We sat at the table for 5-10 minutes before anyone came to ask us if we wanted drinks, as soon. As they brought us our drinks they told us to move to a different table, we said no because we preferred a both, they then found another open both. So we packed up our baby and all of our belongings and went to the new table. We sat at the new table for about 10 minutes before they came to take our order. They did not offer us a wine sample or any appetizers. We placed our order and they brought us overcooked breadsticks and a salad, we finished our salad and bread sticks begore our entree was finished and we were not offered a second salad or more bread sticks. Once we got her attention again we asked for a second helping. We order the endless soup and the endless pasta and we were never offered a second helping. We sat there with our plates and drinks empty for 15-20 mins. They seemed to be avoiding us. We are very dissatisfied with the way we were treated and i dont see us coming back to this location in the future.

unethical behaviour and negligence with the customers
On 10-21-2017 around 18:00 my husband ordered shrimp and scampi dish when he started to eat he saw that there was something very hard that he could have chocked on it (photo attached) he called the waitress (Amy) and she said that they had other complaints like that so she called the manager (Pam) which told us that they were looking for an other company to buy their shrimps and tried to explain. My husband said that it is dangerous to choke on this but it did not seem to bother her and that she will tell the cook. I think that they should not served a disk like that somebody could choke and die. Please let me know what you are going to do about this. I tried to find the head office phone number but I could not find it.

food and service
My spouse and I went to the restaurant on 11/3/17 around 330pm. We had ordered the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks for myself, the unlimited pasta bowl for my spouse, and a spinach artichoke dip appetizer to share.
The soup had bland flavor to it, the breadsticks were over cooked and squished as well as no garlic flavor to it, tasted like plain bread.
We had paid our bill on the kiosk when we were almost done, and the server didn't tell us that once paid we couldn't still get the unlimited pasta bowl or soup, salad and breadsticks.
Neither me or my spouse had left the restaurant nor our seat for that matter so I don't get why we couldn't get another pasta bowl even though the bill is paid. It's unlimited and it was already put on the receipt.
Olive Garden is usually one of my favorite restaurants but recently I have disliked the 4 times I've gone to this restaurant and do not plan on coming back.

horrible customer service
Went in for my husbands birthday party as a party of 16 . When I approached the front I told one of the hostes that we would be needing a table for a party of 16 she continued to let a server know a party of 16 was coming in . The hostes then were talking to each other and began to laugh and she proceeded to let me know the wait was going to be 2 hours which seemed ridiculous considering it was a Thursday and there was hardly any people ? Obviously the wait was not 2 hours ! On a busy day not even is the wait two hours ! And when I told the hostes I would let my party know she didn't even provide me with a beeper she just assumed we were no longer going to eat there ? I just find it very rude to assume and two to lie just because they didn't feel like serving 16 people ! Really disappointing considering this is the oliver garden we visit the most but we no longer will be

You definitely should have called ahead for a party that large. Even if the restaurant is not very busy, tables need to be rearranged and staffing needs to be sorted out. Two hours is not a long wait for a party of sixteen with no advance notice.
manager of wellington restaurant
I am disgusted! I went to Olive Garden located at 10280 Forest Hill Blvd in Wellington, Florida tonight with my friend. We had extremely poor service but that was not the worst of it. The heavyset manager PRESTON has a long black beard and was bringing food to the tables. His beard as you can see in this picture his beard is less than 12 inches from the food. This is a health hazard and I can not believe that your company would allow this. I told my friend that if he brought my food to the table, I would ask for the food to be taken from my check and would have left immediately. He was walking towards me and I took this picture. The bathroom was a mess with paper towels all over the floor and no toilet paper. What a filthy restaurant! This is a matter that needs immediate attention. I used to go to Olive Garden all the time but will not go back because of this experience.

service
My fiance and I went to our nearest Olive Garden today to have a nice meal to celebrate our anniversary. We left really dissapointed though. We waited for a few mins to be seated, which we don't mind so much but the girl who seated us and was supposed to be our waitress only came around 3 times before disappearing. She sat us down and asked what we wanted to drink, that's one. She came back to ask if we were ready which we were not so she left, that's 2. She came again a few mins later and took our order, which included a drink for my fiance which she didn't even card him for, that's 3 and that's the last time she came around. Two different people came to give us our food and later a nice waitress came by and asked if we needed more drinks ECT. I believe her name was Christina, the other girl that sat us I'm not sure what her name was but from the get go she seemed bothered that she even had to be there. This is the worst service we have ever received anywhere which is super dissaponting because my fiance is a waiter himself and he gives his best service to everyone and it was a special occasion that we wanted to celebrate at one of our favorite restaurants.

