charged upon delivery
Good day, I had a parcel (#[protected]) delivered to Buffalo, NY, USA from England. I paid the delivery through Parcel2Go and UPS have asked for $433. At no point while I was using your website did it say anything about additional fees. Especially to the amount you are asking for. Please help and advise anyway you can. Thanks, Chris Wells. Hello?
After 3 months, I sill dont have my boxes and one is apparently lost. All of this because they did not wanted to call me because I am deaf. Today, they want a proof of value...
It is literally abusive. Don't take their insurance it is a fake one. Unless you have allllll the proof possible of value.
I am asking for a fair deal here! A reimbursement and all my boxes ASAP!
delivery lost
I recently used parcel2go to collect a parcel and get it delivered to my workplace.
I was told my parcel was picked up (which was confirmed by the resident at the pickup address), but now there's no sign of it. I've been jumping through hoops trying to provide 'proof' but it's never good enough for them. They don't even have a contact number, so i've been e-mailing and chatting with online agents for the past month.
Awful
no delivery attempt made - incompetent partner company
Dear sir/Madame,
I am writing to you today to express my sincere disappointment with your partner courier company Landmark Global (bpost). I was told that my package from the UK was not able to be delivered to me on Monday 23rd May due to an incomprehensible address label. After a week the tracking information hadn't been updated and I had received no message from the courier company, so I began to get concerned. I spoke to your agent at parcel2go via online chat and I was informed that my parcel had to be returned to the sender because they could not read the address label. I was naturally concerned about this as I had not put an address label on the package, so I kept an eye on my tracking information.
After a couple days my tracking information hadn't updated, so I took it upon myself to investigate where my parcel had got to. I spoke to Landmark Global who informed me that China Post were handling my package while it was in Hong Kong, and they gave me a tracking number. I then called China Post who said that the parcel was in the General Post Office, but I was not aloud to collect it because they were waiting for Landmark Global to give them a return address. I decided to go to the General Post office and ask for my bag in person because they said that the return address was Belgium, which is incorrect, the return address would be the UK. After a long wait, the General Post office eventually gave me my bag.
The first thing I noticed was the address label was 100% readable and was the correct address (I can send a photo). You can understand my frustration when I discover that the information I was given about why my parcel couldn't be delivered, was in fact, completely wrong. I feel like there was no effort made into delivering my parcel and had I not have gone so far as to do my own research into the whereabouts of my bag, it would never have been delivered to me, or returned to my home address in the UK. It was incredibly hard to find a number and address for Landmark Global in Hong Kong, and when I did speak to someone, they basically passed the buck to China Post and acted as though it wasn't there issue. I also looked on TrustPilot and found there are hundreds of negative reviews about this company and no positive ones, which I think parcel2go should be aware of.
Obviously I am disappointed that I had paid for a service that I didn't get, and had to spend a day of my time tracking down my own parcel and collecting it in person. However I am not writing this letter for compensation, or for an apology, but so that you as a company are aware that one of the partners is completely incompetent and should not be trusted.
I hope that this information is useful to you.
Best wishes,
Louisa
damage to painting and now loss of parcel
Dear Sir or madam
P2G49773262
I paid for a painting to be collected from Bournemouth and delivered to Nottingham on 23.04.18. Parcel2Go subcontracted to Yodel.
Yodel damaged the parcel and misplaced it for the last two weeks. They want to return the parcel to Bournemouth, even though I have told both companies that there is now no one there to receive it.
I have received the odd, sporadic email, but no help really, and Parcel2Go's website to ridiculous and frustrating. There is no contact number and they move or disable the Livechat function.
I am really, really frustrated and angry with both companies.
I will copy the last two emails exchanged below:
Dear Chrisp
Thank you for your email.
Could you confirm exactly where the parcel is being delivered to please? It needs to be delivered to Nottingham, as that is the only place where someone can take it.
The address is:
Sally [removed]
[removed]
I have written, in several emails, that there is now no one to receive it in Bournemouth.
Could you intervene and ensure that the correct delivery address is being used please.
Thank you

Good Morning
I regret to inform that your parcel has been returned to us by your chosen carrier when placing your order.
There were exceptions that occurred that could not be resolved whilst your parcel was out for delivery and it will now be returned back to you.
Your item is now being shipped with Yodel and should be with you in a few days, the new tracking number is:JJD0002219006626686 and can be tracked on the YodelDirect website. Your tracking number will be activated upon collection from our depot in the next working day. If you try to track it prior to collection it will not provide any details.

bad service
Sent out x2 parcels on a 1 day delivery with UPS, both parcel took over a week to arrive, spoke with a P2G staff member online, within 2 minutes it was clear that they did not care.
Raised various complaints via Resolver - again it was clear that staff did not care and kept repeating the same line to me over and over "parcel delivery is not guaranteed" this would be acceptable if the delay was only one or two days but a week is not a reasonable delay on a advertised 1 day service.
Most companies would try and resolve the matter with its customers partial refund, full refund etc etc but not Parcel2Go, this company does not care about its customers, so I will not be using their service again.
I have suggested to parcel2go that customer service training may be beneficial to all staff or perhaps they could rebrand as parcel2Slow ? as the amount of time it takes for a 1 day delivery is ridiculous.

