Submitted a claim for lost goods which were insured and costs £35 for their service. Parcel2Go have admitted loosing the item and refund the cost of the item but will not refund their £35 delivery costs.
Desired outcome: Refund of Delivery charge as no delivery completed
Liars and crooks cannot deliver parcels
Would rather give no stars a bunch of crooks! Sent revision materials to Botswana on 8.9.20 with gaurenteed delivery on 11.9.20. The parcel has remained in Gaborone for 5 to 6 weeks! All they do is give you excuses from a script. I am now demanding a full refund of the approx £50 delivery and insurance costs plus £50 costs of revision materials. It is 22.10.20 and exams have started today so these materials are now redundant.

Customers beware, avoid sending parcels with this company at all cost. I recently sent a straightforward parcel from the UK to Barbados and needed it there by a certain time. So I therefore paid additional for guaranteed deliveryAnd chose FedEx as the carrier. The parcel was collected by FedEx and then went on its way arriving in the US 3 days later where it has stayed for the last five days. FedEx will not speak to me in relation to my parcel after several attempts made due to it being booked through parcel to go and continuously direct me to speak to parcel to go myself to obtain any information. I have subsequently found out that parcel to go do not take calls and have no advertised telephone number. The only way to contact them is via email or online chat of which I have done both on several occasions only to be told they cannot assist me other than to raise an enquiry with the courier and this can take up to 14 days. I have explained to them the urgency hence the reason for paying for the guaranteed delivery service and requested they authorise FedEx to speak to me directly but they have point blank refused to do this and told me I will just have to wait the 14 days. The worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will never use this company again as I now have to purchase the contents of my parcel again and spend even more money as I do not have the luxury of waiting 14 days to find out why my parcel is delayed.

I have started to sell stuff with Etsy. You have to put postage prices on this website and I have always used Parcel 2 Go. I put in the weight of the parcel and you get a quote, it asks if the parcel is over a metre long and it isn't. So I get a quote to send the parcel within the UK.
I sold something and went to Parcel 2 Go to send the item, I thought I knew the cost of postage, went through all of the form filling DPD worked out the cheapest anyway...great all done and then I get a message saying this service is unavailable with DPD! I had to re book with Royal Mail which cost me £2 extra. I wanted to tell them about this but there is no way to contact them. I am now looking for an alternative.

This prepay scheme seems a bit of a scam...there must be thousands of customers like me with £2-3 in their prepay account that they can never use unless they top up with £20, but then it goes back to the same situation again once a parcel is booked

I placed an order to have a parcel collected in uk and delivered to me in Egypt. They have had the parcel nearly two weeks I expected delivery this Tuesday the emailed me.Then I get a message to say it was returned to collection address.I paid 240sterlng for this.I work for a charity in Egypt and we where gifted these horse saddles I just wanted them delivered to Egypt.I am fed up you try to do the right thing and then get let down.I tried to talk to them this morning the girl Lisette said they would be returned in 14days I told her they tried to return yesterday she did not know what was going on.I thought this was a good company but I am left feeling let down.They emailed me to say it would be delivered to Egypt and then changed delivery date to this Tuesday.And then they email to say they tried to return to collection address yesterday. We Dropped off these two parcels ( P2G [protected] and P2G [protected])on 8/8/19 Which should have been delivered to our customers in 2/3 days but they were delivered after 6/7 days and we had to refund delivery charges to our customers. I contacted on line chad regarding this but after a long chat the assistant refused to refund anything at all. it not acceptable. First parcel was 24 hrs because customer needed items urgently and second one was 48hrs. I would request a full refund of the delivery charges and also explanation why the parcels were not collected from lockers for 5 days.

Absolutely sick to death of this company
Ref- P2G60919789 : this parcel was sent to a shop in Perth my company has been supplying this shop for twenty years sending this exact parcel roughly every three months.
The package contains A6 120gsm paper tickets and weights 5 kilos, the overall size of the box is 9ins x 4ins x 5.5ins
I was contacted by Parcel2go they informed me that the parcel i had sent was larger than i have declared and will be subject to an underpayment change, which was a massive £71
i would normally pay roughly £7 for this .
I was asked to supply pictures of the parcel dimensions and weight, i have done this many many times, but i am still being told by the delightful Molly Bowman that they still need more evidence.
The most ridiculous part of this whole [censored] is that the parcel im accused of sending was apparently 40 kilos and was 80ins long 40ins wide and 4ins deep
which is an impossible package to send through this website ?
I have asked Molly Bowman why do you need pictures when the fact that the parcel is too large to send through this service is evidence enough, and is quite obviously a mistake, furthermore i couldnt get this HUGE package into my car, it wouldnt fit in the tiny drop off shop that i used to send this parcel and it would'nt fit in the destination shop in perth that it apparently arrived at.