customer service
On October 31, 2017 at around 8:00 p.M., my two sisters and I decided to go to Olive Garden to celebrate one of my sister's birthday. We decided to go to Olive Garden because my sisters had never been there before. I have gone plenty of times with my boyfriend and never had a problem with the food or customer service. However, this day I had wished that I've never gone in there in the first place. We arrived at the restaurant and everything went smoothly. They greeted us and showed us to our table. The waiter, Paul R., Asked what we wanted to drink and brought our drinks once they were ready. He asked what we wanted to order, and I said that we wanted the unlimited pasta special. He asked if anything else, and we said no. This is when we start to notice his behavior change. He brings the salad and automatically adds cheese instead of asking if we wanted cheese or not. Usually the waiters would ask if we want cheese or not, and we would tell them when to stop at a certain point once they add cheese to the salad, but not in this case. He added cheese and stopped when he wanted. I would also like to add that the amount of salad that was in the bowl was very poor, before they would give us at least half of the bowl with salad. This time it was less than half full. It gave me the impression that they did this on purpose. This is when we started to notice the waiter's friendliness fade into passive aggressiveness. He placed the bread and a dirty plate that had some kind of oil on it. Still, we did not complain about it. We are not confrontational people when it comes to these things, but we were very hurt by the manner that the waiter treated us. The pasta came and we asked the lady to bring two plates and she said sure. As we are eating, the waiter comes and says we can't refill your pasta and salad if you are sharing. I was in shock because before this was no problem and nowhere in the special does it say that there is no sharing allowed. I told him I had no idea about it. He asked if we wanted to order anything else, and I said not for now. I lost my appetite after that and decided to leave. We were going to order dessert, but I honestly didn't want to buy anything else after the way we were treated. Despite the horrible service, I still tipped the man even though he didn't deserve it. The only thing that I can think of to compensate for this unnecessary and horrible experience is to get a refund. After that situation, I don't want to step into Olive Garden again.
On October 31 2017, I decided to take my sisters out to Olive Garden for my sister's birthday. I took my sisters to Olive Garden because it was their first time trying out the place. The waiter, Paul R, greeted us and asked what we wanted to drink. He brought our drinks and took our order which was the unlimited pasta special. After we had order, we noticed that his friendliness suddenly diminished. He brought the salad which was very poor in quantity, the salad was not even half of the bowl full. The other times I have came there with my boyfriend it was full of salad, but this time it was not. It gave off the impression that they did that intentionally. As for the amount of cheese on the salad, usually the waiter asks do you want some cheese? And if we say yes, then he will add cheese saying tell me when to stop. He just automatically starts putting cheese and stops when he wants. He brought us one dirty plate, but despite that we did not complain. We were mostly in shock of the ill mannered way he was treating us. The lady brought the pasta, and we asked for 2 plates which were brought. Then Paul comes over to our table while we are eating letting us know that he cant refill the pasta or salad because we were sharing. I had only eating a little bit because I was not hungry, and my younger sisters were the ones that wanted to eat. I didn't understand why the passive aggressiveness from this waiter was directed towards us. I told him I had no idea. I had previously came to Olive Garden before, and there was no problem. After that we all lost our appetite and decided to leave. We wanted to get some more other things, but his behavior was unacceptable. We felt that we were mistreated because we had only order the pasta special, but regardless he should have been polite throughout the whole time we were there. He took our plates and said if we wanted to pay with a card or cash. I said card, and he told me to swipe and if I wanted to tip him to press a certain button. I wanted not to tip him at all for the way he treated us, but I still gave him a tip. I want a refund back from this horrible experience. It is rare for me to have experiences like this, but his behavior gave a bad impression not only to him as a waiter, but to the restaurant as well.

