Perfect Service was very prompt when we called and they did an excellent job of making repairs/changes to my ductwork and installing a new heat/air unit. The men they had doing to work were very courteous and efficient. All over an great job.

The company sent a guy out the same day of the leak in my ceiling. The tech fixed it up and gave me the name of their guy who would come and fix the ceiling 'cause it was their goof. All the people I talked to were on time, nice, respectful, and careful. I was impressed with how they stuck to their warranty and didn't try to make me pay for something that wasn't my fault.

This company was fast to respond to our need and the technicians were really nice and friendly. But, we were told that our unit was leaking Freon and needed to be replaced. Because it was gonna cost a lot, we called another company to get a second estimate on replacing it. Turns out, our unit wasn't leaking Freon at all, it just had a problem with the fan. The second company fixed it right away and it cost way less than replacing the whole unit. That was like 2 months ago and we haven't had any issues with our unit since the fan got replaced. My advice is to always get a second estimate.

Read full review! I have been using Perfect Service for over a year now. Justin has done my fall/spring maintenance. Unfortunately, my HVAC system basically went out on us. I call Justin with Perfect Service on his off day and responded ASAP. He mentioned that my system was ready to be replaced and I agree, but times are hard at the moment with the Pandemic going on. However, he explained the easy financing they do through Alabama power. We agreed on meeting Sunday to close the deal, he explained quote offers and much more. It was more than I wanted to pay, but I tell you this. There 12yr warranty parts/Labor, no one in my area can beat them. Let's discuss customer service, Justin is a polite hard-working gentleman. So we closed the deal that day and had a crew at my house starting the installation. The installers names Tim and Alex did a great job setting up everything and had me ready Monday afternoon. I really appreciate their hard work and customer service. Hands down best HVAC company I've done business with. Thanks again guys.

(XXX-XXX-XXXX) has been using the harassment calling tactic. Day and night aggressive behavior. Four years ago, we used this service. We were not happy with the service and since have been using another business. We blocked his calls. Now *** is calling from several different cell numbers and from his place of business, being aggressive. He has been informed to never, ever call my home or cell number. We are done. This is considered stalking and harassment. We are finding out that this is a sick person and needs to be handled with a lawyer. Never use this company. Never do business with *** (not a perfect air and heating company).

On December 26, 2022, my home heater went out and I called Perfect Service Heating and Air. They came that night, found a bad compressor, and said I needed a complete replacement. The replacement cost was $15,714 and I financed it through *** Fargo. On the 26th, they did a partial install to get heat into the house, but they were worried about the wiring and said they needed to finish the install as soon as possible. We scheduled an appointment for the 28th. On the 27th, they called and said they couldn't make it because their technician was double booked (1st missed appointment). They said they would come on the 29th between 10 and 11. However, they didn't show up (2nd missed appointment). I called them because they didn't even try to contact me. They didn't give a reason for the missed appointment and rescheduled for the morning of January 2, 2023. On the morning of January 23, nobody showed up and they didn't call (3rd missed appointment). I contacted them and they said they would try to send someone later that afternoon if possible. They also said the unit was supposed to be energy efficient, but the partial installed unit has the WORST energy efficiency rating.

On or about February 6th, 2023, the folks from Perfect Heating and Air came over to put in some Duct at our place. The work they did was alright, but while they were doing it, going in and out of the crawl space under the house, they messed up a bit of our lawn. The lawn was all soaked from the rain, so it got all muddy as they crawled around. The grass got squished down too. I talked to one of the workers about it, and he said he told his boss about the grass getting messed up because it was still wet from the rain. The worker told me his boss said not to worry about it and just keep working. I talked to the manager about it, and he sent me to the project manager. The project manager said he'd send someone to fix the lawn that got messed up by the workers. The last time I talked to a guy who's supposed to be in charge was on February 14th, 2023, around noon at Perfect Heating and Air. I asked when they were gonna fix the part of the lawn that got messed up, and he said someone would get back to me in about 15 minutes. It's now February 16th, 2023, 1:15 pm, and I haven't heard from anyone yet.

My furnace was havin heating issues so I contacted Perfect Service. They came out and found that my furnace heat exchanger was bad. They priced me a new unit and I had them install it that night. They were prompt and quick installin it. The installer said he would be back the followin Tuesday. I waited all day long and after several phone calls to the Service Manager, no one showed up. We then had issues with our condensin unit lines freezin and the installer told me he might have wired it wrong. A different installer showed up the next day and said it was programmed and wired wrong. He told me he had fixed it. The followin day our heat was not workin again after a brand new unit installed. I made phone calls to them again and was told someone would be at my house at ***am the followin mornin 4 hours later they arrive and found that the other installer had wired a transformer wrong and he corrected it. They also broke a bulb in my attic while workin. I was then told that I still needed to schedule a service member to come back out later to wrap duct work while 5 of them were already here. I will never use this company again. I do not recommend usin them. They collected my payment of $4,000 and have yet to complete the work at my residence.

On 12/15, my heater didn't work. I found this company on Angi's list with a coupon for $49.00 diagnoses service. The technician JEFF came and spends about 1.5 hours to check the furnace. His diagnose was the spark-ignition was bad and the price for replace would be $569.00. But, he couldn't just replace the ignition; he had to replace the heat exchangers for a $2,432, and blower motor for $769 in order to make the furnace working. I paid $49, but didn't do what he said. When I went back to check the unit, I noticed that the wire connected to blower was disconnected. After I re-plugged it back in, everything was working. So Jeff's diagnose was totally wrong. He is a professional, he clearly knew what the problem was, but deliberately misled and deceived me and wanted to sell me the services I didn't need. He had no professional ethics at all! I called him on the 16th. 2021, told him of my findings, and asked for a refund, and he agreed. But so far I haven't received the refund. I called again today, and another person answered the phone and said Jeff will call me back, but he didn't. They have no integrity, no professional ethics, and are full of deception and procrastination! Now my only request is refund me the $49 for their on purposely false diagnose service which JEFF agreed.

I bought a service agreement from Perfect Service Heating & Air for my unit's spring and fall maintenance, including air and heat, for 2 years. It also covered one emergency visit. During the spring service, a technician arrived unexpectedly at 8pm and asked to use my restroom. He said he came to assist the other technician. The second technician then informed me that my AC unit was cheap and meant for mobile homes, suggesting that I replace it. He claimed that the unit was clogged, causing the issues. In 2020, I had paid them $*** to clean my ductwork and install a UV purifier based on their advice that there was mold. Now, they are asking for another $*** for cleaning just one year later, with no guarantee that it will solve the problem. If it doesn't, they want me to buy a new unit from them. My AC unit is only 10 years old, fairly new, but not purchased from them. Strangely, after they left, my unit stopped blowing cold air. I want to emphasize that this was a routine service, not a repair call. I contacted another AC company to investigate, and they discovered that the Perfect Service Heating technicians had intentionally unplugged my compressor fan and tampered with the freon lines. They deliberately sabotaged my unit to make me pay for an unnecessary service. I reported this to the company and demanded a refund, as well as a resolution to the situation. I had to pay $*** to the AC company to assess the damage and fix it. However, I have not received any response or a refund of the $*** for the service agreement.
