Philosophy.com Philosophy.com: A Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service and False Promises

I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off at philosophy.com. These guys just don't seem to give a hoot about whether or not you're satisfied with their products. I mean, seriously, they're about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. I've had issues with my orders before and when I try to reach out to them, it's like talking to a brick wall. They just ignore me! And when they do respond, it's always some canned, generic response that doesn't even address my problem.

But that's not even the worst part. One time, they straight up lied to me about my order. I was supposed to get a free gift with my purchase and they told me it was out of stock. But then, I saw that they were still offering the same gift to other customers! When I called them out on it, they just brushed me off and refused to do anything about it.

And don't even get me started on their reviews. I tried to leave a negative review for one of their products and they wouldn't even post it! Apparently, they only allow positive reviews on their site. So all those glowing reviews you see? Take 'em with a grain of salt, folks.

Honestly, I wish I had done my research before I got involved with this company. They're just not worth the hassle.

Philosophy.com Disappointed with Philosophy's Customer Service and Fragrances

I've been using a lot of products from Philosophy for a long time now, and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. But recently, my sister got a sweet deal from the company - 40% off! - and she bought two big bottles of body lotion. She gave them to me as a Christmas present, which was super nice of her. But when I opened them up and took a whiff, something was off. The fragrance was different than what I was used to. It was lighter, and it had this weird chemical smell to it. I was pretty bummed out, so I went online and read some reviews. Turns out, a lot of other people were having the same problem with the same products.

So I decided to call up Philosophy's customer service and see what was up. I talked to a representative, but she wasn't very helpful. She just told me that there was a 60-day return policy, which didn't really address my concerns. When I tried to explain the situation to her, she didn't seem to be listening very well. I even told her that I'd been a loyal customer for 12 years, but she didn't seem to care. She just said "ok, have a nice day" and hung up.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with how this whole thing went down. I really like Philosophy's products, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can figure out what's going on with their fragrances and fix the problem, because I'd hate to have to switch to a different brand after all these years.

Philosophy.com Terrible Customer Service Experience with Philosophy.com - Beware of Cathlin and Michelle!

So, I just tried out this philosophy.com website for the first time. I bought something from them about 16 hours ago, but then I saw that the price had dropped by almost half! I tried to cancel my order, but they wouldn't let me. Then I asked if they could adjust the price for me, but they said no. If I want to return the item, I have to pay for shipping, but there's no physical store I can go to for a return.

I asked to speak to the manager, but the lady on the phone said she was the supervisor. When I asked for her full name and work ID, she hung up on me! I tried calling again, and this time I got another person who claimed to be the manager. They told me that if I disputed the transaction, they would put me on a blacklist.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be coming back to this website for their crappy products or service. The two people I spoke to were named Cathlin and Michelle, and they're definitely going on my blacklist. It's just not worth the hassle.

Philosophy.com Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Philosophy.com

I recently got myself an Amazing Grace set from Philosophy.com, which included a 4oz bottle of spray fragrance. However, when I received the package, I was disappointed to find that the bottle was only half full. I immediately sent an email to the customer service link provided by Philosophy and waited patiently for a week for a response.

Finally, I received an email from CotyCares, which asked me to attach photos of the half-empty bottle to their link. Unfortunately, the link didn't seem to work, and I had to try multiple times to attach the photos and submit them. After more than 15 attempts, I finally received a message that seemed to indicate that my submission was successful.

However, I haven't received any follow-up contact or replacement from CotyCares or Philosophy. It's disappointing to see that the customer service experience wasn't up to par, especially since I had high expectations from a brand like Philosophy.

I did some research and found out that Coty had acquired Philosophy at some point, which might explain the lack of attention to customer service. As a result, I've decided not to buy anything directly from Philosophy anymore. Instead, I'll look for a retailer that offers better customer service and support.

Overall, while I love the Amazing Grace fragrance, my experience with Philosophy.com has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I hope that the brand takes steps to improve its customer service and support, so that others don't have to go through the same experience as me.