food
I went to lunch at the Olive Garden in Ramsey NJ. My lunch had hair in it. Unfortunately I was really the only one concerned about this. I got new food well after everyone else was done and took it to go. On my way out I spoke to the manger who asked if I got a new meal. He should have known. He didn't apologize or try to pay for the meal.
All in all bad experience at a place we often go to. That will change even though one upset customer obviously doesn't matter to them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
While the waiter or manager should have apologized to you, they have no need to pay for the meal. They replaced your food, therefore you are responsible for the cost of the meal. The only situation where a refund would be due would be if you had not received new food.
service just to be seated
We went to the Middletown Ohio store 10/30 at 6:15pm We were told there would be a 10 minute wait even though they didn't seem busy We took a seat another couple walked in 5 minutes later and were immediately seated within 5 minutes another couple walked in and was told there would be a 10 minute wait they walked in the bar and immediately turned around their pager went off to be seated! At this time we returned the pager and left but was told " oh you were next" We will not be back

the whole service was a disaster
I set up a party for my husband and decide to do at Olive Garden ( HUGE MISTAKE ) I call a week early and spoke with Manager Veronica, party of 30 for 7:30 on aSarurday night, she told me that she can't make a reservation but since she knew we were coming they would start to separate tables early, so the wait would be no longer than 15 - 20 minutes after we arrived ! We got there 7:25 and was only able to seat down at 9:45 I have never feel so embarrassed in my life, it was more than 2 hours wait some of our guests just left, I decide to walk on the back and the far back room was empty ... they told was close for night ... are you freaking kidding me ? I will NEVER in my life do ANY catering at Olive Garden ... because was not bad enough they were rushing trough out the food because now it's almost time to close, they didn't offer soup or salad, they just bring salad ( because it's easier ) I made my guests ask for their soup ... at the end I ask for them to serve the ice cream and guess what ? They didn't ... even though it was in my package ... I can't even say how horrible this experience was ... never again !

food quality and price for serving size
Was at a local olive garden in Houston tx near NRG stadium and was talked into going by a friend and I ordered the chicken piccata, now for 15.99 I would have expected just a little more, than the 2 little chicken pieces that were on the plate they were no bigger than a dollar chicken sandwich from mcdonalds. Now on to the sauce it wasn't even close to a piccata sauce. It should have been listed as a weak white wine butter sauce. Very disappointing, now on to the appetizer the calamari was so overcooked it shattered when you put a fork to it...I wish I had taken a photo but for a total check of over 45 dollars not much bang for the buck. Been 15 yrs since I have been to one guess it will be a much longer run this time.

general manager
One month ago I interviewed at the Leesburg FL Olive Garden. I was scheduled to meet with the general manager after meeting with the kitchen manager a few days prior. I was kept waiting for an hour in the lobby, and when the manager (Kelly) called for me she walked very quickly to a table in the back of the restaurant. When I arrived at the table she told me I had failed some sort of test. At the time I was wearing professional attire and was unfamiliar with the restaurant's layout. She said that despite my references and despite my prior employment at another Olive Garden I was only a good worker and she needed someone better. Darden should be made aware that they employ such a rude and denigrating general manager. This felt more like a personal attack than a job interview.
spaghetti with meatballs
We met friends for an evening meal. The restaurant was extremely noisy. We ordered the never ending pasta...spaghetti with meatballs. My spaghetti came with no meatballs, I finally got the meatballs half way thru supper and they were cold. I asked for more sauce twice, each time i was given 1/4 cup sauce. I left over half the pasta on my plate because I didn't have enough sauce. Then I ordered coffee which was cold. She brought me a cup with no saucer. The waitress, Megan, just didn't seem to care.
Other wait staff were busy with customers and cleaning which was nice. Our dessert was good

warwick bald hill rd. she was the waitress in the bar area we arrived at 7:45 and 10.27.2017
Went last night was disgusted with the service never mind I waitress was letting her friend get drunk at the bar and was threatened that this getto [censor] was going to smash her bloody Mary glass in my face I knew with my nine-year-old sitting there. I wanted to beat the [censor] out this [censor] ... ended up getting up telling the waitress to get my check she then took it upon herself to add for drinks and an appetizer which we've never gotten to our check good thing I looked and realized it called the manager over she took the food off and did not make us pay for the bill because it was such a horrific disgusting . Last time I knew you were only allowed to order two drinks per hour while she sat and gave her friend three bloody Mary's a shot of tequila a beer made them take her boyfriends shot off of the check that he drink but claimed he did not like. During all this we were never even asked what we wanted for dinner she just did not bring appetizers or come back until I asked for the check. Then I called back later for the district managers number and was told to call back Sunday at five to speak to Sarah Franco in which I have no idea if this is even the manager..

