horrible experience...the employee tld me thtaat the manger wld call me to let me know the acces details to view mi pictures online...its been 4 days and nobody has called me yet...i had calledthem, sevreal times but no proper response...highly unprofessional...wld not recommend anybody goin here

You cant view them online anymore. They got rid of that about a year ago

I am actually a manager of a Picture me and you can view them online. I would love to help you with this. You can go to http://portraits.pictureme.com and enter in the information that is on your receipt. Studio # under the name and phone number at the top, last name pictures were placed under, and the session number which is located below the studio number but above your products. Hope this helps and I am sorry that they were unable to help you. Not sure where you are from but Picture me in certain areas offer go portraits where we can do weddings, outdoor family pictures, proms, graduations, ect. You can view info about this at pmps.goportraits.com. Once again I am sorry that you had this experience and hope this information helps.

I forgot to add if you aren't able to pull them up this way then they haven't been uploaded. Call the studio, yes I know this might be frustrating. When you get an associate explain to them that you need them to upload the pictures. All they need to do is use web phising on the express screen. If they still don't know how call customer service.

My daughter had her portraits taken at one of the PictureMe studios on 7/13/09. I tried to look up the photos online and they weren't there. I just called the studio and was told that there is no way to view the pictures online. I just sent an email to customer service to verify this.

I got pictures done at wal-mart a while back and they put them on C.D's and you have to have a floppy to get it to run the pictures. I don't have floppies how can I get it to work to put on my computer?

I got pictures at WalMart A while back. They put the pictures on C.'s, and you have to have floppy disc to get pictures off dsc. I don't have floppy disc. How can I get the pictures off the disc, and on to my computer?

This sucks. I was really looking foward to viewing my child's pics. When I went on the website and entered my info. it said (no matches for studio id) They really need to work on this issue.

Same problem! Paid for package as well as "Smiles Club" member, and it has been 2 weeks and still no availability online. I called the studio excessively and after several attempts, finally spoke with an associate, and she assured me that the photos had been uploaded this morning. Tried several times toay without succes. Extremely irratated, especially since it says on the advertisement one has only 60 days after the studio appointment date to access the photos off of the website. After 60 days they will be removed. It's been almost half of the 60 day period and they're still not available! Ridiculous. Don't offer a service you fail to provide

is this not just stupid but i guess that's what we get for using any product offered by wal mart and the one guy really needs to go look at the site because you cant enter anything except your name and studio id this just reinforces my opinion of wal mart even more i have stopped shopping there years ago but the wife loved the place till now thats just another among the millions that wont go back

I had my daughter's pictures done there... I did have to wait the 48 hours like they said but after that the pictures were online. I have been taking my daughter there for the past 2 years and accept for one time that the pictures didn't turn out very good, I have always been very pleased with them. I guess it depends on the location you're going to. BTW... Picture Me Portrait Studios is NOT Walmart. They rent that space just like the Regal Nails, SmartStyle Hair Salon, McDonalds, Woodforest Bank, etc. It really irritates me when people call it the "Walmart" picture studio. Walmart used to own it but they don't anymore. Just FYI.

Picture me portrait studio in Greensburg are liars, scammers, and they suck. I had a terrible situation there to where I bought over a 100 dollars of pictures and was told I was going to get a CD. When picking up the pics no CD. I ask and the girl who told me that she would make sure I got a CD is now on FMLA until January and there is nothing they can do because it was not ordered. They lie and try to get you to spend you money there and don't give you what they promise. I will never refer anyone there and never go back. They lost a customer for life. I am done with them. LIARS...

They have recently changed the online veiwing and in my opinion its even worse. It askes for a 14 digit session number and a password- which are supposed to be on my reciept... but I only have a six digit number and no password on my reciept. Plus the girl that did my pictures really did a crappy job.

don't go to picture me walmart for your childrens pictures. it is a big rip off. they offer a coupon special 30 pictures for $7.99 0f one pose. what they don't tell you is you can't select the pose. they take many poses but then if you want the coupon special they tell you which pose you can have at that price. it's a waste of your time and money. this happened to me today at the walmart in turnersville, nj. never again. bakelsey

hmmm... i looked at my daughter's pics online last night at 7:30pm after having them taken 1.5 hours earlier.

