1/5/2024 10:00 am Beware of their introductory offer. They automatically sign you up for a subscription without your approval. I just received a charge for $294.00. I did get through to customer service. I will be shipping back the introductory offer for a refund ( I do like the product but am angry) as well as the shipment they say is in the mail right now. We shall see if I get a refund. Beware.

This company must be a scam. In no way is it legit. I have never received an order from any company that was EMPTY when opening the package. Nothing was in it. I called customer service and they said 'this has happened to many people lately" She said my order would be sent out first thing on Monday however, All I received on Monday was an email giving me a list of things to do for them, including providing my State. Really? You don't have that information or the tracking number? It is obvious to me that they want to make it so difficult to do that you just don't do it. Don't worry Perricone! I've already reported you as fraudulent! You won't be hearing from me again, and I will never use another junk scam product of yours again. I will also be spreading my experience to every person I meet and online!

I returned items from Perricone in February 2023. When I purchased them all of the items were on sale. When I noticed the amount charged for most of the items the discount was not deducted. They would not honor the discount so I returned the items. I returned all of the items brand new and unopened in the same box. Only one of my order numbers was refunded in February. I have been calling customer service and sending emails. Today is July 14, 2023 and they still owe me $2,019.90 . I have been extremely patient waiting for the refund. I love the Perricone Products but this is ridiculous. Heather W.

So, I tried out Perricone MD products and unfortunately, they dried out my skin and resulted in dry flaky spots. To make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund under their supposed money-back guarantee, they refused to honor it and gave me some fake excuses. They even asked me for the lot numbers of the products, but then later on said they couldn't find my order!

And if that's not bad enough, when I tried to post a review of the products on the company's website, I received an email from Guthy-Renker (the company that actually runs the website) telling me that they couldn't post my review! It seems like they only want positive reviews to keep up their image.

Honestly, this experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I'll be purchasing from Perricone MD again.

My experience with Perricone MD was pretty rough. I've been using skincare products for a long time, so I assumed this one would be safe. Boy, was I wrong! After using it for a while, I noticed that my skin was getting irritated. I didn't think it was a big deal at first, so I kept using it. But then, the itching and burning got worse, and I started getting hives. I couldn't believe it - this was the first product I had ever been allergic to!

I stopped using it for a week to see if it would make a difference, but then I tried it again yesterday. And let me tell you, it was NOT a good experience. The burning and hives were so bad that I had to take an antihistamine. I was so disappointed because I had high hopes for this product. Now, I know that it's not worth the risk.

I'm going to throw it away and warn others about the side effects. It's a shame because I was really hoping to find a good skincare product that would work for me. But sometimes, you just have to learn the hard way. If you're thinking about trying Perricone MD, be careful and watch out for any allergic reactions!

I gotta say, Perricone MD has been a real headache for me. They double charged me even though they had deactivated my account. And to top it off, I just got a notification from my bank that there's gonna be another transaction from them! What the heck? So, I've been trying to sort this out for two months now. All I want is my money back, is that too much to ask for?

I been using Perricone MD stuff for like 15 years now or more. They are good. Period. My skin used to look bad before I started using them, but now it looks a way lot better. The tone is even and the texture is cool. However, I just bought a new jar of their rejuvenating moisturizer and it's got a big hole in it which shows me that there is not so much product in the jar as there should be. Honestly, it's totally upsetting to me. The price is already pretty darn high, so it aint cool that I'm not getting what I'm supposed to be getting, you know what I'm saying? Perricone people need to sort it out, 'cause I bet there be lots of other folks who are going through the same thing, and that aint fair.

These Perricone MD products are way too expensive! And when you try to cancel their subscription, they just keep sending you stuff and charging you for it. I swear I've called them four times to cancel and every time they say they have no record of my call! Crazy, right? So now I'm stuck having to cancel my credit card and deal with it as a fraudulent charge. It's such a hassle and I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase from them. Just save yourself the headache and don't bother with Perricone MD.

I have been tryin for months to get my money back from Perricone MD (perriconemd.com) butt they are givin me the runaround. I bought some product that didnt even do nothin and I been tryin to get a refund but they keep sayin theres a lack of communi-cation. I KNOW they got my e-mails cuz I got replys from them, but they just keep makin excuses. And then they tried to say it been too long since I bought it so they cant give me my money back even tho I contacted them BEFORE the 45 day period was over! I think they just tryin to rip people off and I aint gonna let them get away with it. Dont give your money to these scammers cuz they aint gonna give it back to you!

I gotta say, Perricone MD products didn't work out so great for me. I ended up with a big ol' rash and it was not a fun time. But you know what's really getting under my skin? The customer service. But if anything does go wrong, don't count on getting your money back without jumping through a bunch of hoops. It's just not worth the hassle.

That was just the beginning, as I continued to see additional charges on my account every month, I knew something wasn't right. When I finally worked up the courage to contact their customer service department, I was met with a callous response that only added insult to injury.

According to their customer support, the $74.50 was the initial advance for a payment plan and the remaining two payments were due in subsequent months. I was utterly stunned when I heard this as I had not signed up for such a thing. Although I received a second shipment, I requested a cancellation, but at this point, I was skeptical of their willingness to refund me.

When I called Perricone MD (perriconemd.com) to complain further, they informed me that they would be happy to refund my money. To do that, I would have to send back the goods and cancel my account. I was quite worried, but I decided to take the risk and sent back the second shipment. So far, I am still waiting for my reimbursement, but my faith in Perricone MD is shaky at best. Only time will tell whether or not they will honor their promise.

In light of my experience, I would advise anyone considering Perricone MD products to approach with caution. It's tough enough dealing with the many financial constraints we face daily. It is just unacceptable when a company finds sneaky ways to take advantage of unsuspecting customers.

I just had the worst experience with perriconemd.com. I ordered a bunch of stuff from their site, and it cost me over 200 bucks! Can you believe it? But what did I get? Nothing. They shipped my order with no tracking number, and everything got lost. It was like giving money away, but not for the poor.

So, I contacted their customer service and asked for a replacement. They said okay. But guess what? Another month passed, and I still got nothing. When I contacted them again, they told me some items were out of stock, and they couldn't replace them. So, I asked for a refund. But did I get my money back? Nope, nothing!

It's safe to say, I won't be buying from them again. If you're looking for a company with proper customer care, then go for Paulas Choice. At least, they won't disappoint you like Perricone did to me.

So I gotta say, Perricone MD ain't really my cup of tea. Like, I bought their Lifting Serum and it straight up messed up my face - like, it gave me a rash or something. So I hit up their customer service to get a refund, right? But like, they made it so freaking difficult! They asked me all these questions and wanted me to upload a photo and stuff. I mean, I get it - they want to make sure it wasn't something I did wrong, you know? But still, it was a hassle. And then they never even bothered to get back to me! Like, what kind of customer service is that?

I feel like if I had brought the serum back to a store, like Sephora or Ulta or something, they would have given me a refund no problem. But nooo, Perricone MD has to be all high and mighty about it. I dunno man, if you're looking for a company that really stands behind their product, I don't think this is the one.
