I walked into the store to make a purchase and was standing/waiting to be helped and an employee (shirt said Anna) was sitting at a register doing taxes on her phone and looked at me and continued doing her taxes for a good 10 min until another employee finally came from the back to help me. Dear Sirs: On 3/28/19 (mileage 191, 721 ) I was in Osage Beach, Missouri on vacation and R & P was leaking real bad. I took it to Parkway Plaza Tire and they had to put in a new O'Reilly's R & P and I was told that 100% parts and labor were warrantied.
The seals went bad on the way home and Parkway told me to take it to a good place where I live and on 4/8/19 (mileage 192, 511) I took it to Shorewood Lube Service. R & P was replaced with another from O'Reilly's and they said I would receive a check within 30 days a check for the labor. I did receive the labor check in the mail for $408.67.
Three months later in July the R & P started leaking really bad again. I went to O'Reilly in Shorewood, IL #4838 and talked to Domingo. He said to take it back to Shorewood Lube for another replacement and they would warranty the R & P and labor . So on 7/24/19 (mileage 195, 669) I did that. Domingo told me that it would take some time and I would go to Shorewood Lube this time to get a check for the labor. I paid $408.67 for the labor. This was no fault of my own that 2 Rack & Pinions break within 4 months. I also had also tried calling Joey Kraska on 9/24/19 and Ken Hubbart (both at the corporate office) and no calls have been returned. I left multiple messages with both. I have waited long enough and would like my reimbursement for my second labor warranty ASAP. Thank you for your attention.

Hello, Amanda Ramirez has worked for O'Reilly going on 2 yearsnow. Last July 2018her kids were taken away by C.P.S. due to Meth drug usage. At this time she had sexual relations with Samuel Almanza, David Palino, and currrently now Anthony I am her husband she has this guy staying with her with our kids in a apartment she recently lease 33 days ago. She is a great employee but drug test her she is not who she says she is this woman has our kids witnessing her kiss, hold, express love for one another right in front of our kids 17, 11, and 10. They are uncomfortable with this stranger on top she uses drugs and will sleep with the entire Oreilly Team to get to the top spreading germs and evil with her one sided stories.

I purchased a master cylinder on 9-12-19, On 9-14-19 I removed the master cylinder from car and opened the box and I was sold a core instead of a rebuilt MC . I called the store and was told they could not bring the MC to me but could send it to Marianna (FWIW marianna O'Reilly has always been top Notch ). I was also told I would receive a phone call
on what they were going to do and I had to make several more calls to find out why I was not called back . I was hung up on by one employee because he did not like my tone. Because of severe incompetence I wasted several hours of my day trying to solve a problem that I did not create and OReilly auto parts in Dothan AL did create.

I have been going to oreillys for years for all things auto for all three of my cars and trucks. I went in to talk about rebuilding an altenator and needed the ball bearing part. The first sale an older guy with grey hair and mustache and he said they have thousand of parts and can't help without part number. I asked if he could look it up and he said "look up what? How" I told them never mind and would go elsewhere. I went down the street to Advanced auto parts and the guy looked up what I was looking for and even took the time to get this large manual and find the part I was looking for. I bought it and some other things there. I ended up going back and buying an alternator there after trying to rebuild it. So O'Reillys lost my business and future business because this guy didn't care about customers
