Sold me a car with no tire pressure monitors
On September 1, 2023, I purchased a car cash from Phil Long Ford in chapel hills, Co Springs. When I test drove the car, it was indicating that the tire pressure monitor was faulty after waiting too long hours in their show room, the general manager whose name is, Jamie told me to go ahead and take it back home because I live in Denver And take it to a Acura dealer and have them check it out. I did exactly as I was told Jamie assured me their dealership would take care of it. Come to find out that there was no tire sensors on any of the tires and I ended up having to pay $845 to replace all the tire sensors. Now the dealership is refusing to reimburse me. Jamie is not a person of his word not a man of his word if you want additional information, please feel free to contact me. What really upsets me is that I paid cash for this car!
Desired outcome: I wish to be reimbursed as I was promised

We recently purchased a vehicle for nearly 70,000
We recently purchased a vehicle for nearly 70,000. We have been waiting patiently for the title paperwork to make it back to Wyoming (Laramie County). We are unable to reach the buisness, the county courthouse cannot reach the buisness and our registration will expire in 14 days. Unfortunately we are not able to get an extension because taxes were paid to the state of Colorado. If this cannot be resolved we will be looking at fines for expired registration and penalties for registering late.
is not issuing a check that is owed to a debt towards a car that is issued under their warranty. I have been going back and forth for over 2 months now and the bank I have the loan states that no one has sent a warranty check at all it has been over 6months. I don't believe they will ever send off the money that is due.
I leased a 2021 Ford Escape from a local dealership in August . I traded in my 2019 Escape. The payoff was delayed, so I had to make another payment on the 2019 model. When Ford Credit received the payoff, the dealership was refunded the difference of $495.19 in October and were instructed to refund it to me, the customer. I have yet to receive my refund from the dealership despite numerous calls to them.
A mistake was made on their part
A mistake was made on their part. I was charged full price for an issue that I argued was covered under my power train warranty. They agreed that a mistake was made when I talked to my service advisor about it. They said a refund would be issued. After being ignored for a few weeks, I finally got someone on the phone. They said a credit would be issued. I paid $612.61 for an issue that falls under powertrain. When I finally got my refund months later, it was only $198.09 with no explanation.

I purchased a 2007 *** CRV from this dealership in June
I purchased a 2007 *** CRV from this dealership in June . It is now nearly November and I still do not have a title. I have called emailed and contacted various different people at the dealership and Im not getting any response to solving this issue. I am also filing a complaint with the *** Department of automotive investigations. However this takes 7 to 10 business days before I can even get another temporary license plate,Meaning that I am driving with expired plates. I would love to have this problem resolved ASAP but cannot seem to do it myself. Thank you for any help.

I recently traded in my vehicle and have been trying for about a month to get ahold of Phil Long, specifically Eric the finance manager that handled my purchase. I have called and left several voicemails with no response. I am trying to get my extended vehicle warranties canceled and refunded to me. Again I have made several attempts to reach this individual and to get him to return my calls. In my opinion this is very unprofessional of both the individual and the dealership for allowing someone like this to work at their establishment. It seems to be a trend for dealerships in the Colorado Springs area. I would like this resolved as soon as possible.

We purchased a vehicle back in March, our sales agreement was not honored. We agreed to purchase the vehicle if tires were replaced. We thought it was all 4 tires. Apparently we signed for 2 replacements in our sales agreement signed by us and the manager. 10 months later and 15-20 attempts later we have not received a response. Closes we got was speaking to the service department who never returned a call. We have contacted the manager Jamie Pasareli more than 6 times but have not received a call back. We also need our title information for registration to register the vehicle but still have not received a response on that issue as well. Not at this point we have acquired registration fees that are adding up. The vehicle also has issues with the battery system with over $1500 in repair cost for our certified vehicle. No response to get that repaired either. At this point we have 3 breaches of contract.
I purchased a used 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from this dealer on Jan
I purchased a used 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from this dealer on Jan. 13 2020. At that time I also purchased 4 warranty products , paying cash for all. On Jan, 27 , following their procedure, I cancelled 2 of the warranties and requested a full refund for both , as was indicated 0n the paperwork, that I had the right to do. I was told at that time it could take 8 to 12 weeks to receive this refund. I have been communicating with a couple of people at the dealership , via email Since April 16 , trying to get help with receiving to refund I am due. To this date, I still have not answers as to why I have not received this refund, nor when I can expect to receive it. The amount of the refund should be $1695.