my wallet was stolen from the waiter at olive garden
I went to the Olive Garden in Columbus, Ohio on N Hamilton Rd on Thursday 10/26/17 at 6:15pm. Once I arrived I had to wait a very long time for my waiter. A women named Teresa placed me & my sister in laws order for drinks. We continued to wait and finally had our waiter named Josh place our order for entree's and appetizers ... Once my meal was completed I told my sister in law that I would pay for the meal with cash. The waiter placed the bill on the table, the bill was inside of the Olive Garden pamphlet. The waiter believed I paid for the bill & placed the money inside the pamphlet, he had taken the pamphlet. He returned back realizing that I had not paid yet. I then took out my wallet & paid the waiter (Josh) $54 in cash. Once he returned I told him to keep the change. After I told him that I looked away with my head facing the opposite direction until he removed the dishes. My sister in law was looking up laughing as we were making jokes looking the other direction as he was taken the dishes as well. Once he had taken the dishes, within the next 2 minutes we began to leave. As I sat at my seat I did a checklist of my pockets. I checked for my keys, phone & wallet. I knew I placed my wallet on the table in front of me, because I just paid for the meal. Before getting up I realized I could not find my wallet. I then got up & continued to check for my wallet & waved back my sister in law as she was beginning to leave. The manager came over, Teresa and multiple staff from Olive Garden. I even told the manager & staff around I did not even receive a receipt. Then the manager went to print off my receipt. We all began looking all around the booth. For 10 minutes this search continued. A waiter then came over & asked is your name Marquan. I said yes & they then asked me to describe my wallet. I gave a description. He then gave me my wallet. The guy that worked at Olive Garden I think another waiter said my wallet was found in the men's restroom of Olive Garden. I NEVER went to the mens' restroom & I was sitting at my booth the entire time. Further, my wallet was on the table at the time of the theft. Only 2 minutes after (Josh) the waiter cleaned off the table was my wallet missing. I asked was there any surveillance footage & the manager told me NO. I'm appalled that a restaurant chain such as Olive Garden would not have cameras' & handles cash all day. Secondly, the manger was very stand off with me keeping my waiter away with the notion I'd cause harm. I felt insulted, because I am the victim. I had 170 dollars In my wallet & it was gone once my wallet was returned to me. Furthermore, my bill was 48.13 & I paid 54 dollars total. I went to Olive Garden & between having stolen 170 dollars & paying 54 dollars I lost a total of $224. My sister in law left. I waited at the Olive Garden for another hour in a half in the cold weather for the Police. I filed an Offical Police Report with the Columbus Police Department. This was a terrible night for me. Lastly, this waiter needs to be fired or that Olive Garden will not be open long in that location, because if he is bold enough to do this to me. He WILL DO THIS AGAIN. He needs to be terminated immediately, because the waiter JOSH is causing harm to the GOODWILL of this company. I expect this to be resolved quickly.
Both comments above are correct. You have no evidence that this waiter stole your wallet and it could have been anyone. It is not completely unusual for a restaurant not to have video cameras. Unfortunately, unless you have a witness who actually saw the theft or some sort of video or photograph evidence, you will not get your funds back.
Based upon your own recollection of the events, could it be that the wallet was left on a plate and wound up in the hands of someone else -- someone that this Josh had nothing to do with?
customer service
On October 25, 2017 at 10:01 a. m. I called to place a to go order for pick up. The phone was answered by Alex or Alec (couldn't decipher he spoke quickly with a could I hold on. After about 2 minutes on hold, someone not sure if it was the same person took my order. I was never asked what time I would like to pick my order up and when I said I'd like it for 11:00 a. m. I was hung up on without an ok we'll see you soon or thank you!
My thoughts were to call back but I thought this to be the better option. When I went to get my order the doors were locked, it was opened a couple minutes after 11:00 a. m. by a friendly lady. While another customer & I were waiting outside for the establishment to open, we noticed that there is a very constant buzzing alarm sound that is ear piercing. We asked about the noise they said they don't even here it, they're so used to it, not that it was being addressed anytime soon.
