Petco shipping!!

I have placed three orders in the past two weeks, The first one went great. The second one was placed on Friday December 1st and today is Wednesday December 6th and it hasn't even shipped out yet, It says 2-5 days.
The third order was placed on Monday December 4th at 9:08am. I paid for next day, which says if placed before noon that it will come next day. Well I placed it at 9:08am so I should have received it on Tuesday by 8:00 pm. Well it never came so I check and it said I would get it today. But then when I checked it at 8 pm it now says Thursday, that I will receive it. I called customer service and waited 52 mins yes 52 mins to talk to a lady that was like you will get it tomorrow. Really?!? Did she not hear me say, I paid for next day. So then I asked to speak with management and she puts me on hold and comes back and says they're still on another call but that she can give me the shipping fee back. Ok well that's nice and all but obviously if I paid for next day I really needed it ASAP! 🙄 Petco.com needs to work on there shipping procedures and you should never have to wait almost an hour to talk to someone.

Petco grooming

I took my yorkie for grooming on 12/2/17. I told them i want a cut for my furry daughter and I specifically said NOT to cut the pony tail and i mentioned it theee times and i also asked them to give a round face cut, shave the tip of the ears and I showed them a picture. When i picked up baby, the groomer had shaved half of her pony tail from the back and now my baby has partial pony tail. I have gone twice for grooming, the first time i was satisfied and happy but this second time will be my last time grooming my yorkie at Petco. You need more professionals groomers who pay attention to their customers. I am paying for a service that i am not getting and apparently the groomers do as they like and they dont do as specified. Not a happy camper at this moment.

Petco your price matching from your website

I know that the store price matches their online products which I have done several times in the store... last night 12/02/17 I went to my local Petco on Clairton Blvd, Pittsburgh PA 15236... in the store the dog toys I wanted were buy 1 get 1 50% off, but on line the same toys were buy 1 get 1 Free...the manager Bob would not do the price match at all... he said they would not know how to ring them up like that... Seriously? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out buy 1 get 1... needless to say I did not purchase anything which I had a couple other items to get as well...I will now have to restrict all my purchases to Chewy.com I have bought a lot from this location, I own 2 bulldogs so needless to say I have to buy top of the line everything for them... Bob the manger lost the sale and me as a customer and I will tell friends as well that if they don't want to order online go to Petsmart to get better customer service.

Petco regarding neglect of care

I visited this petco because I wanted to just stare and admire the beautiful ferrets. However I noticed that their cage was very dirty with a lot of their bedding bits stuffed in their food and no employee was taking care of them. The white one seemed to have small bits of brown particles on their back and seemed really scared. I love ferrets and wouldn't want them to see them suffer while waiting to be taken home to a family. Please take better care of them as they are adorable exotic animals. They shouldn't be treated with disrespect and neglect.

Petco grooming incident

My parents took our 9 month old dog to Petco for her Grooming. After a few hours the Groomer (Peter) called my dad to notify her that the dog was ruched to the Vet because he had lacerated her right lower eyelid. My family and I rushed to the Vet and was notified that my dog will need surgery to repair her eyelid. When it came to the surgery date Petco gave my parents the run around and my dog had to wait to have her surgery for at least 2 hours. I called Petcos complaint dept and also the corporate office and no one has been helpful nor act like this is a serious matter. This is the worse company I have ever came across and I will take further actions . Our dog is like our child and due to the negligence of the Groomer (Peter) at the Little Neck location my dog was severely injured. All we keep hearing is ( we are sorry). No follow up called were made to see how my dog is doing from either the store, the distract lead David nor the complaint board. This was an inconvenience to my elderly parents to have to drive at least 25 Miles back and forth to the Vet which is located in Long Island. This isn't a simple order mishap, this is a serious situation in which Petco does not show any remorse or has not offered any compensation for our troubles or suffering. I am truly disgusted with everyone from Petco. Case # 8505932

Petco grooming services

I took my dog in for grooming services and explained what needed to be done. There are also notes on the account that it is scissors only. The groom completely fail to follow instructions and shaved my dog. That is unacceptable and unprofessional. It seems that Petco will hire anyone without experience. I've been going there for about five years and all it takes is one mess up to stop. I would not recommend ANYONE to take there dogs to the Petaluma location!

Petco I am complaining due to my health and my daughter we are always seen sean smoking marijuana

Every day we go shopping at petco for all of our animals I don't have nothing against people smoking marijuana but Sean is always smoking in front of the store and always smells really bad when we try ask for assistance poor guy don't even no where he at sometimes that's how stone out of his mine he is my daughter is only 9 and people who smokes do more damage to the ones around them so pls I encourage you to remove him from petco or make him transfer cause I will not stop till he's gone its disturbing that he can follow a simple protocol to help customers and gives some much attitude for nonsense

Your complaint is very hard to read due to your grammar and run-on sentences.