Phil Long Ford Chapel Hills has a F150 truck [stock# 529013], [vin# 1FTEW1EP5KKC03179] advertising for the last several weeks if not months on Car Guru's and Auto Trader stating 2019 Ford F-150 XLT SuperCrew 4WD - $39,900. And on their own website priced at $40400. But when I went to inquire to purchase the truck I was given a price of $50000+. I stated to them I saw the advertisements for $39900 to which they told me the MSRP listing was wrong so they offered to sell it to me for $45900 since it was a mistake. I again mentioned the advertise price to which I was told it was a mistake and they aren't selling the truck at that price. This sure seem to me like the shady business practice of price bait and switching.

I took my F150 to Phil Long to replace a broken exhaust manifold bolt
I took my F150 to Phil Long to replace a broken exhaust manifold bolt. The vehicle was other wise drive-able. The estimate was for $1,600. They called me a couple of days later stating that they had trouble getting the bolt out and had to use an alternate method that damaged the threads in the process and now my repair cost was $6,500 and required them to rebuild the cylinder head. Nobody called to let me know the original fix would not work. I am visiting from Texas. I could have asked them to stop and still driven my vehicle home. Now I am stuck with an unaffordable repair and no way home. I asked about just buying a new vehicle, but they refuse to meet me half way and instead are charging full sticker price. I need help! I need to get home!

I had parts replaced by a Ford dealership that were under warranty that failed and needed to be replaced
I had parts replaced by a Ford dealership that were under warranty that failed and needed to be replaced. I Brought it to Phil Long Ford and instead of covering under warranty they charged me for replacing the parts again and stated that I would have to get the refund through the Ford dealership that installed them originally. That dealership said that was incorrect and Phil Long should of covered the cost under warranty at the time of installing the parts. I have now been trying to get refunded for labor and parts, however, it has been several months of Phil Long telling me the check is in the mail and I still have not received the refund. This has been extremely stressful and time consuming. Very disappointed in Ford's customer service and I am hoping by filing a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com that this will help me get this resolved.

I totaled my car in July
I totaled my car in July . I contacted the Sonny Colangelo the finance director at Phil Long Ford Chapel hills on September 17th. He emailed me the documents listed that I need to get my gap coverage started with the gap company. I worked with the gap company to complete the coverage. The only missing document was the refund quote amount for canceled products from the dealership. I called Sonny Weekly, leavng messages explain what I need. He never returned my call. I emailed him back from the email address he sent me documents from. I also signed a document asking for the quote and sent it to the gap company, who emailed Phil Long on my behalf and no response. My 720 credit score was now a 550 credit score because of the delinquency. The only reason the bill was not paid was because Phil Long didn't provide me the documentation I request from them. When I went in to the shop he put it on me, that I should have come in sooner. I had 3 surgeries and couldn't drive.

I bought my 2009 Honda Civic on 2/26
I bought my 2009 Honda Civic on 2/26. When I purchased the vehicle, I was not informed that the key they had given me for the car did not unlock neither the passenger nor the driver side doors. I was shocked to discover this after attempting to drive the car for the first time after purchasing it. I purchased the vehicle on a Friday, and was told they would send someone to fix the locks that following Monday. He was very unprofessional when he did finally show up and did not finish the job. He fixed the driver side only. I was contacted by the salesperson and told to bring it back that following Friday. So I did, under the impression that it would be fixed for me. The guy I talked to that day made it seem like they were going to fix it then came back and said they actually would not. I was very confused as to why or what had changed. I feel taken advantage of and very upset. I had 3 days to return the car but they extended this ordeal out past that and now I cannot return it.

