OnTrac A package i'm looking for for the past few days

I went to the lobby of my residence to get my package & discovered that it was not there. Several hrs later I sent my Step Son back to the lobby to see if he could locate the package to no availability he could not find it. On 09 10 2023 I asked my daughter to go see if she could locate the pack as well & again to no availability she could not find the package either. I've tried several times to reach out to the seller/carrier but have not gotten a response or reply back as of yet.

Desired outcome: I'm not sure what's going on can someone please call me?

OnTrac Damages to property roof rain gutter.

This company's employee was not aware of their surroundings and backed into Brookside Motel's roof rain gutter and caused damage to gutter. It happen around 11:30 am to 12:15 pm on September 6th 2023. The driver gave me this number [protected] i call this number and went to an unhelpful recording that said go to the online website for package tracking only. Also i was out side when your driver hit my gutter and I hear it. This was the west side of the Motel.

Desired outcome: I'd like a response on this matter for the damages to be fix and your insurance company and your company to call me at [protected] as soon as possible on this matter

OnTrac Delivery

I have a package that is in the Baltimore facility and it has been there since the 23rd of August. My package has not been delivered or located. No one at this company seems to care about locating it but keep updating the tracking stating "Your package will be delivered by the end of the day" Well my package has not been delivered and I have no idea or your company has no idea where my package is. If my package was delivered to your facility then why is it no one seem to know where it is. Did an employee steal it, was it delivered to the incorrect address or is it just sitting there and your employees is to lazy to look for it, but the text and updates continue to come on my phone. My tracking number is D10014120283605

OnTrac Delivery service

I was standing at my front door when the delivery driver claimed to hv delivered my package I did not capture on my camera anyone coming up to my company nor did I see anyone enter at the time of delivery not only did they not deliver my SHEIN package they also delivered one on ther package to an entirely different company! I would never recomend ontrac to anyone!

Desired outcome: My desired outcome is for ontrac to never touch or handle any of my packages ever again

A delivery driver was entering a gated community infront of me. He saw that the separate exit gate was open (a vehicle just exited). He swerved and entered the community thru the exit gate. I honked at him twice to call his attention. He just drove fast in a gated community. I followed him to ask him why he did that and to say that what he did is not safe...

OnTrac Delivery service requests non-existent

Every time I have a delivery from Temu, I request them to deliver to my door and not to the lock boxes because I am somewhat handicapped and every time they promise me I'll get back to you we'll get back to you in 24 to 48 hours they have gotten back to me one time and swore to me that they would do better and have it delivered to my door 99% of my deliveries have gone to the lock boxes I am not able to walk up and down stairs or drive to 2/10 of a mile to go to the lock boxes in the middle of the Las Vegas Heat. How [censored]ing worthless is this company they don't even respond when I went on LinkedIn and sent a message to the boss

OnTrac Undelivered package

Received notification that package was delivered to my house on 8/14. Package not delivered as I have ring and am notified when someone approaches front door. I notified seller that delivery was not made as stated. Seller said to contact OnTrac as it was out of their control. OnTrac communicated via text ONLY from 8/15 to 8/19. OnTrac’s final response was the following:

“ Unfortunately we are unable to confirm control over your package at this time. Due to the unconfirmed status please contact the seller for further assistance”

Totally unacceptable! Neither company will take

Ownership. I am left without a product and no reimbursement!

OnTrac Delivery

Tracking shows package was delivered yesterday -8/18/23. I have cameras and also was here all day. No package was delivered or even attempted to be delivered. Checked with all my neighbors - no package. No way to reach an actual person at Ontrac to talk to. From reading reviews, I see this is a common problem. My order was from JC Penney - I will be contacting JC Penney and telling them if they don't change delivery companies, I'll no longer be ordering from them.

OnTrac Delivery

I have been waiting on a package since Friday August 11, 2023. I received a message saying that more information was needed to call. I called they said it was going higher up and that my package would be delivered on Saturday August 12. I provided with a lot of information about my address. Saturday August 12 seen the delivery driver tried to get his attention he slowed down and then drove off. I get another message saying my package couldn't be delivered and I needed to call. I called and was on the phone for 4 hours waiting on someone to answer. I got told it would be Sunday. Sunday August 13 at 4pm the driver stopped at my mailbox got out of the van and looked around I tried to let him know he was at the correct address and he gets back in the van and drives off. I get a message saying to call because my package couldn't be delivered. I called and was rudly cut off when trying to explain what was going on. Then the person I was on the phone with hung up on me. Called back and yes at this point I'm mad. Finally get someone else and they hang up on me. Then Monday Aug14 I was told that I would have my package by 9pm. Never got my package. Tuesday August 15 I was told that I was unprofessional because the guy kept repeating himself and Ive been told the same thing since Friday. He was rude about the situation and told me well you need to take it up with the people you brought your items from saying it wasn't y'all's fault that I can't get my package it was the sellers for picking y'all to deliver my package. I have been waiting for a manger to call me since Friday and also the people higher than the customer service people to call me and NOTHING!

Desired outcome: I want my package for one and two retrain your customer service and make sure there are appropriate time management on call backs.

OnTrac Delivery

Ordered some shirts from gap on july 5. got notification that ontrac has my package and out for delivery on the morning of july 7. no attempt was made. then next day at 2:57 it was marked delivered. the delivery address is a business and we're closed on weekends. i checked our cams and don't see a package delivered. i didn't even see the driver attempt delivery. our gates are closed and there's no where to leave the package.

i reached out to them with a time stamped screenshot of our front door cam to proved that there was no package and no delivery attempted.

they have no desire to trace the package. it was not stolen on our property cause there was no attempt to begin with.