It's very likely you don't have his actual blood/urine results to confirm it is marijuana. It is also likely that you don't have his medical records. If the marijuana is used for medicinal purposes and is prescribed by a doctor, there may not be much that Petco can do, especially if he is outside and technically off of store property. They will not (and should not) transfer him due to the complaint of one customer. I do understand that any smoke can be unpleasant (I have asthma), so if it truly bothers you then you may want to consider visiting a different store.

Petco service

I have always acted Petco over Petsmart, all of the years I have had animals. My last two trips to stores were very disturbing, one I was ringing out for dog treats from my dog and turn back around to get cat treats as a second transaction telling them that I forgot to get my cat treat someone walked up to me and told me that they were closed and made me leave the store without my last transaction. The extra two seconds of ringing in cat treats so that my cats could have treats when I got home and I didn't just give something to my dog would have been really appreciated but I guess they just had something better to do that evening. It's not like me to complain and I put that one off for a couple weeks I'd work to 12 hour shift that day and excuse me for not knowing what time it was when I walked out of work. This morning, I called a different location for information on how to transport my fish safely on a four hour trip to my new apartment. The girl told me that she didn't know that she had never done anything like that before and to put them in a bucket. No heater no insulation no nothing just put them in a bucket . That would have killed my 12-year-old Plecosomus. The lack of care poor attitude and misinformation that is going on in your stores has now switched me to Petsmart who took 30 minutes this morning to teach me and help me gather the information I needed to transport my fish successfully between the customer service and the lack of treats made in the USA at your stores at this point I'm gone

Petco animal care.

I bought two baby leopard geckos at petco and they were impacted from the calcium sand and then I go back in weeks later to find this baby in terrible condition. It looks severely impacted and it has stuck shed all over its body, not mention it's abnormal spine. They're treating their animals, reptiles especially cruelly! I would love the sand in the tanks to be replaced with a different substrate. I would also love the petco learns how to take care of their reptiles the right way. Not just leave them be

Petco asst manager

I frequently shop at petco and have for years but nows it has been harder to justify sticking to petco for supplies because of the new asst manager at my local store. He obnoxious and condescending not only from what i see with interactions with his employees but also with customers. I have asked him several times for help in finding items and he always pushes me off to another employee who had been workimg on something else and then i just see him walk around and that is it. I have only seen him work a register once and that is the only work i have ever seen him do. One time i was in line to make a purchase and there was 5 people in front of me and 5 people behind me and the office door was open and he looked to be asleep at a desk and the cashier tried numerous times to get his attention because the check out line kept getting longer. This man and i use the term man very lightly because he is more of a child abusing his authority is named Will and hope his attitude gets fixed or he gets replaced soon because i am at the last straw shopping here anymore. Its ridiculous to think i have put up with this for so long but i do prefer petco carried brands but im so to the point where that will not keep me shopping here. Thank you for reading this and im sorry if this is the first time someone has said anything and i hope this can be resolved.

Petco will not buy from petco again

Writing this and crying.
You almost killed my beloved cat. He feels better now, but what happened before this made me feel more than just terrible.
My cat had fleas and I bought a shampoo that helps get rid of the parasites.
All of a sudden he started losing his hair.
I immediately took him to a vet and he said that the shampoo was a bad quality. Meanwhile, my Snow started to feel worse and we spent 2 nights at the clinic trying to make him a little better.
The shampoo was just expired :(

Petco the company itself

It's really sad that you can not even get someone on the phone or through an email. And you can't even find how to contact Petco. I had to use google.
This answers all the questions. Petco no longer cares about their customers. I have been a Petco customer for many years . Charged several different prices for dog grooming depending who was there. Over the past four years. Sometimes I was charged $45- $100 per dog for the same thing. My dogs weight 6 lbs and 10 lbs. So that forced me to use someone local.

They never have the snacks or dog food that I always purchased in stock. (It's on the truck) And the one person you can find to help you. Has no clue, slumps her shoulders and really does not care.
Over priced everything and now many of the items including dog food you can find at Dollar General.

It's truly sad.

Then you call the 1-877 number and you are speaking to someone in the Philippines. (no offense to them) But this is an American company and you can not even talk to someone that is part of the American company. You speak to a call center in another country. Really?
And Petco wonders why we don't have sales? so they cut their uneducated, untrained staff down to one person, the cheapest person for wages. Oh because anybody can check people out.
Will something be done. Of course not.

Are you an employee there? You mentioned "And Petco wonders why WE don't have sales."

If you want to speak to someone in America, you may benefit from calling a store directly, and not their general customer service.

Petco manager

06804-bald mgr. 10-31-17 at 6:30pm ran up to cashier yelling there's nobody here okay team up in three's and watch the front. I was literally standing at the register. There was also another woman in the aisle at the back wall.So I put my items back and walked out the front door. Not the first time this manager has blasted past me when I'm trying to shop with keys jiggling making all kinds of noise. He is not polite, a gentleman, or have excellent sales-customer service skills esp. in a shop where 90% females go to shop. I actually introduced myself to him and his puppy and girlfriend and he was even rude then.

