This visit was a follow up to my A/C servicing yesterday to install a bulb in an air scrubber. It was not included in the replacement package of bulbs for the scrubber. This was an installation that required caution due to the delicate nature of the bulb and the technician was very careful to install it correctly. He cleaned the area of dust and removed any small pieces of the previous bulb.
We have been a customer of One Hour Cleaning for at least 20 years. Their service people are prompt, polite and trustworthy. Recently, a particular technician was our service provider and he was AWESOME. I highly recommend this individual and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning!

Horrible experience and my ac completely stopped working after my ac was serviced! My neighbor had the same experience, after a full installation of her system!

Colby W is the BEST service technician hands down! He serviced my ac unit on May 11th. He arrived on time, and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner. He discovered that I was 7 months pregnant and ensured the unit was in tip top shape before he left to prevent future calls because I already have enough on my plate! I didn't think personalized customer service like that still existed but Colby showed me it does. I recommend One Hour heating and air conditioning to everyone!

A technician/supervisor came - took a look - took pictures so that we could see the problems that were presenting. We were given the details of what needed to be done and a price, which was reasonable. We are now is great condition and look forward to a uneventful Spring & Summer free of issues with our heating/air with One Hour. Thank you for making our lives comfortable and safe.

We were very very happy with his service. The agents name is Gabe and he called us several times to let us know what his status was in terms of arriving. When he got there he was able to diagnose our problem fairly quickly. It was an easy fix yet he patiently explain to us what the problem was. We had complete confidence and not feel we were being overcharged her trying to be absolute anything. It was really a very very good experience you can trust this company and this particular service person. His first name is ***.

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was not the best choice for my HVAC system. I did not realize they would send people into your home that break your closet shelving and take months to get it fix. The company made it seem like I broke my closet shelving and it was my responsible to get it fixed. They took their time in repairing my shelving units and without the help of the ComplaintsBoard.com, it would have never got repaired. I would think twice about using One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in the *** area.

One Air Air of Niceville, FL has been coming to my house semi-annually for 10 years since they installed my HVAC system. In May the technician told me that my A/C coil was leaking and that 3 of my attic ducts had become unattached from the main unit...2 weeks after my 10 year warranty had expired! Then the tech quoted me an astronomical price to reattach the duct work and replace the coil. He laughed in my face when I mentioned I had a 10 year warranty when we noticed that it expired the 2 weeks prior. I contracted another (reputable) local company and they did an awesome job for half the price. I will never use this company again!

Today we had our ducts cleaned with the NICEST guys anyone would want to meet! Clay, Kevin, Coty and Sam were professional, kind, worked there tails off. They were here for approx 2.5 hours. Kept asking if there was anything else they could do for me which was so nice. Finally I believe it was Clay asked, can we clean your dryer vent out. Can't tell you the excitement I had. Very unprofessional! I have paid over $2000 to this company and it seems they do more demage than repair! Last time they were here , he crawled into the crawl space and ripped the duct system and then told us we need to replace the entire thing for $6500 . This was not even the issue ! All we need was a component to be changed which we paid $1200.00 . Me being a female I was not paying attention to what he was doing . He also disconnected one of the wires on the nest and said it's mil functioning because the wiring system is old , he will fix it for a fee but we need to get it replaced later . Today we had an inspection done by another company and were told that the duct system was not rotting ' it was yanked torn and the duct tape was removed to create a leak of air . Very common to be done to trick the homeowner into getting a entire hvac duct system changed . I can't believe they are such crooks !

By 400p unit in, their electrian came and then blew all of it out to find out parts would have to be ordered. Spent night and following day with no air. After my complaints placed a substitute machine in since it wasn't parts but a brand new machine to be ordered. After calls from me the new one becomes available so they take another machine out. Its like the right hand doesn't know what the left was doing. None of the 3 workers knew how to get the ac started. They were on phones to get directions. Why did not 1 drive over instead paying 3 overtime 7.5 hours for job that I was told would take 2 hours. Wanted to talk to manager about all this of what went wrong and no return call. I am left with 19,000 bill and doubt if it goes bad will they know what to do.

When the technician was on his way, he also called and asked nearly the same questions. When he arrived, he stated that the system needed coolant, which was obvious based on the questions they had asked. He did not have any coolant with him and could order some on Monday. They charged me almost $100 to do absolutely nothing and being that it was so late in the day when they came, I was unable to get another company out until Monday morning. I spent the entire weekend in miserable heat because of these folks. On Monday, I called a real company and they came out and took care of the issue. I suggest you call someone else from the start that is actually interested in fixing the problem as it seems to me these folks are just interested in collecting their service call fee.

We have been using One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning since 2010, when they replaced a copper coil evaporator that was leaking with a whole new unit, a significant *** improvement. In addition, they found and fixed a return air omission that limited the air flow, installing a new return duct that was omitted from the house original design by a careless installation contractor. We had no idea, for 15 years. We used them to replace our downstairs unit, after a 21 year service life, with a higher SEER unit. Just today, our 12 year old upstairs unit lost the main fan. I was able to get an appointment the next afternoon, *** arrived as promised, found the trouble, and installed a temporary main fan while we would be waiting for the part ! This was totally unexpected and required a significant effort the install a temporary circulation fan to provide comfort while waiting for the part. In all of our dealings with One Hour, I have been impressed with their commitment to customer service, technical capability, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. After using 3 or 4 other organizations to take care of our HVAC system repairs, we know there is only one place to go, One Hour Heating and Air.

A One Hour representative visited my home that day, indicated that he had fixed the *** unit, and charged me ~$500. Per the invoice, I was charged for a trip visit, a cleaning of the unit, and refrigerant (brand name = Freon).Less than 1 week later, the unit stopped working again. I was skeptical of the quality of service I received from One Hour, so I called the company that originally installed the unit, ***. They serviced the unit and the *** technician found several items of concern:-a fuse was blown -the unit was filled with almost twice as much refrigerant as recommended -the unit was very dirty The *** technician indicated to me (and documented in the invoice) that the One Hour technician had not performed the services he indicated. He did not clean the unit as indicated and he overfilled the refrigerant by double the suggested level. Not only did this not solve my original issue, but it could have caused serious damage to the unit. My unit has been working as normal since the *** visit.I did attempt contact One Hour on 2 separate occasions via phone. I was told that I would hear back within 48 hours from a supervisor, but I did not.

We even got talked into signing up with their "service/maintenance program" where they come to our home twice a year to check the *** unit. Unless there is a unit problem, why check it 2X a year? Every time a technician places their gauges on the unit the unit loses refrigerate which helps the unit run properly. I was contacted by *** who kept telling us we are due for another service call. I have told her that we were involved in major repairs here and would call them when we want them to come. She calls every other day worrying and hassling us. Again, today I told her that again, told her to stop calling us, stop hassling us over just a $200 service plan visit, etc. She stated, as each other time, she would place a note in our files; however, the calls still come. Why the phone calls constantly? Is it because we are senior citizens, and they think they can get over on us? NO WAY! We can think for ourselves, thank you. Customer service can make or break a company. You never miss treat your customers you call "preferred customers". I believe that you should treat others the way you want to be treated. Will you accept being treated like this? I know not.
