We were a party of four they seated us at a table by the bar. We wanted to order beverages and appetizers said she would be right back 20 minutes later she returned. Also asked could we have biscuits and salad said we hadn't ordered so she couldn't bring any. Her name was Sarena was very rude finally we ordered appetizers and that took another 30 minutes till we received them. There still were no plates or silverware at table had to ask three times for them to bring some out. We finally placed food order another 30 minutes went by asked to see manager she never came to table. Instead a shift supervisor came to our table to listen to our complaints. The food came out and it was cold the waitress came back once to ask us if we needed anything. At this point we were just ready to leave don't know why manager wouldn't come over and talk to us. The customer service at this Olive Garden was very poor it is located on the corners of Harvard and Richmond Roads in Beachwood, Ohio.

We were guest at your Cary NC location on 3/23/17 we had a party of 16 guests for my son's 16th Birthday . I called ahead to let them know the size of our party and did a early seating arrangement for 7 pm we were not seated until about 845 the servers najee and conner were great.but our food was horrible the noodles on some of the dishes were under cooked or tasted as if they had been sitting out for awhile, soup(chicken gnoochi)was watered down no dumplings and very little chicken was present in it, my dish had very little Alfredo sauce on it and i never got the chicken meatballs that was ordered in my make your own pasta dish the waiter went to get extra sauce and it was cold the best part of the meal was the salad and the breadsticks that I always look foward to had to much garlic on top.my sons special day was ruined I have never had a experience like this at Olive Garden I am a very disappointed coustomer.

This was absolutely positively 100% the worst restaurant experience I ever had. It was five of us in our party and we had three kids and two adults and it did not seem busy at all when we arrived at 725 pm 03/20/17. The store is at 13910 east 40 Hwy Independence. The waitress was ok she seemed kind of new. We got our salad out at a descent time and the was good but the bread sticks where over cook all three times. Olive Garden had the best bread sticks ever but seems to have changed the recipe for some reason but these were over baked. We had simple pasta meals two kids had chicken strips, spaghetti and fries shell noodles and fries. My wife had spaghetti noodles and sauce no meat and I had angel hair pasta with alfredo sauce and Italian sausage. After about a half an hour the waitress tells us our food should be out in a few minutes. After waiting at least 50 minutes for our food my wife's food was cold and my sausage was burnt. The sausage was recooked and was burnt again. My wife and I could not eat our food and the kids food was fair and they ate. The manager offered to have our food recooked again but we just asked him to take it off the bill and he did. There is no excuse for the poor service I think the manager should have came over earlier to explain about the slow service or done more to prevent it.

We were craving Olive Garden per our usual taste buds and when we got there it had a long wait time so we sat at the bar where there was only one other guy sitting. It took us 20 minutes just to be asked what we wanted to drink and then had us order while he was standing over by the register and never gave eye contact. Finally got our salad another 20 minutespecially later. We ate and had that down in probably 10 minutes so another 20 goes by and he asks if we want more and he takes another 20 to get us the salad forgot the breadsticks and never got them again. Our food was brought out by another women and didn't ask us if we needed anything else. Now as I'm typing this we have been sitting here done with our meal for about 15 minutes card in hand, purse on shoulder to cash out and get our take home meal... still sitting here. He keeps saying he doesn't have time for this and complaining in front of everyone. When maybe 2 drink orders came in to him the first hour we were here...

I surprised my wife for our anniversary and I splurged by taking her here. Ends up we were the ones surprised. First we ordered a glass of wine each, it was good so we ask if we could buy the rest of the bottle. Long story and lots of complaining later we ended up paying for 2 glasses of wine, 1 bottle of wine and and extra glass of wine we didn't have. Ended up we were paying for wine we were drinking from the bottle we had bought. Ordered some bread, which wasn't brought out until we had finished our meal, ask to speak to mgr. Who offered a small piece of cake as compensation. Meal I ordered was brought out wrong, told waiter I specifically told him no peppers... Ended up just eating around the peppers. This place screwed us from the time we walked in the door and didn't even get kissed. Mgr. Lee peterson helped fuel the fire by offering a ###ing piece of cake for compensation.