This is sad. I'm trying to figure out how we can actually get to a "higher up" so that this issue is resolved. We seem to be having the same problem with viewing our pictures.
I've entered the studio and receipt number and name several times and I keep getting a message saying the pictures are not available try again later. The pictures were taken over 3 weeeks ago. The associates at the studio have been no help so I emailed customer service. They responded the next day with "your account is active" but we need your phone number that you placed the order under. I had already given them my phone number in the original email but I went ahead and sent the phone number again. Have not heard back since. Last night I tried again to access my pictures and the website was unavailable. Thought maybe it was my browser so I tried firefox, and google chrome but it was still unavailable. This morning it is back up but still no luck... WTH!?
I'm not stopping here I will find out who is really running this show and go from there...
oh and btw, the so called manager in an earlier post apparently didn't realize that the website she posted no longer works you have to go to www.myonlineportraits.com

why offer to view portraits online when it wont even let you? then i send an email to customercare and get no response! I really wanted to share these photos with relatives and it wont let me! if we cant view our photos than why advertise it? really need to fix the problem!

I went to the Walmart on Silverlake Dr in Pearland so my kids could take their back to school pics for 7.99. The worker there told me only one child one pose. I had in mind that I was going to pay an additional sitting fee for my other child and still get the same package special since my aunt just left another Walmart with my cousins and took theier pics with the additional sitting fee. I asked the worker for something in writing stating that only one child one pose.She didnt have it. She also stated that every studio makes up their own rules. I waited to speak with a manager for 30 min. Then I seen a Walmart manager and spoke with her about my horrible experience i'm having at the portrait studio. She said to call the corporate office and that she couldnt really do anything since there just taken up space at the Walmart locations. The worker there seemed to be very lazy. She then took two additional poses with my son added and said I had the option to choose from those two. huh? After all, she does not know about the online photos and her printer is not working. I'm home and its been three days now, no online pics yet. I had the worst experience ever at pictureme photos.

I had holiday pictures done at the Wal-Mart studio in Clarksville, TN. She told me I could view my pics online. She even circled the session number and passcode. However, everytime I try to access my pics someone else's session pops up. This is pissing me off! I even called the studio and left a message on the answering machine. Of course NO return phone call. I will NEVER buy pics from the Wal-Mart studios EVER again. Go to Olan Mills their online picture system works.

I have had 2 wonderrul experiances for my youngest with her first pictures and plan to go back. There are rules where the first shot is the special unless you buy more... Yes, the special deal is GREAT but they do need to make money too. They aren't on the specials. I have had no problem viewing my babies pics online either time. The first time she was only a few weeks old when they were made so I already had pics back by the time I found time to look at them. This second time they were on there the next day. (possible sooner didn't look until then). She did a WONDERFUL job. The first time she was happy but not cooperative since she was a newborn but associate took a LOT of time getting great pics. This time she was all smiles and took even more pics than last time. TO HARD TO CHOOSE! I only wanted the special both times but broke down and got more. They HAVE to take the extra pics and offer the higher $$ items... it's there job. EVEN if they KNOW you only want the pkg. They HAVE to make a min or THEY are in trouble. This pic is from her first session before she could even hold her head up.

Had my childs pictures done at Walmart, they gave me the wromg session number on my reciet . Now i cant view my babys pictures .Why cant they get this right ?

The first time I got pictures that were available online was a year ago and I was able to view them within a few days. This time however, its been almost a week and I cant view them. I have called the studio and they act like there isn't anything they can do. The funniest thing is I made up a session number and password and got the same message that I did with the real one " your order is still processing, please give 72 hours to be able to view pictures". I contacted customer care twice now through the website and not one reply - not even an automated message telling me they received my complaint. There is also no phone number to call which is ridiculous.

I am able to view my pics online, but it won't let me create an account. They sent me a new temporary password, and it won't recognize it.
Also, there were 8 poses, and they are only showing six.
And the one pose I picked is not the one showing. The girl must have clicked on the other one.
She kept telling me she liked certain ones better, and not asking me my opinion. She said someone would call and ask how the session went, but no one called. She rushed me, and clicked through the pics so fast I didn't even get a chance to see them. Not very professional, and I wouldn't have received the discount if I hadn't asked for it. Very discouraging.

