To whom it may concern:
I would like to address an issue I have regarding an employee by the name of Jason Miller, an employee in a Southern California location.
I feel it is necessary to bring this employee to the attention of your Human Resources, Management Department and possibly your legal department due to the nature of his harassing tone From him directly, I received an initial statement last month, through a social media platform, that could have the potential to degrade my character and reputation within the community of my legal profession as a Juris Doctorate holder.
I have evidence of his statements which included a misrepresented fabrication of a past event that never occurred. He followed this up with his admission that he "talked S#..: to add to his vulgar commentary that proves he admitted to it.
I do not have any idea of where his initial statement towards me came from, but it was completely unwanted, unprofessional and out of character for an adult who claims he works for Panera bread company. This included "screw you, you piece of crap."
I have since taken our social media platform account down due to this one incident. This is a shame because we enjoyed posting our family pictures.
After reading his comment, I felt marginalized and was left wondering why someone I have no connection with would state such vile language.
After discovering that he states he works for Panera Bread, I thought it would be best to address your complaint department as a professional courtesy for all employees, staff and human resources of your organization that my family enjoy eating at twice a month or so.
Thank you for your time and please follow up with me if necessary.
Desired outcome: to be determined at a later date after discussing this issue further.
