Bonus gift cards, st pete tyrone store
I've been buying all my holiday gift cards for my businesses here for years, and enjoying the bonus cards for our family. This year, as always, when I purchased them, I was told yes, they'll be accepted here until 2/28. A week or so ago, the last time we were here, I was told the same thing. Tonight, I was told they will no longer accept them because they no longer have a button for them!
I asked to speak to a manager and Kayla cane out. She was rude and dismissive. She did get permission from one of her bosses (Luke, Karen, or Bryan) to allow me to use these gift cards tonight. But she said no more and I've 2 more left. I explained I will never return as a customer and I'll never buy more gift cards here. She didn't care, she said have a nice day, dismissively.
I can't believe this is how you now do business. Does this store have a new Manager? I've spent a lot of money here but never no more. I won't even come here to use gift cards.
Rude service
Hello myself and my family took my father out for a birthday dinner tonight 2/19/2018 at the Outback Steakhouse on Jericho turnpike in commack ny. I had requested they sing happy birthday to him as they were singing for other customers as well. Not once but twice I had to request this. They never came by then on the way out to pay the bill I mentioned it to the hostess her response was "oh well maybe next year" . That was the rudest inconsiderate thing to say. Especially it was geared towards my father who is 76 years old. Her attitude and demeanor was unacceptable. We have eaten out at outback many times but after this incident I highly doubt we will be going back there again. She was snotty and sarcastic with that remark. Myself and my family felt so bad for my father as he was upset that she spoke like that and laughed about it. Young people like herself definitely do not belong working in a steakhouse as she has no respect for the elders.
Food
Tonight Feb. 18th, my husband and I were dissatisfied with our experience at Outback in Salisbury, MD. We should have known it would not be good because two tables around us were complaining to their waitresses. First, my husband's coffee was cold and there was no sugar on the table. It took the waitress a while to get our order since she was handling a complaint at the table next to us. My husband asked for a well-done burger and rec'd one that was rare. He returned it. Meanwhile, I ate my dinner which was ok except that the butter for my lobster was cold and my steak was incorrectly cooked, but I didn't return them since I was starving. My husband' s burger was brought out well after I was finished, The salads had a miniscule amount of dressing, so we had to ask for more. It was not the meal I had expected. The waitress was nice, but told us that everyone in the kitchen should be fired since there were complaints from almost every table she had that evening. As we were leaving another waitress was apologizing for a food mistake! Not good!
Food safety and dirty dishes
Yesterday me and my family went to the outback steakhouse at assembly Row in Somerville, there was a wait time of about 20 minutes even though there were over 10 tables cleared. Once being seated as a party of 4 in crammed little table where other parties around us were only 2/3 I requested to be moved I requested to be moved to the empty booth right next to us to give our kids some space and privacy. Our waitress went to ask the manager and was told no, but after asking to speak to the manager directly we were promptly moved . It seemed to be The biggest issue as now the server who's table we took, the manager who was clearly overworked we're giving us twisted eyes and complaining so loudly about us,
60 minutes later we were given our drinks, but had to give them back
as the glasses were filthy with residue and previous fruit( One of the drinks was white and there were speckles of brown and pink all in the inside of the whole jar). We were given new drinks in clean cups, okay. We ordered two chicken on the Barbie for our children, the chicken that was served was still squealing, raw, pink and oozing... (these cooks have clearly not done any food safety training) the manager came over offered to cook the same chicken a bit more(once done asked if the chicken was better, better?... this is the way it should have been done in the first place)
Not only our drink cups were filthy but I also pointed out that all the plates that had food served on them we're clearly not washed correctly That maybe their dishwasher needs an updated maintenance.
Our food was served steak, quesadilla, salads but we quickly asked for to go boxes but we quickly asked for to go boxes after Noticing the condition of the dirty plates.
Our children's meals and drinks were comped, but honestly all of it should've been, what a disgrace 1st and last time eating at a Outback Steakhouse
I feel horrible for waitress who was clearly trying to do the best she could She was kind and attentative. I feel sorry about having to complain so much but from every little thing there was an issue. This restaurant definitely needs a work up some food safety training as well as OSHA dishware is filthy and being served under cooked.
Waitress/management
We have never had a problem with outback until today. Our bill came to $57.17 we gave the waitress a $100 she come back with our change there's $25.00 in there which is obviously not right we should get back 42.83. so we asked for a manager told him what happened he said I'm sorry I'll go get your change. He comes back and this time it's only 42. Still missing .83 cents. We left we weren't worried about .83 cents but it's still the fact that they screwed it up twice even a manager..
Daughter’s food order. Food allergies, and service
My 14 year old daughter and I decided to take out her friend who turned 15 years old today. To the Outback in Dover, DE. She had never been to Outback before. I called at 2:30pm to call head so we go be seated by 6:30 if possible. The server stated that her friend would get a free dessert since it was her birthday.
We showed up at 6:08pm and there was a miscommunication and the gentleman at the door said he would straighten it out. He could see on his iPad where i had called in and he talked to the servers. We were seated at 6:40.