a parcel damaged in transit
Dear Sir /Madam, I have been trying to resolve my complaint for over 2 weeks now. I sent a parcel to Mr Carmichael in York via Hermes through Parcel2go. The item which was a lego technic 8295, was received damaged. The recipient is not happy at all. I had paid for insurance for the item. I have submitted a claim via Parcel2go. Hermes have advised that Parcel2go needs to give an authorisation code to hermes to compensate me for the item and postage costs. I need this to be looked at urgently please as this should have been resolved within 14 days. I tried to phone parcel2 go on the one number, it is constantly engaged and the other number I waited one and a half hours on an 0843 number. Please can you resolve this for me. My contact details are [protected] or email [protected]@btinternet.com.

no courier accountability and appalling customer service
5 days in a row the collection didn't turn up, three times I was told 'no reason given' and twice I was told the collection was attempted at 14:42 and 16:13, both times I was sat waiting by the door as the parcel was very important.
Contacted various customer service representatives throughout the affair, some were diplomatic and sympathetic if not helpful (Karol, Samantha, Dan) but Bhavika was appalling... short, rude and refused to offer any recompense or rebooking.
Also disappointingly dim-witted in their attempts to skirt issues or slyly end the livechat to avoid responsibility, so they couldn't even entertain me whilst I suffered through their blatant dishonesty.
delivery
I paid for my parcel of three bags to be collected on the 28th of March. The 3 bags got picked up which contains 129 pieces of chair covers in total.
Parcel2Go delivered just one bag with 40 pieces inside.
I have been unable to log into my account. Sent several emails perhaps I forgot my password, no link to reset passsowrd has been received. Tried tracking the parcel via the invoice email generated, it says no tracking available for the delivery. Been trying to reach them. No joy.
I paid for insurance like I knew they'd be up to no good. Anyone knows what to do next.
The only thing I know to do is join all social media network to ensure no one uses this company. Wish I'd read the reviews before now😡

Took the parcel to my nearest drop off Eastcliff News Nacton Road Ipswich carried the parcel in and they said it was too heavy and they wouldn't take it! I am 73 and had no problem with it - it is 18KG admittedly but this is less than the accepted weight for luggage on a plane.
I had to come back home and find another drop off point who took it immediately. Just thought that you ought to know that the service you gave was excellent but your name is being spoiled by Eastcliff News as people will blame you and not them.

delivery to italy
1. Parcel2Go is a middleman connecting you and courier companies and making a hefty £50m+ a year for no work done. Period!
2. If you send parcels via their website and select UPS Express Saver or UPS Express, you are eligible for a refund as per the terms of UPS UK which can be found by searching "UPS Money-back guarantee", however, Parcel2Go will deny you any claims. Guess who goes back to UPS to make the claim for themselves? Parcel2Go.
3. UPS Express for inland deliveries is a guaranteed service, both time and day-definite, however, Parcel2Go will issue a UPS Standard shipping label and claim that they do not guarantee delivery or pickup, when you have paid for Express service.in effect, you are being ripped off.
4. If possible, go directly to the courier companies themselves. You will get a better deal. DHL, FedEx, TNT, Parcelforce etc.
5. For the love of mankind, avoid Parcel2Go, as they take all the benefits from the courier companies and leave you with all the liabilities!
Update 20/12/2017:
1. It is absolutely bull to claim that courier companies require individuals to send £50, 000 worth of goods in order to open an account. DHL does a good job of opening accounts for individuals, likewise UPS, myHermes, TNT and all the others. There are no limits to these accounts. You can send one package a year, or 10, 000 a year. No limits.
2. 24 hour customer service? Who needs that anyway when courier companies have manned customer service desks during the day when deliveries are being made? What does your customer service do at 11pm in the night when a courier company has failed to deliver a package and the receiver is upset? Does your customer service send a team of sympathisers to the receivers address to comfort them? You add no value to the delivery chain. You are just in it to make money; another company putting profits before people!
3. You assertion that you do not guarantee deliveries (when the courier companies whose services you are piggybacking on do) is also bull. You know why you don't guarantee your deliveries? So that you can make the claim from the courier companies yourselves and keep 100% of the proceeds from the claim, in case they fail to deliver. This is how to rip off UK consumers 100%. Kudos for that!
4. With 75% of Christmas deliveries being delivered outside of promised time-frame, I believe consumers should be given their money back for failing to uphold your end of the contract.
5. I sent a UPS parcel to a receipient in Italy on December 18th via UPS Express Saver, which is supposed to be delivered on the 19th December. Due to a mechanical failure on a UPS truck, my parcel was not delivered until 20th December. I had to refund the customer and contacted Parcel2Go for my money back, as UPS Express Saver is a money-back guarantee service. Parcel2Go denied my refund however, as a logistics industry veteran I am more than certain that Parcel2Go will contact UPS and claim the refund from UPS and not pass it to me. I have chat transcripts in my possession denying me of my right to a refund, whereas Parcel2Go will in turn make use of the UPS money back guarantee to seek money back and keep it to themselves.
Parcel2Go are well aware of this hence, they have no telephone numbers on their website to call when dealing with them. It's the worst company I've come across in the UK managed by amateurs!
If you want Proof of Purchase, this is your reference number P2G46868123 and don't tell me service description is incorrect when it is clearly stated on the UPS website that UPS Express Saver is a next day delivery service with a money-back guarantee! A simple google search will confirm my assertion.
delivery service
They collect the parcel on the 20th dec 2017 from myself @ m8 8ul.
I booked this on the grounds of the parcel being delivered before 25 dec 2017.
When booking & paying it gave me a delivery of 3-5 days. There were 5 days inc. 25th dec before the date I needed this parcel delivered by.
However, this did not happen.
2 children without a xmas present thank you!
Parcel still not arrived, it's now the 29/12/17 that's now 9 days later.
Although i've received an email stating delivery made on 27/12/17 and signed for it hasnt arrived.
Is this due to cash being in the parcel I wonder?
Well, i'm giving you the opportunity to put this right before I take this matter to a legal advice level.
my here's international delivery through parcels2go
I have invested in this company and it has majorly let me down, because of your incompetence 2 little girls in Italy have nothing to wear for Christmas and no presents ..try explaining that to a 9 and 5 year old...shame on you! I've tried to resolve this online but been unsuccessful. What are you going to do about this? I'm extremely disappointed and angry
Good morning Audrey,
I'm sorry to hear this, do you have the order number so I can look into this further for you please?