My family and I went to this establishment on 3/17/2017. We had a party of 17. My son called on 2/14/2017 and asked for a reservation for 7pm. Was not told that OG did not do reservations. Was told OK. We got thete at the reserved time, waited 30 minutes for our tables. The server came to our table with a real attitude, rolling eyes and all. We told her it was not all on one ticket. It took forever to get our drinks then they were wrong. Waited a LONG time for our meal which we understood. But at no time did anyone ask if we needed refils or update us on the progress of our order. After our meal ( about an hour) we had to ask for our checks. Another hour later they were still calculating the bills. The srvice in this store is very bad and we were treated as if we were an annoyance rather than paying customers. Very POOR customer relations.

My boyfriend and I went to the olive garden on rodney parham in little rock arkansas. We went in on 3/15 at 3 pm. We waited about 5 mins to be seated then when we were seated we waited about another 5-10 mins before the waitress came and got our drinks. I've worked in the food industry for 5 years so I understand that sometimes you need to wait but when we finally ordered it took over 30 mins to get a bowl of soup and a lunch menu item. We found a hair in the salad as well. Our waitress didnt check on us once while we were waiting for our food and when she did talk to us she was very cold and unfriendly. By the time the food came, we had to get it all to go because I had to go back to work. My soup was cold and my boyfriends chicken looked like it had been sitting out for quite some time. This is disappointing because we don't have much money so when we go out to eat and we spend a good amount of money, we expect the food to be hot. I will never be returning to this olive garden. I plan on calling the manager.

I was at the Olive Garden the other day and got the special buy one get one to bring home. I choose the ravioli to bring home, I was truly dissatisfied. The ravioli didn't have any ricotta cheese in it. I have never been to any restaurant that served ravioli without ricotta cheese. It was so bad that I could not eat it. I really hope you can resolved this problem since I feel that I was cheated out of a meal. If I had ordered that at the restaurant I would have ask for it to be taken back. We set or time on line it said 25min wait when we got there we was told we was next. Then finally 8 people later we was seated at 630. Waiter did not take our order till 700pm. Then we waited 25 min to get our drinks (water only.) Our food come out at 800pm. My chicken was way over cook to where it was almost burst and hard to cut. And there was not even any cheese on it. Which I got the chicken Margherita. My mother and grandsons mash potatoS was cold. Waiter never Come by to refill our drinks we had to call Waiter with machine on table just to be able to pay. I have never had this bad of service at any others olive garden. Bad thing was telling everyone 45 min wait. But when you walked thru they was half of tables empty. Not a good dinner at all

This passed Saturday, my husband and I decided to eat at our local Olive Garden. The restaurant was not busy and we were seated immediately. However, 5 minutes passed and no server stopped although at least 3 passed our table several times. Thinking maybe we needed to use the iPad to let the server know we were ready to order, we pushed the call server button on the iPad. Another 5 minutes passed, as well as the same servers. By this time the tables on either side of us, who were seated after us, were being served their salads. Needless to say, we got up and left. The hostess who seated us, was at her station as we walked out. She said nothing! Not a "Thank you" or "Have a good day"! Probably won't go back...

Placed a to go order at 145pm. Was told it would be ready at 2:15pm. I get there and was waiting and the staff was so uncharismatic. I observed them playing around and doing everything but trying to assist in getting the customers out. My order wasn't ready until 245pm. So a whole hour was spent waiting on a to go order. I stay 5 minutes away from this restaurant but will not be returning anytime soon. This wasn't my first bad experience here within the last 60 days. I'm so disappointed!

I went to Olive Garden in Midlothian va to dine in when I entered no one said hello and it didn't give me a good impression.I asked associate we're the bathroom is she just pointed and wasn't very pleasant them I came back to tell her the bathroom was dirty urine all on seats and I needed to speak to manager. I have never sent a complaint in before. We went to olive garden in hot springs Arkansas on central ladt night. We had 8 people and were told it would be an hour wait. We arrived at 6:15. We did not get sat until 7:50. When we sat down our waitress was rude, a guy noticed and stepped in and thankfully was nice and helped her out but it took an hour to get our food. We had movie tickets for 10:00 and didnt get to leave olivevgarden until 9:30 and that was with us boxing up most of our food. My mom ordered the braised beef and it looked like brownies is was so burnt and she could barely cut it with a knife, we let them know but no discount was offered. Our bill was near 200.00 so good food and service is not too much to ask. Love olive garden, was very dissapointed.