Philosophy.com Philosophy's Makeup Brushes and Color Palettes: A Blast from the Past

I gotta say, I've been a fan of Philosophy for a hot minute now. I've got a whole bunch of their "Color Palettes" and even their original "Coloring Book" - which, by the way, is a total vibe. And let me tell you, their makeup brushes were the bomb dot com. I've had these items for well over a decade now and they're still going strong. That's some amazing quality right there.

But here's the thing - they don't make those products anymore. Which is a total bummer, because now all they've got is their skincare and body care lines. And I gotta be real with you, those seem a little too girly for me these days. Same goes for their fragrance line.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all about the philosophy behind their products. And I appreciate that their packaging is simple and no-frills. But without their cosmetic line, I'm not sure they've got my vote for anything else.

That being said, I'm holding out hope that they'll bring back their color palettes. Those things were compact and easy to take on the go for touch-ups. And the colors were natural-looking and made with high-quality ingredients. If they bring those back, I'll be a loyal customer once again.

Philosophy.com Philosophy Site Offers Great Discounts, But Fails to Deliver on Premium Samples

I usually get my Philosophy Brand products from QVC, but I got tired of paying for shipping fees for each product I ordered. So, I decided to check out the Philosophy Site, and I was blown away by the 15% discount they offered for first-time online buyers. Plus, they also had premium sample products for every $25.00 spent on the site. And if you order $50.00 or more, you get free shipping. I filled out the forms for the offers, and I received an email with a discount code immediately. I used it on my order, which totaled $64.70, and followed the instructions on the site. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't order my two premium samples. The site only allowed me to choose from sample packets that you would find for free in Macy's. I emailed customer service with all the information they required, but I'm still waiting for a response. I can live without the premium samples, but I feel that it was an enticement to order their products, and they failed to deliver.

Philosophy.com Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Philosophy.com

I recently had an experience with philosophy.com that left me feeling quite disappointed. I had placed some orders on December 2nd, 2019, with the intention of giving them as Christmas gifts. However, after more than three weeks had passed, I had not received any notifications or updates about my orders. I decided to call and inquire about the status of my orders, and was told by a representative named Tanya that they had been canceled due to a breakdown in communication with Paypal.

I was quite frustrated by this news, as I had been expecting to receive my orders before Christmas. What made matters worse was that I had not been informed of the cancellation in any way. If I had not called to inquire, I may have never found out that my orders had been canceled. When I asked Tanya if there was any way to recover my orders, she responded in a way that made me feel disrespected. She told me that I could place another order, but that I would not receive the same discounts that I had used on my original orders.

As someone who frequently purchases from many different brands, including ULTA and Sephora, I have to say that this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I do not plan on buying philosophy products again, at least not from the official website. It is disappointing that the company did not make things right from the beginning, and did not take any steps to correct the situation when things went wrong.

Philosophy.com Philosophy's Points Program is a Scam: My Experience with Customer Service

I been a fan of Philosophy since 2002. I found them on QVC and I also bought their stuff from Ulta and their website. I liked their points program and I had almost 7K points saved up. But they took them away from me because I didn't buy from their website enough. They didn't care about my other purchases and just wiped out my points. I'm a single mom and I work in crisis management, so I've been busy lately and didn't order from their website when they wanted me to. So they just deleted all my points. I tried to contact customer service many times, but they never got back to me. The lady on the phone said she would help me, but she didn't. Nobody ever contacted me. I sent emails and messages on Facebook, but they didn't respond. They are useless and I'm done with them. I won't buy anything from these liars and corporate jerks ever again. They only care about money and not their customers or making good products.

Philosophy.com Philosophy.com Cyber Monday Order: Confusing and Frustrating Experience

I gotta say, I had a bit of a rough time with Philosophy.com. I was all excited for Cyber Monday and decided to order a couple things. I spent $71 before the cyber19 40percent discount was applied and used PayPal for the transaction.

