept the merchandise and I lost $50! I don't shop old navy much but this is on other reason I wont go back.

Old Navy completely wrong order

I placed an order on January 4 and it arrived January 8. I received the completely wrong order. Probably someone else's clothes. I called customer service to explain the issue. They informed me that one of the items was now out of stock after I had already ordered it days ago. I then had to order a smaller size in the shirt, which was an inconvenience. They are telling me that I now have to go to USPS to return the package, which is also an inconvenience. Why should I have to go out of my way to return a package that Old Navy messed up on. They had to charge my card again for this new order and I will not receive my refund until I return the wrong package. I also now have to wait another week to receive the correct items I ordered! I asked if they could ship it to me sooner and not charge a shipping fee and they said No! I am a very unhappy customer because I usually really enjoy shopping and ordering from Old Navy. If this problem does not get resolved, I will not be shopping at Old Navy anymore because of this inconvenience.
