Pizza hut used my visa on someone elses order, 5375 highway 90, mobile al. I order a personal pan pizza to go and gave my visa card to pay for my order. A few minutes later the manager appears with my card and some cash, and told me they made a mistake and charged someone else’s order on my account. I refused to sign the visa receipt and refused the cash refund. I asked her to cancel the order on my card. She yelled at me it could not be done and I would have to take the cash. I told her that with today’s technology it could be done. She preceded to argue with me and would not let me talk. I told her to give me my visa, and to cancel my order. I drove off with my card, no pizza and someone elses order charged to my account. How stupid to managers think we are as consumers. I have called pizza hut customer service over and over and I am told the district manager will call you…. But he never does.
We being strict vegetarians were served & made to consume Non vegetarian food instead of the Vegetarian item that we ordered. We being strict vegetarians are greatly affected by this.

What are these things there like fried little bits of bread with hot sauce on them disgusting.
When I walk into the store, i saw a tall skinny dark haired man worker being a little too close with the dark haired girl that also works there. I do not know their names but he was a little close and touchy with the girl. I do not know if the girl was uncomfortable or not but i feel she was so i thought i'd say something.
Essence weekend, pizza barely had meat, the crust was hard with no flavor and the meaty pasta was not meaty at all, basically just cheese.When you call the phone just ring, ring, ring.Never going back...Called customer service and nothing has been done yet.I want a refund or another pizza and pasta from different location.
Today i ordered a tropical veg with extra chicken. But instead of getting the new style chicken slices i got old style chicken cubes on my pizza. As per my knowledge these chicken cubes are used in just 2 of your new pizzas. As i was in hurry so i didnt bothered going back to store.

A girl named C.C east was staring at me out the door while she was on duty. She threatened me and said she would bust the window out of my friends car. An beat the F out of me. She was bring very rude and staring at me out the window.
I ordered 2 orders of French fries and large pizza and sodas with my debit card over the phone. They delivered the pizza and sodas, but no fries. They driver left and I conveniently was charged 12 dollars for the fries that I never received. And I tipped the driver well too. What a rip off. That's a waste of money and my time.

I placed an order with order no. 3180926194956001182024290 which showed me that it will be prepared by 9.05 pm and it took almost 15min late. I am not at all satisfied with my order due to late arrival of pizza.

Please stop airing that annoying commercial with that screaming little girl. It's extremely dusturbing and makes me change the channel as soon as it comes on.
I'm complaining because on 09-19-2018 I placed a order for a pizza at the Government Street location in Baton Rouge, LA the pizza was supposed to be ready for 12:13, but I didn't receive the my pizza until 12:42, almost 30 minuets later which caused me to be late for work because I was on lunch break.
Ordered wings didnt give me correct amount, made me turn around again to go complain order, really hot and was in a hurry and was really frustrated to get some where

My name is Sandra Sanders, I order two lg pizza two toppped. I pay 24.82 at Pizza Hut #744011 who every cooking and packing the pizza know that the pizza was burned and very hard they sent it out the store any way to a customer like that it's was very unprofessional.
The call center sucks and they don't answer the Hot number line, as well as very bad staff that are very rude over the phone.
as well as last time i ordered pepperoni pizza it was without the Pepperoni !
My pizza was late, cold, and they forgot my soda, I've had this problem before and the manager fixed it but this time I was ignored and even went out of my way to go to the store where my order was still not fixed and I recieved a bad attitude. I love Pizza Hut but the customer service on Garth Rd in Baytown Tx is not pleasant.

The commercial with the little girl screaming and tearing a pizza box is annoying. I had to force myself to watch to find out what she was representing. Terrible commercial. I tune it out when she starts screaming. Distasteful
The wings that i received were tiny little scraps of breading. They were pretty cold and had chewy scraps throughout. I was very irritated and unless something is done then my family will not return.

Every time I place a order online at the Pizza Hut located on North Michigan rd in Indianapolis, In they never have anything I ordered.. I don't know if it's because I quit working there or what but the manager always call me saying that they are out of everything I ordered
Honestly these pictures speak for themselves. If this is satisfactory service then maybe this restaurant is on strike. I ordered 4 pzones and they appear to be rolled over by a steamroller before delivering it to me.
I want to complain on how warm not hot pizsa was like usual. And my pizza wasn't cut in normal pizza slices . Looked like they cut it for little kids party so embarrassing . My order hasnt been messed up and long time dont understand what happened and why pizza was so bad today.
Lately I just been taking it but this in fed up with it. I order a certain crust for my pizza and it is never right. Please do something about this. At first I was thinking it was a mistake but now it seems like someone is doing it on purpose and seems to dont care that me and my family doesn't like yo have that certain crust.
Ordered pizza at 1:23 at 2:15 was finally delivered upon delivery it was wrong and cold and when told the delivery driver she just was what do you want me to do
I did a complaint about my order that i placed on the 27th. My order was not prepared like I asked, it was cold and poor customer service.the manager called but she didn't resolve my issue.
The pizza is disgusting..its really soggy and topping are falling off its very greasy ..the box is basically full of grease..doesnt look very appealing..we dont even want to eat it ..i wasted money for this. I love pizza hut and always get it but this time is the worst. I'm just going to throw it away

These are absolutely hollow, I don't see nor taste any cheese. If it's there it is clearly not "stuffed".

The pizza and bread sticks were good the wings tho were bad tasted weird didn't complain but should've paid $8 for nasty wings. She brought the wings out after all our food was gave to us figured she would bring it out with the bread sticks. I have ate best for years
we dine in eureka ks 2-3 monthly lunch every table was dirty that was not in use(7) had to ask for drinks 4 times before we got them we are working guys current temp ws 92 & humid terrible service server spent most time in kitchen
went to dine in at the clifton forge pizza hut and we ordered a large pizza and bread sticks
the crust was so hard you couldnt eat it
and the bread sticks were so hard you eat them we returned them she girl said that was the way they are when you order thin crust she re made the pizza and again it was hard and burnt
The pizzas all were on crust that proofed tben deflated so they were hard and greesy not tbe fluffy crunch that we chose pizza hut for.and 2 of the pizzas had rotten tomatoes.hope we dont get sick. Change the delivery fee or use it for the driver who actually delivers the pizza otherwise don't be a greedy corporation. Charging delivery fees to make extra money for yourselves and not for the driver or a charity don't charge one at all.
I am very angry is not the first time this is happen to us and always the same location in Phenix City Al on 280 bypass if this not going to change ya'll going to loose customers ya'll sure lost one in me.

I always order from pizzahut for delivery. To recieve delivery your order must amount to 9.99 or better so I'll order a drink so my order meets the requirements. I never recieve my drinks but some how always have to pay the full balance of my order.
Place is nasty ride and slow. It's so nasty never again.
This Pizza hut is horrible on all levels.especially employee rudeness, pizza hut corporate should investigate this location the employees hate their jobs and probably themselves.food quality👎 politeness👎no phone no delivery service👎 complaints being resolved👎 shut this location down👍👍👍👍👍
I waited a hour for my food and it was horrible call pizza location were I ordered it from they didn't do anything about my order... I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one.