This establishment seems to have a lot of staff, but it took over 20 minutes for them to process my pick-up. Their technology wasn't working at the pick-up table so for myself and the other customer the young man had to keep going to the back. After we received our orders, I noticed there was no place settings for our order. When I came back in to get them it took another 5 minutes to grab 3 plates & bowls. Again, he was the only one getting anything at a very slow pace. However, there was definitely plenty of staff that could of pitched in & asked if they could help, which none of them did.
We order quite often from you and I've had interesting situations before, but none like this one.
Check #: 19013 (I believe this might be the client number you're referring to.
I am not looking for anything other than to let you know how dissatisfying this visit was and hopeful that this doesn't happen again.
false accusations
This place needs to be given some managerial supervisory skill classes ...We was at olive Garden 3 times in last week to eat on sunday we went after church I ordered the soup and salad my husband ordered the pasta unlimited .. I got my soup gnocchi that I always get was watered very thinly even with the cheese they grate into it at the table ..I told the waitress she sent the supervisor over who said she would find out was going on with the soup and she said she would comp the soup I wanted to know why it was soooo thin I have been eating olive garden for years ... I ate salad picked out several bad pieces of lettuce and a breadstick my husband finished his food and turned the payment computer thing towards him and slid the credit card and gave the waitress her $5.00 tip in the black fold down pouch .Get ready to leave I see on the receipt we was charged for $1.99 for a game that we never played I call waitress over she says did you accidently hit the button my husband says I never touched the thing till I just paid .Hold on I will get supervisor 2 min later they walk past in front of us supervisor saying to waitress I already comped the soup and salad what the heck? WE DID NOT PLAY A GAME ! The waitress comes over with $2.00 in cash and says that it would not be on bill unless we hit some button on there I said ok whatever we didnt and this will probably happen again to someone today .. What I think really happened the supervisor done it when she "comped" the soup & salad ... My problem is dont call people liars pretty much insinuated we was liars ! Wasnt late in day we was like the 3rd customers as soon as they opened the doors so she shouldnt have been all stressed out from a long days work etc etc ...I do not nor my husband appreciate being treated like we done something wrong when we done NOTHING wrong ...
customer service
we went to the Olive Garden for the never ending pasta and the food was good but the service from our waiter Evan was enough to make us never to return again . What the problem was is when we wanted more refills of pasta he asked my boy if he would be paying his tip tonight. Then I ordered another bowl and he got it wrong and told us he would get the check. to us that was a sign that he was pushing us out. That was the last straw for me and on the check he had charged us 1.99 for a game we did not order. We paid 35.00 to eat here and because of him it was the worst one we had there.
salad
I Went out to eat with my family at Olive Garden in Crestwood on October 22, 2017 . We order salad and soup and three entrees. My husband and daughter and granddaughter ate out the bowl of salad first and they grab the salad from the top. I then proceeded to put some salad on my plate and then thats when I noticed this grasshopper sitting in my salad. I asked the waiter to go get the manager and the manager came out and apologize for the extra protein we had in our salad, which I didn't find funny at all. I was in shocked that he was laughing about such a serious matter about this grasshopper laying in my food. He then stated he will give us a discount, which he only deducted 15 dollars off our ticket. I absolutely feel like this should be a free meal, after trying to talks to our waiters they sent him home. After asking for the manager again about our ticket price they sent an employee by the name Amy.A instead of the managers coming out handling the situation professionally. I was highly disappointed with their services and how we was treated and we will not be returning. We had a long night with stomach pain and diarrhea. I'm reporting this, so this can be taken care of otherwise we will be taking this to the Department of Health.

Yep. I just left and got a green critter in my salad as well. Wonder if there salad supplier isn't cleaning it well. I'm a little queezy but still ate the fresh bowl they brought me. Ate it a little slower and carefully watched my bites though. Got about a $15 discount as well. Works for me. I gave our waitress $10 from a now $15 bill. Wasent her fault or the restaurants. [censored] happens. It could be worse like a cockroach.

After 1:15 waiting with two small kids, no employee or not even the one that wrote my name down said anything. So sorry for the others that are miss informed.
