food quality and time
Hi, our rapid pickup on January 1 was suppose to be ready at 5:36 and we did not get out order until 6. Also when we got our food we were missing items and had numerous items that we did not pay for. Once we got home every sandwich was incorrect and were not edible. One sandwich was burnt I did not even think it was possible to burn that much. My family and I could not eat our dinner. I want nothing less then a full refund of $53.36. The order number is 940871.

Hello. I really enjoy the items you offer and try to east at your restaurants as often as I can. However, the store in my town is very dirty and although I have submitted feedback before the place continues to be unkept. There's napkins, straws' wrappers, all over the floor, tables are never wiped down. Someone needs to take care of it. Thanks! Ana

We went to the Panera Bread in Queen Creek, AZ, and ordered our usual scones, and were shocked by how much smaller they were. They were much smaller, but the price wasn't. The quality has also become an issue. We used to go there a lot, but no longer, it is time for our family to find a new bakery/ deli. They have raised prices and shrunk their menu items, as well as lowering the quality of their food.

I get from to time a Panera free item. This item is usually shows up on my account. My problem is that I have spend a lot of time in hospitals and being home bound. You free stuff only is good for one week. This is not enough time to be able to use the free coupon. I think more time should be available to use the free coupon.

I went to the Panera Bread Store on Wendover Avenue, Greensboro, NC to get one of many trays for my doctors' offices. Ryan waited on me and told me they don't do trays anymore. He looked unkempt and I wouldn't want him to do my tray anyway. He told me that he would put the bagels in a bag for me. Duh, that is ugly and I would not take a bag of bagels to my doctor office. So I will not be buying from you anymore. That is one of the main reasons I go there to get a treat for my 7 doctors offices that I visit regularly. I will make sure that I put this on my social media page as well so my friends and family don't try to get trays for their parties or families and friends. You lost my business as of today.!
chocolate nut cookie
I found three pieces of shell in the first bite of the chocolate cookie. I Would have brought it back to the counter if I was still at the store. I didn't start eating it until I got home. I don't think it's the stores fault since the cookie dough probably comes from a distributor. This situation would've been worse if it was a child eating this cookie.

Today December 18 I Ordered a plain bagel and macaroni and cheese. I wound up waiting over six minutes in the drive-through for two bagel that I did not order. I didn't want to make a big deal so I thought I would just use the cream cheese i had asked for to cover it with. There was no cream cheese. I'd given 3 knives and 5 containers of butter. I was very upset because on top of all of the the woman serving me seemed unhappy with her job. This I can understand but she seemed so unhappy that she was almost apathetic. I deserve more respect than that and do not think anyon eWorld ever want to be treated that way after a long day at work.

I work about 1 mile from the Panera's on Providence Road in Charlotte, NC.
Delivery always takes a very long time, but I understand you do not advertise as "fast food".
This time I had to write. I don't know if this store is going down hill or not, but this was a terrible order.
I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of tomato soup. The sandwich was barely grilled, all the cheese was not completely melted. My soup was cold and there was no spoon with it.
This may have had something to do with the fact that it took 2 hours to get my order. It took 20 minutes from the time the text said it was delivered to get inside the museum.
To say the least, I am very disappointed.

The salad that arrived was tiny and the "sprouted grain roll" was 2 slices of crappy bread that resembles what you can buy at a grocery store. This evening at the store located on Eaugallie BLVD in Indian Harbor Beach FL 32937 around 8:15ish pm, I placed an order through the drive thru ( 1 Large Baja Mac n Cheese, 1 Bowl of chicken noodle soup, 1 cup of Tomato soup, 1 small bacon mac n cheese, and Spicy thai chicken salad) the customer service rep seemed okay until another vehicle pulled up behind me while i waited patiently for my food. The service rep seemed to be upset by this and when i was handed my food it was a little forced and it was obvious that handing me food made her upset. I went to go ask the customer service rep if everything was there and the service rep had already turned around and had the window closed. I assumed all was there in my order and drove off only to find when i got home that our salad was missing. I then drove back to the location and pulled up and stated excuse me i am missing food from my order and i was just here, the customer service rep then stated " Oh what food was that?" not "oh i am sorry how can we help you?" nothing of that sort almost as if i had inconvenienced them by just getting food from this establishment! I told the customer service rep i am missing a full salad from my order, the customer service rep knew exactly what salad it was before i could even say it " oh yea, the thai chicken salad, yea pull around". I pulled around waited another two to five minutes before actually being greeted by anyone and then was handed a bag while the customer service rep stated "sorry for your wait" obviously not sympathetic at all for my time and my second trip back to the establishment to get food i purchased that they forgot to give me. Not only that, but when i got home the second time i was then faced with the fact my small bacon mac n cheese was COLD! not warm or luke warm COLD! Honestly i work in customer service and i understand things happen but this chain of events should simply not be tolerated! and could have been reversed very easily!
to go broccoli cheddar soup
To whom it may concern,
I am usually a huge fan of Panera! Today, I was craving the broccoli cheddar soup. I went to the Geneva, Illinois drive through location and ordered the broccoli cheddar soup. I got home and could only eat half of the soup because it tasted like it was sitting out for hours and it had a chalky after taste. This is never what it tastes like. For the price I paid, I was extremely disappointed and will now second guess going to Panera.
bad food delivered
I have been ordering from Panera bread for the past week for lunch. I have it delivered to my work. When I order I specify what I want and do not want I had tortellini's and found lettuce and some nuts in there. My food has been cold. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and avocado and when I received it it has a string of chicken and the cheese was cold. I cannot order from them anymore I am so angry for the money that I pay and not getting what I ordered. I ordered mac and cheese today with a side salad and a baguette. I got my mac and cheese with rotten avocado and no bread on the side.

The Brixton Square location in Oklahoma City regularly is out of product and tonight I was stuck in the drive through for 30 minutes. They had me trapped with no exit. When I finally got to the window. They said nothing. I asked them what's was wrong since I was trapped for 30 minutes. They apologized and said they were busy. He offered me a free cookie. Unacceptable. I will never return there again. That will help hem be less busy.