Desired outcome: investigate the driver for stealing. replace the products lost.

OnTrac Ontrac - lasership

First experience they said package was delivered but never delivered. Then the 2nd package stated it was out for delivery but was in a different state. It never arrived but at 9pm I got a text stating that they attempted a delivery but business was closed. They didn’t ever attempt to deliver as we have cameras and nobody showed. Then i got a message to provide business hours and I did. The next day it shows that they attempted to deliver again on sunday which I had told them was closed and it’s shows that they are still in a different state.

Desired outcome: Deliver my package please. Or tell me where I can pick them up.

OnTrac Order not delivered

I purchased a tebru router wifi from walmart online on july 13 and it said you guys delivered it on july 17th but I never recieved my order I checked with my neighbors and theres nothing the order number is 2000112-[protected] I just want my money back I tried to talk to walmart customer service to resolve the issue but they said I had to contact you guys and have you refund me

OnTrac packages not being delivered but marked delivered

July 15, 2023 claimed to have delivered a package to my residence but there was not a package there after checking all around and with my neighbors. Once I complained all of a sudden the package says it was out for delivery. It has been delayed in the facility for over a week then claims it was delivered then marked out for delivery about one minute after it was supposed to be delivered.

Desired outcome: Please refund.

OnTrac Lied about address not being valid as to attempt to keep packages

I ordered some shoes from Nordstrom's. As soon as I saw "OnTrac" was the delivery company I already knew they would try to scam me. I had ordered a Mac Book for my niece previously and they kept lying about the address not being valid. So, all they told me was to submit something but I said, nope, I want to choose to pick it up personally since that is just basically giving the Mac Book away. Needless to say, I got the Mac Book personally and said I would NEVER do business with them if I could help it. Fast forward to now. Same lie about an address being invalid. Mind you ,this is a different address, same scam. So, I am filing this complaint. I also called Nordstrom's and told them not to use OnTrac anymore. Being cheap and not opting for Fed-EX, UPS, or even USPS is getting people's items stolen at an alarming rate. OnTrac needs to be internally investigated and this scam they and their employees have going on needs to be revealed.

Desired outcome: To make everyone aware that OnTrac is a scam company operating as legit.

OnTrac Delivery of my package// c12151110729262

NewAir 470 CFM, 3 speed Portable Evaporative Cooler and Fan for 250 sq. ft. Cooling Area.

They have told me every day that I should get it the next day for 3 weeks!

They say some gul name CAL would call me to solve this problem, NO CALL FROM CAL!

I am a 71 year old man living in YUMA, AZ where the temps are above 110 degrees ever day!

What kind of company would do this to another HUMAN BEING?

I was promise I would get it 7/7/2023 and it is still in CABLSBAD, CA, WHY?

Tshey even to a representative from HOME DEPOT that I should get my package over a week ago!

ONTRAC IS A LIER!

NOT ONE OF THEM HAS SAID THE TRUTH TO ME!

Desired outcome: To get my box or something to make up what they are doing to me!!!!!

check out my tracking number and explane why you keep saying i am going to get it and it never comes, why?

i think your company is a [censored] head because i am a 71 years old living in yuma, az where the temps are over 110 degrees!

why would a company who is part of the human race do this to me?

You should call HOME DEPOT and tell them you have lost their package to me...

OnTrac Home Depot items

My items were suppose to b delivered 4 days ago. Every day I get a new msg saying my items hav been delayed and will arrive tomorrow… but they do not. One of the 3 items came yesterday but were delivered by two men in a personal beat up minivan w bumper stickers all over it. Very scary. This did not feel safe to me at all. I felt like they were casing the joint as I watched out my upstairs window. Very u happy that I am STILL waiting on 2 items that were Fathers Day gifts :( and the one item that was delivered 3 days late, was dropped off by two very unprofessional men and was super sketchy

Desired outcome: I want my other two items!! And I wld prefer a professional Co like UPS or FedEx wld b used next time. They r in marked vehicles & background checked!

Trac Fontana, California claims that has attempted to deliver my package but that the office is closed. Twice I have sent them the hours the office is open to deliver my package. I also have asked them to call me at my phone when they arrive to Perris so I can meet the delivery driver in person if they find the place closed. I can provide my ID. In spite that I twice gave them the hours the physical address is open they continue posting in the tracking that the place was closed. Not true. It was open all day today. I went to pick up my mail.

The shipping address is 778 South Redlands Ave. #1644 Perris, Ca 92570

The hours of operation Monday through Friday from 9.00 A.M to 5.00 P.M

Saturdays 10 A.M to 1:00 P.M sundays is closed

But call my phone if there is a problem delivering at [protected] I will drive to meet the driver . Whatever it takes man. Just deliver my package.

OnTrac Delivery service

I placed an order with Butcher Box, which is a meat delivery company, who uses Ontrac AKA LaserShip to deliver in my area.

There were many issues with my delivery yesterday June 19th, 2023, that were totally UNACCEPTABLE!

1.The DRIVER LIED and said my package was delivered to myself in person and it wasn't.

2. my package was delivered AFTER 10 pm. Which, Normally I would have been in bed which means I wouldn't have seen the package until the next morning and my order would have been ruined!

3. My box was left at the bottom of my stairs in the POURING DOWN RAIN! not under the COVERED porch area.

4. I just happened to be up late and saw the email come in that my package was delivered, which was after 11:00pm. I had to go out in the pouring rain, in my pajamas, to retrieve the soaking wet box.

I would NEVER recommend using this company for any delivery. (Not even my trash to the landfill) and I'm hoping Butcher Box finds a new delivery company or I may need to rethink my relationship with them. This has not been my only issue with OnTrac AKA Lasership but this one is the worst yet.
