And we go through brake pads so we went to o'reilly's in yreka california to get some new brake pads and the salesman said we carry ceramic brake pads with a lifetime warranty... We said great how much more are they?
They came out to be around $70 that was fine a couple months go by about three months or so and we need new brake pads and a roter we had no problems getting new brake pads this time... But about three or four months go by and we need new brake pads again and the salesman tells me that the lifetime warranty is only good for one replacement... And won't give me new brake pads on my lifetime warranty brake pads...

Not following nys covid laws
Female sales associate fails to wear face covering in the workplace. This associate also fails to comply with social distance standards. As a customer, I had walked in and walked out due to this individual not following NYS requirements. On the facilities door, it states all individuals must wear face covering to enter. Charged freight on auto part was not told when ordered can not sale what you do not have. Also charged a $5.00 service charge for the part that came from standard motor products inc what a rip off. Returned gasket
Used online ordering because of pandemic. This worked fine but needed to return a gasket. Tim, (asst.manager) at the Henryetta store, has problems with the return due to computer problems. I live out of town so he asked me to leave the part and receipt and would call when it was complete. I called several hours later to inquire about it and he said it was going to take some time and had 3 others with the same trouble. He called me this morning @ 7:20 to tell me I had to come back in with my card as the return receipt had 0000 for the last 4 numbers on the card. I printed the receipt again and it had the correct 4 numbers on it. I called back and told him where to look and he found it. He said I still had to come back in with the card. It wasn't until after I mentioned corporate office and notifying my mechanic that I would require receipts showing they did not use Oreills"s that he agreed to take the card over the phone. He asked why I was not going to use them anymore because he was handling it now. I explained, I called before I left town that I needed to return it and he said I had to print out the receipt 1st. I went home (out of town) and printed it and took it back the next day and then all the rest happened.They have lost a customer and the mechanic said that's why he uses Auto Zone in the next town except for emergencies.I