delivery
Hi,
I contacted Parcel2Go online and booked the shipping of 5 parcels from 73 Marlborough avenue, London, E8 4JR to 8 Lloyd street, northcote, Melbourne, Victoria 3070, Australia. The parcels were collected from the London address on the 12th December and I received an email confirming the delivery date for the 18th December 2017. However, the parcels were delivered to the collection address in London instead of the address in Australia so this means that I paid £462.20 and my parcels remain in London.
I would like to put a complaint and request a full refund plus a discount for all the hassle with the parcels as I still have the parcels when I completed the full payment online.
Can you please confirm the best way to resolve this quickly as I need my parcels before Christmas as there are presents for my future in-laws?
Many thanks.
Kind regards,
Emilie Soares

lie of surcharge
I send a parcel to USA via OCS parcel2go with tracking P2G45556503, they lie about the weight and ask for a surcharge of 28 pounds, which is more than the cost of the original price 23 pounds. They did not provide any evidence to justify the surcharge at all.although i weigh the parcel at the local post office in advance. I will also report this issue to trading standard!
lost packages
Parcel2go have lost 2 of my boxes that were sent in August. The sender filed a claim and since then Parcel2go has been sending incorrect numbers for tracking sending fake numbers and lying. They have blocked me from their fb page so I cannot send any enquiries through messenger either. This is a rip off and I have lost a lot .
The items I had bought we're for a wedding and never arrived as yet. What I cannot understand is how so many people in the world are complaining about this company and yet it has. It been brought to the attention of the relevant authorities. They are such frauds and need to be exposed and they should be jailed for all they have been doing for many years. They are a bunch of rogues that are executing organized crime and ribbing people of their money and packages. Don't use them..they are fakes
2 months past delivery date all Im getting is a nonsense copy and paste emails and no action whatsoever. Appalling level of service. The parcel was important, and I will file a claim in the small case court this weekend.

Hi There, I need your assistance again in regards to P2G43964525, I believe there was a mistake made.
I have received an email that my parcel weight is actually 5.16 kg instead of 0.5 as declared, however this is impossible. The actual weight is probably even less than declared, most likely approximately 350g !
These are some empty cotton bags, and the whole parcel size is approximately 15x18cmx8 cm - so there is no chance this is about volumetric size. The parcel contains 20pcs cotton bags, each bag 15x12cm in size, and weigting approximately 9g each bag. so the bags weight about 180-200g in total, the rest is just the packaging weight - which is not even a box, only a plastic mailing bag. ----The parcel weighted as explained, even less than indicated when booking the label through parcel2go.com - and I have paid the amount required on the label. As I am absolutely sure that I have specified the correct size and weight of my parcel, I would like to be provided with proof that support your claim of surcharge.
Thank you
Sorin Constantin
no collection and taken full payment
Booked and paid in full to have my parcel collected and no show.
They have no customer service contacts via their website nor any contact via live chat or telephone.
I tried contacting them via the facebook page and all you get is a load of apologies and then they ignore you.
They play the middle men and steal your money whilst your parcel sits in your home or work and never gets to the destination.
They also lose your parcels that you don't insure and you can not get your money back as no contact or claims on the home page exists.
This company is a scam and I am now getting the police involved.