But then things got a bit confusing. I got four confirmations - two from Philosophy for two identical orders with different order numbers, and two confirmation emails from PayPal telling me the funds were sent. I realized I accidentally ordered the same thing twice, so I emailed PayPal to cancel one of the payments. But they told me I had to go through the seller.

So I called Philosophy on Tuesday morning and spoke with Caitlin, a customer service rep. She told me a few things that left me feeling frustrated. First, she said that if there were two order numbers, then I must have placed two orders. But I knew I didn't do that. Then she said she couldn't cancel the orders and that I needed to call within five minutes to cancel. I had emailed customer service right away, though, and I didn't know where this five-minute rule came from.

To make matters worse, Caitlin said they didn't know if I wanted the discount. What? I mean, who wouldn't want a discount? Finally, she said she would recall the products when they reached the warehouse and that I would get an email saying they were sent, but to ignore it. I would get a refund on PayPal eventually.

I asked for an email confirmation of our conversation, but Caitlin said she couldn't send one.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be buying anything from Philosophy.com again. It's a shame because I really like their products, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Philosophy.com Disappointing Experience with Philosophy.com: Poor Customer Service and Low-Quality Products

I recently purchased some products from philosophy.com, including two large jugs of Purity and two large jugs of Amazing Grace Shower Gel. At the time of purchase, I was using a small travel size of Purity and was excited to upgrade to the larger size. However, after using the Purity for a few days, I noticed big bumps on my face. I decided to return the two large jugs of Purity, but was told that I had to return the shower gel as well. I was disappointed, as I had already given one of the shower gels away as a gift.

To make matters worse, when I received my Amazing Grace perfume, it had no smell! I was going to return it, but after shaking it, I was able to get a faint scent. However, the scent did not last long. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of customer service.

Overall, I am very unhappy with my experience with philosophy.com. I love the Amazing Grace shower gel, but it is not worth supporting a company with such poor customer service. If philosophy.com wants to acquire and keep more customers, they need to improve their customer service and the staying power of their products. A happy customer is a repeat customer and can provide free advertising, but philosophy.com seems to be more interested in making a quick sale than in building long-term relationships with their customers. I wanted to love philosophy.com, but unfortunately, they have lost my business.

Philosophy.com Disappointing Experience with Philosophy.com's Perfume - Weak Scent and Poor Customer Service

philosophy.com is a website that sells a bunch of different beauty products. They got stuff like face wash, moisturizer, and perfume. I tried out one of their perfumes and it was not good. The smell was weak and didn't last long at all. I compared it to the tester in the store and it was way worse. I reached out to the company to complain and all they said was to return it to the store. Not a great experience overall.

Philosophy.com Disappointing Service from Philosophy.com: Delayed Shipping and Payment Issues

I ordered from philosophy.com on May 10th and it's been a bit of a hassle. I've called them three times to inquire about my order, but they haven't shipped it yet. They even asked me to pay again for the same thing! I'm really disappointed with their service and I don't think I'll be buying from them again. It's important to be careful when dealing with them because they're not very helpful at all.

Philosophy.com A Review of Philosophy.com: Deep Thinking and Skincare Solutions

Philosophy.com is a pretty cool website if you're into all that deep thinking stuff. I mean, who doesn't like to ponder the meaning of life and all that jazz? I checked it out and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of topics they cover. From ethics to metaphysics, they've got it all.

I gotta admit, though, some of the articles were a bit over my head. I mean, I'm no genius or anything, but I like to think I'm pretty smart. But some of the stuff on there was like reading a foreign language. Still, I appreciated the effort they put into making the content accessible to everyone.

One thing I really liked about the site was the community aspect. They have a forum where people can discuss different topics and share their thoughts. I didn't participate myself, but I read through some of the threads and it was interesting to see the different perspectives people had.

I also checked out their skincare section, because why not? I tried the clear days ahead duo and it was pretty good. It took a while for my skin to get used to it, but after a couple months it started to work really well. At first it made me break out more and left my face dry, but eventually it settled in and kept my skin toned and clear.