I went to Cheektowaga Ny location with 2 other friends around 2 pm Sunday March 5 2017. Upon leaving I learned that I lost my handicap placard. My friend called the restaurant the 2 workers at the door that greet people had to two be two of the worse customer service inexperienced I've ever encountered. I called back they knew us the table we sat at and even told us they asked our server if he checked the table. We returned to the restaurant. I asked the 2 at the door if they found it? They said no we looked as well as the server. I asked if I could check only to find it in the seat. If they'd looked like said they did they would of saved us a lot of grief. Needless to say the meal which was salad and soup was bad as well as the employees at the door. Really wouldn't patronize Olive Garden that location especially til those greeters retire or quit. We went to the Dothan, Al. Restaurant 3/8/17 @ 440pm. When we walked in the employees were to busy dancing and cutting up to realize we were there. Then the hostess wanted to sit us in the bar area. I told them no not when we have 3 kids with us. She said she could sit us in the back at a table and put a chair at the end. We are a family of 5. We asked for one of the large booths up front. She said we don't have any waiters. The kitchen staff would have to handle is in the back. This the 3rd time we have tried to eat there and was either put in the back, got bad service, bad food, or ride service. The last me were there the dining room manager came over and have us a card and said here is a 10% off for your next visit. I gave it back and said thank you for acknowledging your bad service. That was about 8 months ago. We have not been back because of how rude and bad it was. We love your food and restaurant. But Dothans has gone to the gutter. Thank you!

our olive garden on power line road in deerfield beach has a new manager. We eat out 3 times a week, always leave a good tip/ The employees are very friendly and the food is very good. Since the new manager took over, we cannot sit at the booths we like, we have to sit where the servers are. Half the restaurant is closed until 1.pm We live half the year in Florida and half in Tennessee. The Tennessee restaurants could help the Lady manager how to talk to her customers. On 3-5-2017 I ordered from take out two orders of soup and salad. One soup was chicken niche, and the other was pasta [censored]ioli. My chicken soup had 2 pieces of chicken in it. One (1) count this one niche in it. The two salads we ordered had nothing but the heart and hard part of the lettuce in both. One salad had no olives in it. They both had green peppers that had to be at least 20 says past date. I was highly disappointed as The chicken niche is my favorite soup in the world. Between the soups and the salads I felt we paid good money for second hand and lack of quality and quantity food. I'm trying hard not to let this turn me off from Olive Garden, because I do like the place. This Olive Garden was the one on King street in the shopping center at skyline. went to Olive Garden in Carrollton Ga at about 5:10 p.m. Today (3/4) We were seated and waited about 17 minutes... not one person ever came to ask what we wanted to drink! I am very patient but this isnt the first time that the service here has been bad. We got up and left... as we walked out my husband told a host why we were leaving and she said "Well that is unacceptable." You darn right it is. Dont know if we will go back... i might but it will be a while.
bullying from supervisor-been reported and bullying continues
An employee who works for your chain of Olive Garden, has been and is being bullied from her supervisor. She has been with the company for almost two years-the manager has only been there for around a year. Since he has been with this company he has made her feel inadequate and worthless, she was originally employed as a hostesses. He made her feel so bad that she moved to another place-because she didn't fit the ideal hostess look whatever that means . Never being positive towards the employee. The employee has reported the situation to her store manager and there has been no resolution- the situation has progressively worsened. Yesterday 3-3-2017 the employee called me to pick her up from work and was hysterical, I couldn't understand her. I immediately went to get her. She explained to me that her boss acted like he was going to punch her in the face. When I arrived she was hyperventilating, and shaking and crying. This should never happen in the work place.
She was on for food runner for the dinner shift. He was running food too-told her to go fill drinks in lobby because there wasn't any food to run. She went to refill drinks and came back to continue running food, he asked her why she was just standing there-she stated she was waiting on food- he stated that she needed to do something else while she was waiting-sending her to refill drinks again- when she returned again he already had ran the food-they both exchanged words-he stated that she gave him a look-in turn he gave her the same look and made a gesture with his hands-she stated that he advanced at her like he was going to punch her in the face with his fist. She is scared of the individual, more now than before. After the incident last night she did not want to return to work today for her shift. She also is aware that if she didn't show she would or could be fired, she needs her job to continue to live. If this is how people are to be treated because they don't fit in this is unacceptable. The employee feels like no one believes her. This needs to be investigated. No one should be bullied in the work place.