Another older, thinner, shorter bald mgr., made a joke outside on his break before having a cigarette and was sarcastic and said did you have to go pee-pee? To be honest I've witness sexual harassment and discrimination toward the women who are single and shop at the store alone esp. when only a couple of customers are there. It's become a sleazy habit and I don't mind telling everyone I know not to shop there. I've already witnessed a male abusing a puppy there, reported it, and saw him return to work with no appropriate punishment-he should've been fired.

Petco grooming

I went to my appointment at 10 am sunday. I was the first appointment in at Beachwood Ohio location with my dog Sophie. I was told it should not be more than 2 1/2 hour. I return in 2 3/4 hours my dog not cut. The groomer said they had a lot of walk-Ins. I have been in business for over 40 years myself. And you would figure the appointments had seniority over walk-Ins. The girl replied No! I am not blaming her she just is following rules. My dog was tied up in the corner for 3 hours. I went home and returned back an hour later. This is a poor way of doing business. [protected] Alan Kaplan.

Petco grooming

My small dog Lola, was groomed at the Keizer, Oregon store today at 12:30 to 1:30. It was the first time having her groomed so I was watching. The girl was blow drying Lola and was pretty rough with her, pushing her head down repeatedly and scolding her. I thought, Lola must be really squirmy. The girl blow dried her head for several minutes and kept pushing her head down forcefully. Mind you, this is a 9 pound dog. The girl kept blow drying near Lola's eyes and in her ears until Lola was yowlling. I at this point went behind the counter and took Lola out of there. Lola had skinned both of her back legs from the struggle and she was beat and not herself afterwards. We will never be back.

Petco grooming

Petco in Arroyo Grande, California is terribly managed and operated. The grooming department hours state they open at 8 a. m. but store doesn’t actually open until 9 a. m. I only realized they were open after watching another customer pry open the main doors. The employee did t know what they should do to let people know they were open and stated they actually do t begin working until 8:30 and its for appointments only. Also, three times this month I have attempted to take my dog in for grooming services and the department has been closed due to employees calling out of work. Horrible customer service. Totally unreliable.

Petco animal condition

so let me start by saying I am not normally one to submit a complaint but I am at petco atleast weekly and this one kinda really upset me, I have a 10 month old iguana that I purchased from you guys back in February, love him. So I always kinda look at the little hatchlings. I saw one laying in the bark which was obvious he is sick, dehydrated, and starving. I had to buy him to try and get him better. I asked the employees if they could discount him for me just to take some if the burden off of me, they told me it is I just an off colored red iguana and Is in perfect health. I understand that it is a red iguana. But is far from perfect health. I went ahead and payed the asking price for the iguana. I am going to do my best to make it better. And I hope maybe some veterinary care will be given to future sick iguanas and maybe some employees that won't tell me this thing is in perfect health. Thankyou

Petco fish

I went into my local store and attempted to purchase 5 female cherry barbs. I was questioned as to how large my tank was. When I told her I had a 55 gallon planted tank she then told that 5 cherry barbs were too many for my tank and she could not sell them to me. When I attempted to question what she was saying she informed me that some fish may become aggressive towards each other. I told her that I have a community tank that I am adding to. I have had the tank for over a year. I then asked to speak to the manager. The manager began making the same statements about tank space. When I challenged what she was saying she changed her wording to say that she could sell to me what ever I wanted but the fish would not be guaranteed as per store policy.

They wouldn't sell me 5 fish?!?

Petco store conditions

My children and I went into your bowling green KY store this past Friday evening one hour before closing. About five minutes inside the store they cut the lights to the aquariums. While we were checking out the betta fish display as your store has a large variety of them, there were about 6 dead in the containers and 4 more on their way out! One giant betta had been dead long enough he had the white film on him. There is abosultely no sense in fish being in such a shape. We were there to purchase a koi betta as your store had one, he was laying at the bottom on his side hanging in there barely. Several more fish were dead in the tanks, now Im not sure how often they pick out the dead ones and fish do tend to die off when over popluated in tanks, but to see dead fish more than one in several tanks is ridiculous. Who wants to purchase a fish from that tank not knowing if the dead one still inhabiting the same tank had ick or some other disease.
Needless to say we purchased nothing. I found a beautfiul bumblebee betta however given the shape of the rest of the displayed fish I did not want to waste 20$ on one fish to maybe make it home.

Petco grooming

I made an appointment several weeks ago to have my two dogs groomed. In haste, I did not write down the time. I called today (Tuesday) at 12:30pm to find out what time my appointment is for tomorrow and was told that the groomers was closed and I need to call back at 10am. The person I spoke to said she does not keep the groomers schedule. I hung up then realized that my appointment could be at 10am so I called back the main number. I asked if the groomer was closed because the website stated open from 10am to 4pm, and explained my dilemma. She said she would check. When she got back on the phone she said they were closed today but she could look up my appointment time in the computer, and told me it was at 12pm. I do not understand why the first person I spoke to could not have looked up this information which took approx. 5 seconds. I also felt like I was disturbing and annoying them by their tones of voices. I will never go back there again. I will go to PetSmart from now on.