The waitress spilled a bit of my daughters drink across our table and said she would come back with napkins. She never did. We used our own cloth napkins to clean up the mess and then had no napkins with dinner.
When we ordered our food I especially said my daughter couldn't not have mushrooms in her small order of quesadillas. The waitress said my daughter couldn't have that dish then. I have never had an issue ordering the quesadillas without mushrooms again. I asked her to go back and ask the cook. It took her a long time but she finally came back and said yes we could order the meal.
When the food arrived my daughter took a few bites of her food and starts feeling funny. We opened up her quesadillas and found a couple of mushrooms, not including the one she ate. I immediately gave her Benadryl. We told th waitress who didn't seem to care one way or another about it and said did we really want a manager to come over. I dated yes. She scared my daughter with her tone so my daughter said never mind she would be okay without the manger coming.
Dave Jones, the manager, came over to check on us. We showed him the mushrooms that we placed on the bread platter. He was compassionate and understood about how serious food allergies can be unlike our waitress. He did take off her appetizer and offered her a dessert.
My daughter started getting queasy and itchy and we kept telling the waitress we had to leave and could we get the desserts to go. The waitress took a really long time between the desserts, getting our check, and then taking my card to pay for the meals. We didn't get out of there until 8pm. We had requested check and desserts to go at 7:20pm.
She now has hives and laying in bed. We ended up having to take her friend home without opening gifts which we had brought onoutback to enjoy.
The whole night was ruined. I am not happy with the service we received at this Outback location.
Sincerely
Aimee Hardesty

Promotions, advertise offers, ads
02/14/2018, My husband took me to the steakhouse for Valentine's to celebrate and he was hungry after seeing many adds for $15.99 steak and lobster tail and Aussie 4 course meal for two deal. We went to our location at 497 E 120th Ave in Thornton, CO. After we were seated and had our drinks were we then informed that, that location doesn't honor national adds/promotions and that they didn't even have the Aussie special to offer. They did have the steak and lobster but for $18.99. My husband was upset and wanted to just pay for our drinks and leave. I was too hungry and tired so we stayed but were upset. It feels like false advertising to run all the commercials, send emails and promotions thru the mail and then they offers not be available. It almost ruined what was to be a special evening. :-(
uncooked food / overcooked
Let me start by choosing your esblishment on valentines day / our 15 wedding anniversary so my wife and I both ordered steaks a ribeye 12 oz and a 10 filet, the filet was under cooked came out rare when was suppose to be medium then comes back black as black can be and overcooked my ribeye was supposed to be med came out well, so then I sent it back and then came out medium rare was just looking for a great dinner and experience on our special day and the management staff just gave us a free blooming onion on our next visit when u get one free anyways if u are on email lists not a good experience at all a 1 out of 5 will consider going elsewhere in the future such a shame
curbside
While the manager spoke to me regarding the major delay in our food and reimbursed us for the dinner, have another complaint. Ordered a NY strip steak to be cooked medium. It was cooked medium rare, which was too rare for my son. My steak, 9 oz sirloin, was to be medium rare, yet it was rare. Too rare to eat. In the past month, we have ordered every week. Each order has had issues-not ready on time, meat not cooked correctly. In the past it was rare to have issues, but since December, every order we have purchased has been off. It is the only steak house around the area. If it wasn't we would definitely change restaurants.
TROLLING AGAIN, HUH.
As someone who frequents steakhouses, it is not uncommon to have steak slightly undercooked. This is because it is easier to cook a steak more than to cook an entirely new piece of steak.
Did I ask for your opinion, nope so shut up and stay off my letter. The whole point of this is to tell you they could do nothing right at all.
racism
My first visit to Outback Steakhouse is also my last. The service, or rather the lack of service, is disgusting. Once seated, my party and I were promptly greeted by a server, who took our drink and appetizer orders. From that point, we had to flag down passing servers, as our original server was tending bar. We noticed that none of the other guests seemed to be ignored, quite the contrary. At no point did anyone come to our table to question us regarding our satisfaction. We even had to flag someone down to pay our bill! Never have I received such blatant disrespect. Being the only group of color in the restaurant I feel very strongly that we were treated so horribly based on our color. We were ignored by tbe waitstaff, and I find that treatment demeaning, to say the very least.
server/manager
I ordered a rib eye. they brought a sirloin. I asked the server to adjust my ticket to the sirloin. She got the manager, he offered to take the cost of the meal off. I told him I did not want a free meal, only to adjust my ticket to reflect what I got. He told me that it was a ribeye. I showed him my steak compared to my companions steak (which was a ribeye) and he insisted that I had a ribeye. When the server brought my ticket she said the manager took my meal off. I told her that is not what I wanted and she told me "just say thank you" and walked off.