Received a **** Recall notice in the mail
Received a *** Recall notice in the mail. Recall is for a rear toe link ball joint. Vehicles exposed to corrosive environments (Like here in *** and Kansas) the rear suspension could seize up and cause the toe link ball joint to fail. If that happens, while driving you can lose control. Recall notice advises that even though the vehicle may not have toe link ball joints installed from the factory they could have been installed during servicing, dealer or private. Recall advises to bring vehicle in for inspection, immediately. Called *** of Chapel Hills 12/15 @ *** to schedule recall appointment and *** refused. Stated no appointments until *** even though recall states to get vehicle inspected asap.Requested Service Manager *** or *** back to get recall done. *** stated will send them a note. Need vehicle inspected, and fixed if needed, asap. Do not want to drive a vehicle that could fail and lose control while driving.

I purchased a vehicle from Phil Long Ford Chapel Hills in the beginning of May
I purchased a vehicle from Phil Long Ford Chapel Hills in the beginning of May. The vehicle had a defective AM/FM radio and as part of the contract, Phil Long Ford would cover the cost of the repairs. I repaired the vehicle and spent over three months trying to get this dealership to honor their end of the deal and reimburse the expense of the radio repair. It was three months of excuses, shady reasons for the delay and untold number of unreturned texts, voicemails and emails. At one point I was trying to communicate with two salesman, three managers, a finance representative and the general manager; all ignored. I finally got in touch with an employee that answered, and was able to get me a check. However, it was only for ? the cost of the repair. There was no dollar maximum or restriction on the repairs in the deal we both agreed on, and again, all attempts to contact the dealership have gone unreturned. I would like them to cover the full cost of the repair, as originally agreed.

Purchased a car and extended warranty from a dealership on 7/17
Purchased a car and extended warranty from a dealership on 7/17. On 9/20 a check engine light came on, and I contacted the dealership as the warranty instructs. The service department delayed my appointments for 3 weeks, citing a sick technician and then his resignation. They suggested I take the car to another service center for repairs. Both the dealership and the service center had inspected the car before purchase; the dealership even fixed a steering issue and aligned the car before I took it. At the other service center, they identified a faulty thermostat, covered by the warranty, and a bad wheel bearing, also covered. The service center reached out to the warranty company for repair approval. The warranty company requested additional information from the dealership to proceed. The car has been at the service center for 2 weeks, with them contacting the dealership twice daily to get the repairs approved.

On September 4th My transmission failed for the second time within 5,000 miles of getting it repaired on my 2018 GT mustang. I took my Mustang in to phil long chapel hills location. They took my vehicle and told me i should hear the prognosis in a couple days. I received a phone call stating my 1st and 2nd shift fork broke and they should get the parts the following week. I've asked them for a rental/loaner for the mean time so i can get to work. I was told that they were looking for one and they will give me a call back when they have one. A month and one week goes by and i finally get a call stating that they are finishing up the repairs. To remind you i still haven't gotten a rental/loaner. I get a call from phil long stating they have fixed the transmission but the service tech crashed my vehicle in the shop causing front end damage. So i asked again about getting a rental they replied that they don't have any and they don't want to pay for one. So phil long crashes my car and they don't want to give me a rental. At this point I'm very upset and angry. I try to call management and express my concern but management doesn't answere my phone calls. Today on 10/16 i walk into phil long asking about my vehicle and they said its at phil long collison and they don't have a eta on when my vehicle is done. I have purchased this vehicle brand new and all I've experienced is many timely repairs and horrible customer service. I hope this finds management and they fix this ongoing issue.