I work for pictureme and I see a continued thread of thought that makes people think the associates pick what pics are on the website. I assure you we do not, we have absolutely nothing to do with that website other then have the print out with your session number and password on it that we hand to you. We're told that all of the pics should be available after the 72 hours and if there is any problem to email them about it if the customer calls. The exact same thing you have to do, so please stop bashing the associates when it is a website issue and not a studio one. It's like going to the store and buying a computer from a salesman. If something is wrong with the compter, you would get in contact with the manufactor of the computer, not go to the salesman and demand he fix it on the spot. He can't do that, he's the SALESMAN NOT THE TECH GUY.

We have been going to Picture Me Portrait Studios for years with our children. We have always had great experiences. Of course we didn't always get great pictures, but that was more due to having young children who don't sit still! :) The photographer has always been friendly and helpful, our pictures have always been available online within 24 hours, they have never pressured us to purchase any more than the one pose package and you DO get to choose which pose you want for the 7.99 deal. We have also frequented other portrait studios and the one thing I like about this studio compared to others is that your pictures aren't erased as soon as you leave the studio. You can always order more online later and there are usually online coupons to use with your reprints to get you another great deal!

Worst service get rid of them first they would try to trick u they would say good things so u can enroll once u enroll once u pay them they wouldn't care they told me that if u do one year photosession so u would pay 170$ so u can get unlimited pics for free till one year every time u would come in u would get free DVD and first time free DVD and pics so I went first time they gave me free DVD and pics 2nd time only pics and third time nothing I took my baby for photo session when he was 4 days old they said after 72 hrs u can view online now my baby is 60 days old means three months still I can't view pics online I call them every week they say I m working on urs wait 24 hrs and then u can c them it has been 3months nothing so pls don't trust them they will b nice to u at first but once u pay they won't care so pls go to other studio but never go to picture me

i HAD MY PICTURES TAKEN AT ONE OF THE STUDIOS, the lady who took my pictures was very rude and rushed us through the pictures. When i called about not beening able to view the pictures online I was hung up on my the manager Mike. He told me that he would not give me a refund if i did not like my pictures. They really need to hire people with people skills and not just any person off the streets. My piuctures were taken on 12-18-2012 and it is now 12-29-2012 and we still cant view the pictures.

I went back to Walmart on my scheduled time to pick up my pictures, the studio was cleared out and gone. Talked with the walmart manager, and she said she didn't know anything about the company, just that they left and it was a third party.She gave me a number she had which said no one was available. I was never able to access my pictures on-line because the session number and studio number did not contain the required 14 digits. The photographer who took the pictures did not give me a reciept because she said it would be given on-line-I was only given a sheet with the so called session and studio nimber and pick-up date.. I have e-mailed the company twice about the problem's I'm having but they never get back., I beleive this company is a total SCAM and I have LOST my money.I will tell everyone not to have their pictures taken at Walmart.

I went to the Kenner Louisiana walmart On 3/17/13 Had pictures taken I got a Call a week Ago saying come get my pictures cause this location is closing for good on 4/5 I have went there four times and noone was there I called the 1888 numer was on hold 2hrs noone ever picked up I done sent 3 emails with No reply I am Pissed this is so unprofessional its not funny people paid $ for these pictures I paid 100 dollars an got screwed Im ready to take them to court .. I hate WALMART !

On march 8th i went to walmart in Greer sc and picture ne portrait studio was running a special on their yearly memberships for $20 with unlimited amount of sessions and you were to get $20-$40 worth of pictures free each time. well i had my first sessions March 23rd and have never received any calls nor email fom them. also i set up another appointment for April 6th and on April 2nd i called to verify the time only to find out that picture me portraits had CLOSED DOWN. i have tried since that date to reach someone with absolutely no response and I've even called their customer service number holding 30-45 minutes at a time. i have yet to get my first pictures and apparently blew $20 on a membership that didn't even last a month. thus is total bull.

My two kids took pictures on march 29..for easter pics and still have not received my pictures...then when I go to check what happen their closed or in Antioch...I would like my pics I payed for

After many years of providing family portrait photography, we are sad to announce myonlineportraits.com is now closed. We appreciate your patronage and allowing us to capture your precious memories. walmart told me to go to myonlineportraits.com to get a copy of my receipt so i can get my money back from I'm picture shane on April 1, 2013 cuz the are not get any of the picture and yet i cant get my recipes I'm out A 130.00 i paid in cash on April 1 2013 it not right and there # for portrait studio goes to a insuters company