Overall, I'd say philosophy.com is worth checking out if you're into that kind of thing. Just be prepared to do some serious thinking. And if you're looking for skincare, give the clear days ahead duo a try. It might take some time to get used to, but it's worth it in the end.

Philosophy.com Philosophy Hands of Hope Review: Great Product, Small Size, No Promotions

I recently bought a tube of the Hands of Hope from Philosophy.com, and I gotta say, I was pretty surprised when I opened it up and saw how small it was. I mean, it's only one ounce and it's supposed to be a purse size, but still, I never thought I'd be paying $11 for something so tiny. And to make matters worse, their promotions don't even work on their face creams. I've been a fan of Philosophy for years, but I'm not too happy with them right now.

I mean, don't get me wrong, I still love their products and their philosophy (pun intended), but I just wish they would be a little more generous with their sizes and promotions. I mean, come on, we're loyal customers here! We deserve a little something extra every now and then.

But despite my complaints, I still think Philosophy is a great brand. Their products are high quality and they really do make a difference in my skin. I especially love their Purity Made Simple cleanser and their Hope in a Jar moisturizer. They're both amazing and I can't imagine my skincare routine without them.

Overall, I would still recommend Philosophy to anyone looking for great skincare products. Just be prepared to pay a little extra for the smaller sizes and don't expect to get any discounts on their face creams. But hey, sometimes you gotta splurge a little for good skincare, right?

Philosophy.com Philosophy.com's Auto-Fill Fiasco: A Warning for Online Shoppers

So, I was trying to order some stuff from philosophy.com and I made a mistake with the auto fill information. I called them right away to fix it, but they told me they couldn't make any changes or accept cancellations. Can you believe that? Is that even legal? I mean, come on, give me a break! And to make things worse, they don't even give you a chance to put in your own shipping info or payment. The system just does it for you and you're stuck with whatever it comes up with. It's a total mess and I wouldn't recommend ordering from them unless you want to deal with this kind of nonsense.

Philosophy.com Philosophy.com Review: Frustrating Experience Trying to Place an Order

So, I had a go at ordering from philosophy.com, but it didn't go too well. I tried twice to place an order, but both times it got canceled. The first two times, I used my boyfriend's card to pay. Maybe that was the problem? I'm not sure. Anyway, I emailed them to ask what was going on, but they never got back to me. I was pretty frustrated, so I decided to call them up. Unfortunately, I still couldn't get any answers or help.

After all that, I decided to try one more time and use my own bank card to pay. But even then, they still wouldn't approve my order. It's really ridiculous, if you ask me. I mean, why have a website where you sell products if you're not actually looking to sell them? It's just a waste of everyone's time.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend philosophy.com. If you're looking to buy some of their products, you might have better luck elsewhere.

Philosophy.com Philosophy.com Review: Dishonest and Unreliable Customer Service

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with philosophy.com. They done me dirty, y'all. They straight up lied to me and took my money. I ordered a product and then tried to cancel it an hour later, but they told me it had already been shipped and I couldn't get a refund until I received it. Well, a whole dang month went by and I still ain't got my money back for the shipping! They only gave me a partial refund for a product that was way too expensive in the first place.

And don't even get me started on their customer service. They hung up on me and never gave me a straight answer about why they couldn't give me a full refund. It was enough to drive me crazy, I tell ya.

I ain't even mad about the money no more, I just want y'all to know that philosophy.com ain't to be trusted. They're a bunch of thieves and liars, and I wouldn't recommend them to nobody. Stay away, folks.

Philosophy.com Disappointed with Philosophy's Lack of Communication and Order Cancellation

I recently made an order on Philosophy's website during Cyber Monday for my dear mother who is 81 years old and not tech-savvy. I used my account to place the order, but my mother paid for it with her own card. Unfortunately, to my dismay, Philosophy canceled the order without any prior notice or communication. I was left in the dark about the cancellation, and needless to say, I was disappointed that I couldn't give my mother her Christmas gift from Philosophy.

