Pick 'N Save review: Digital coupon

I ve been shooping at Pick n save (Copps) primarily for 40 years in Wisconsin Rapids WI. Good service, decent products, clean store and good deals are the norm.

The digital coupon app is a unnecessary time killer. I can still get deals by using my phone number at check out. The hoops that you have to jump through using the digital coupon app to clip a coupon to get the savings is ridiculous. It is not user friendly, nor is it beneficial to me. I dislike using it enough to write a review and avoid it all together. If I dont get a deal at check out that is on a digital coupon, I go to the service desk and have them give it to me there. Kind of defeats the purpose for Pick and Save but it gets the job done for me. If Pick and Save wants to play hardball and insist on using this nonsense, there are other stores in the area that are good too.

I told the service desk how unhappy i was using the digital coupon app and asked them to pass it along to the powers that be. I was told that they wont listen to the employees. That's Pick n Save 1st mistake.