Despite taking contact details during the booking process when problems arrive there is zero attempt to sender/receiver to resolve any problem,
If delivery is unsuccessful it takes 7-10 days for your parcel to be returned,
No surprise the complete absence of any customer service, feedback or complaints procedure,
Disjointed service using multiple providers, ie drop off points, carriers etc,
I now actively avoid this rubbish service provider, better I pay a little extra for a reliable service

I Am not a retailer just a housewife. I arranged a collection of a cupboard with glass shelves. This was picked up from the lady's house. The glass inside the cupboard wrapped up, the cupboard also wrapped. She was not happy with the way it was put on the van. We received the glass on the Saturday which was broken. But no cupboard or mention of where it was. I then saw on the computer it was due to be delivered. Monday, I waited a day nothing. Today I spoke on a live chat, to be told it's damaged.
Without me doing the live chat when was I likely to hear about it being damaged. Why was it damaged, how. Why do you have the nerve to send me the glass which is of no use at all to me without the cupboard to put it in. I am pretty frustrated and very upset. I would like answers please and my property returned to me damaged or not. The fact that I can not speak to a human is disgusting, no wonder the country has gone to ruin.
Please confirm when I will get his cupboard and who is responsible for the damage. It is a £800 cupboard that someone through their incompetence has broken. How sad

I sent a customer a small Parcel to Spain on the 29/10/2018 after 3 weeks the customer emailed to say that he had not received the package, I contacted Parcel2go" they said that they could not find the address and the parcel would be returned" I contacted them again on the 13th December they said that it would be returned shortly, I have still not received the parcel today 11th Jan 2019, they said that it would take 8 weeks, I explained to them that it had been 10 weeks, they say Parcel2Go is a good service, I won't be using them again
I have had a parcel go missing with parcel2go. They are not honouring my claim, despite the item as showing as delivered on their tracking system, because I reported it outside of their 28 day claims period. It was actually reported within 20 working days - they repeatedly work themselves to working days when they are due to respond to the customer. Their customer service is almost non-existent and shocking. I paid an additional insurance to cover my goods, worth £35 and another additional amount to ensure delivery by a certain date. They are not honouring either, so I am left £60 out of pocket. Does anybody know whether this company are a member of any ADR or trade association? I have today reported the company to Trading Standards for Unfair trading practice.
I am going through this at the moment with them on a parcel I posted to Japan mid december 2018. They say the parcel will be returned to me. No sign of it yet. They say they have 6 to 8 weeks to see if it gets back to me. The postage was 50 quid & I insured for loss at 100. Have provided them with proof of non delivery & proof of the sale price of the item. I am not letting it go!

I arranged for two parcels to be picked up on the 6th of December 2018, transaction ref P2G55501343. Both items were packed correctly and the same. One of the items arrived severely damaged yet the other arrived unharmed. I opened a case with Parcel2go about a refund and the cover I was owed as I had to refund the person who bought the items. I understand these things happen from time to time and waited for a reply. After sending all the required documents and photos I received an email saying my application for a refund and insurance had been denied saying the items were packaged inadequately.
If my packaging was so inadequate how did the one speaker arrive without damage? The damage sustained was severe. There is no way that sort of damage could come from general movement in and out of vans and depots (Please see photos). This item has clearly been dropped or chucked which is the fault of the courier service, not mine.
I would like a full refund of the transaction and the cover which was £20 each parcel.

This company is unable to provide the services it advertises and subsequently I asked for my money to be refunded. For months they are telling me they have authorised the refunds but to date they have not paid it back to my account. I have enlisted the assistance of the consumers associations in the UK and Ireland to help me retrieve my money which is in the region of several hundred euros.

I bought postage online and printed off a label for a parcel. I took the parcel to my local Coop and then 9 days later the recipient contacted me as the parcel had not arrived. When I looked into the matter I was told delivery by Collect+ was attempted twice but no body was in so it was being returned. No missed delivery card was left on either occasion despite it stating on the Collect+ website that delivery would be attempted 3 times with missed delivery cards left offering collection at depot. The only way to contact Parcel2Go is through the online chat procedure I have done this 3 times to try and resolve this issue, the first time I was told i would have to pay again for redelivery and when I said I was not happy with this the chat was shut down, the 2nd time I asked to speak to a manager and was immediately shut down, the 3rd time the operator asked me all sorts of irrelevant questions regarding the delivery and then shut the chat down. The most infuriating parcel delivery experience imaginable, unbelievably poor customer service and I will definitely be giving the company a wide berth in future.

The issue that I have experienced was : I ordered 3 months ago 5 boxes pick up from the UK to Spain.
I told them from the beginning that I was deaf and they need to text me or send an email to confirm the delivery cause I cannot phone or hear the door bell.
They never did anything, told me sorry the parcel is lost, then found then now definitely lost. I have an insurance and they want more proof of value while they made the mistake 1 - not to deliver while I paid for a 7 days delivery. 2 - they disrespected the fact that i was deaf by never contacting me by text or email. 3 - they think they can ask for more proof of value while it isnt in their values. I am asking for a fair refund, because I feel discriminated.
I moved from the UK to Spain and that is why the parcels cannot go back to my old place but anyway it is lost now. I have been fighting with them for 3 months.