This is unacceptable. I will never go into that restaurant again.
rib eye steak
I went to the commack, ny outback restaurant and I ordered a medium cooked rib eye steak and received a mostly rare fatty steak. When I told the waitress I was not satisfied with my steak she said " ribeye steaks are that way. Also we overheard the people sitting behind us complain about the quality of their steak. The waitress was friendly but didn't do much to improve our dining experience. we will never go back to your restaurant again. Good thing Trump reduced your corporate tax rate this year because your going to need all the help you can get to stay in business.
the "manager" 5:45 pm on 1/29/18
I travel 2 hours to come to this Outback with my family but today will be the last day I step foot in that place. The manager up front was very rude and so was the waitress that was taking us to a table actually she was probably the host whoever wears the white button up shirts she wore glasses but anyway I want something done about this because I simply wanted to sit at a booth in the back with my son and wife that way we were alone just in case my son started to get rowdy after all he is just 16 months old but the woman got very close and in my personal space which was supposed to be the manager and she told us that the waitress couldn't take an extra 5 Steps to get to us at that table because there were no servers at that time for that particular table. She wanted to put us next to a bunch of Rowdy people where my son and me and my wife were not comfortable also it was in the bar area. I want to be contacted by someone to fix this issue and to be apologized to. We spend at least $80 every time we come here and my son was also very hungry at the time but they didn't care.
I have problem with my music video on YouTube and I have lost my views on the video and please could you please sort it out for me
soy sordo

Not just for that, but it is the closest one. It's the complaintsboard. com... I'm complaining about not being listened to or even acknowledged by a "manager" when we could choose anywhere else to go to buy a damn simple meal. But that was our thing/ our place we liked to go. It makes no sense for them to say "it's against policy" for the waitress to take 5 extra steps to a different booth that was not in the bar area but a more relaxed environment for my family. It's just a different table. One of the hostess guys up front even said it WASN'T A BIG DEAL THEY LET PEOPLE DO IT ALL THE TIME! But for me heck no. So if anyone wants to comment crap on here take it on somewhere else, I'm just trying to inform you about ONE of my experiences here that just didn't seem to be very smart on the staffs part when it comes to customer service.
You must work there, you also must be a dumb [censor] and aren't capable of understanding that I'm a paying customer.
First of all, learn how to use punctuation! Secondly, if there isn't a wait person available for a certain table, then of course they're not going to seat someone at that table. Get over yourself.
entire dinner we had was terrible / waiter and manager failed to resolve problem
01/26/18 / 0228c Table 74 Party of 4 Erik
The event was a dinner for 4, 3 adults and my 5 year old granddaughter
After quite a few minutes of just sitting there (not busy) the waiter asked about drinks and we also ordered the wings as an appetizer. the wings were brought with no plates, I had to ask the girl to bring back plates for us to eat the wings. now we are eating wings and the drinks never came until about 15 minutes, then I had to ask the waiter to please bring bread which he apologized for. Finally he took our dinner order which took more then 30 or more to come out, and when it arrived all our dinner's were cold. I spotted the manager Martin Annon and explained what had happened, he basically came over to me to give me a certificate for a free desert and told me that when the food is finished cooking while it's walked back to our table it's normal for it to get cold. I could see the kichen entrance from where I was sitting, a very short distance. A very terrible night out for me and my family. I am requesting a full refund and that the manager be re-trained, the store will suffer great loss of business.
Thanks for the attached picture. Now we know your credit card number.
parmesan crusted chicken and outback burger
My complaint is that we ordered our food and a takeout order, both were terrible. The burger was way overcooked and tasteless. The takeout order was brought as we started eating so was ice cold when I got it home to my daughter and she said it was awful. Cooked good but no flavor and very cold she hates warmed up chicken. We will be posting a complaint on yelp. Also terrible service.
Kailua Kona Hawaii
We are regular guests at this place which is under new ownership. We had lunch and experienced a very uncomfortable time. The kitchen staff was playing such loud music and dancing while taking over an hour to serve our food. After multiple complaints by the staff and guests the kitchen staff said no, actually played it louder and danced more. Horrible experience never ever seen before in a restaurant. Please get them under control our you will lose your customers. Thanks
service, product cost
I work in the restruant business. I've been a server for the last 5 years. I came to have a nice dinner on 12/27/2017. I ordered a whole full rack of ribs along with a few other products. Once I got home because I placed a picked up order I noticed that the full rack only comes with "7" bones and that's unbelievable when i paid 20 to 25 dollars expecting a full set of ribs 10 to 12 bones. I felt as if my money was literally thrown away for something that I was really wanting and had an appetite for..So disappointed.
pesimo servicio
Saludos,

I purchase some grill shrimp at the Buena Park CA, on beach blvd. My shrimp meal were very little. I also did not get my full portion, and money worth. When I ask to speak with the store Manager Thomas on 11-18-17. I ask him to give me my money worth, bigger size shrimp, the way my friend order was. The store Thomas told me that just the way it is, he did not give me any more shrimp for the money I spend. Please give me a gift card, along with my mash potatoes being cold as well. I waz very upset with my order on that day. I can be reached at [protected]. Ms Elaine Harvey. Thank you for calling me back.
Have a good evening.