I understand the importance of security measures, but I was taken aback by the lack of communication from Philosophy. It would have been helpful if they had sent an email or contacted us to let us know about the cancellation. I was hoping that if my mother gave them the verbal okay to charge her card, they could still deliver the order before Christmas. However, that was not possible due to the lack of communication from Philosophy.

Despite my disappointment, I must say that Linda from Philosophy was great. She tried her best to help me out, but unfortunately, the cancellation was beyond her control. I appreciate her efforts nonetheless.

Overall, I am not pleased with my experience with Philosophy. The lack of communication and cancellation of my order without notice left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their customer service and communication in the future to avoid disappointing their customers.

Philosophy.com Poor Customer Service and Overpriced Products: My Experience with Philosophy.com

I gotta say, I had a bit of a rough time with philosophy.com. I had an issue with my order and when I tried to reach out to their customer service, they were no help at all. I mean, seriously, what's the point of having email contact if they're just going to tell you to call them? And to make matters worse, the email addresses they list don't even work! I had to email their parent company, coty, just to get a response.

Now, I'm not saying their products aren't any good. I'm sure they're fine, but they're definitely on the pricey side. And while I'm sure some of their representatives are helpful, the one I got was not. In fact, their solution to my order issue was basically to tell me to go *** myself.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend philosophy.com. If you're looking for good customer service and a company that actually cares about their customers, you're better off looking elsewhere.

Philosophy.com Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with Philosophy Online Ordering

I done used Philosophy before (got it from Ulta) so I thought I'd give ordering online a try. All them darn products got the same names and instead of getting the Purity Made Simple Pore Extractor mask, I ordered the Purity Made Simple mask. I noticed my mistake right away and I reached out to them two days in a row to fix my order, but they didn't even bother to get back to me! Not even a "we got your message and we'll get back to you soon!" I'm so mad at their "philosophy" of keeping things simple and loving their customers when their customer service is so bad! I ain't never using this site again.

Philosophy.com they care nothing about their customers

One of the worst customer services I have ever encountered and dealt with.
So careless and inattentive.
Thank god I ordered once and learned my lesson that ordering from them is a headache.
I called them multiple times to let them know that I got an allergic reaction caused by one of the items I bought. Once I reached someone and said about it, she said that she can't help me and that this is just my problem.
I understand it's mine, but what if other women will have the same? Or maybe one of the consignment is bad and will cause problems to women? Do you understand what I was worried about? I wish their customer service participated as well..

About Philosophy.com

Screenshot Philosophy.com
Philosophy is the study of fundamental questions about existence, knowledge, values, reason, mind, and language. It is a discipline that seeks to understand the nature of reality and our place in it. Philosophers use critical thinking and logical reasoning to explore these questions and develop theories and arguments about them.

One of the central questions of philosophy is the nature of reality. Philosophers ask whether the world we experience is real or an illusion, and whether there is a fundamental reality that underlies our perceptions. They also explore the nature of time, space, and causality, and whether these are objective features of the world or simply constructs of our minds.

Another important area of philosophy is epistemology, or the study of knowledge. Philosophers ask how we can know anything at all, and what the limits of our knowledge are. They also explore the nature of truth and justification, and how we can distinguish between true and false beliefs.

Ethics is another major area of philosophy, concerned with questions of right and wrong, good and bad, and the nature of moral values. Philosophers ask whether there are objective moral standards that apply to all people, or whether morality is a matter of personal or cultural preference. They also explore the relationship between ethics and other areas of philosophy, such as metaphysics and epistemology.

Philosophy also includes the study of the mind and consciousness, including questions about the nature of the self, free will, and the relationship between the mind and the body. Philosophers ask whether the mind is a separate entity from the body, or whether it is simply a product of physical processes in the brain.

Overall, philosophy is a broad and complex discipline that encompasses many different areas of inquiry. It is a discipline that requires careful thought, rigorous analysis, and a willingness to question assumptions and explore new ideas. Through the study of philosophy, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us, and develop the critical thinking skills necessary to navigate the complexities of modern life.
