Purchased these tires on 3/31/23 for a 2020 Ford Fusion with 37,275 miles on the odometer. We had recently purchased this car earlier in the month. We were impressed with the smooth quiet ride. Although the Michelin tires that were on the car had plenty of tread left, there were signs of dry rotting. I decided on the P7s from what I had read about them on Tire Rack.

Immediately we noticed a vibration after the P7s were installed. As a personal policy and common sense, I had a 4 wheel alignment done when the tires were installed. Took the car back and had the shop that installed the tires check and rebalance the tires. There was one tire they had difficulty balancing. Shop said it was taking more than typically needed. Shop ended up putting suspect tire on the back. Still did not solve vibration issue. Took the car to a Cadillac dealership and had them balance the tires to see if they could solve the issue. Cadillac said they had to add a little more to one tire. Still no noticeable improvement. Took the car back to the local shop that installed them. Ordered a replacement tire for the suspect one. Still no improvement. Now we have approximately 46,500 miles on the odometer. Not happy with the tires at all. Local distributor does not want to replace the set.

If I was a wealthy man, I would remove these tires an replace them with a set of Hankooks or Michelins. Funny thing. Friends of ours just bought a set of Perellis for their van at a local Sam's Club. The Tire shop highly recommended them. Now they have a noticeable vibration!

Desired outcome: Warranty these tires as defective. Replace with a certified set of P7s with a guarantee not to vibrate.Refund price paid for tires and 4 wheel alignment.
