Pizza hut used my visa on someone elses order, 5375 highway 90, mobile al. I order a personal pan pizza to go and gave my visa card to pay for my order. A few minutes later the manager appears with my card and some cash, and told me they made a mistake and charged someone else’s order on my account. I refused to sign the visa receipt and refused the cash refund. I asked her to cancel the order on my card. She yelled at me it could not be done and I would have to take the cash. I told her that with today’s technology it could be done. She preceded to argue with me and would not let me talk. I told her to give me my visa, and to cancel my order. I drove off with my card, no pizza and someone elses order charged to my account. How stupid to managers think we are as consumers. I have called pizza hut customer service over and over and I am told the district manager will call you…. But he never does.
I ordered 2 pizzas it said it was a 45 minute wate did not receive my pizzas till 2 and a half hours later when they did arrive my two large pizzas was cold not even warm anymore and could not call and complain to the store because my pizzas showed up when they closed at 10 this was a horrible experience
This pizza was horrible. Dry hardly no meat! Crust just taste like raw Dough with a bitter taste all 3. If I didn't live so far out and it was close to closing I would've taken it back. Family and friends very unhappy. 26.00 gone to waste.

I ordered for Hawaian without pineapple but you delivered with pineapple, as my kid is allergic to pineapple, moreover chicken BBQ pizza also not up-to standard, we never expected such substandard service from reputed brand like you. I have been your customer for longtime and this is the first time such bad experience.

My wings were dry and hard and my pizza crust was hard and the employee was very rude I ordered medium and i didn't have much sauce they were dry and cooked to hard pizza crust shouldn't be that hard
I live 6.9 miles away from Pizza Hut, according to Google Maps and they tell me that they don't deliver here. I often am without transportation and prefer Pizza Hut over other places in town. However, they're farther away and will still deliver to me. I'd like to see my Pizza Hut deliver to my address as well.
The incident happened at 196 and college ave in grand rapids michigan at 8:05 pm. The driver of dark 2 door license plate 9MSE24 ran a red light and almost made me hit him. I honked my horn and flashed my lights he then flipped me off while making an illegal u turn.
I had the worst experience last night order was 34.99 I gave her $40.00 I didn't get change also when I called her manager she said she gave her 35.00
The driver ate 2 of my wings, we was missing a drink and my pizza didn't have garlic butter blend

I ordered for take out paid for my pizza and wings and when i got home the pizza was thrown together sloppy it had hardly any toppings and the wings were stone cold this is the worst service i had got from pizza hut very unprofessional my family has always gone to pizza hut and never had a problem until last night

Yesterday i go to pizza hut kuala terengganu, Wisma Low Hai Whan, Jalan Sultan Ismail. I order lasagna for take away and all i got is dissappoinment. I can't even eat. The taste was so awful . I don't think i wanna go there anymore like never. Just got a long tiring day at work and hungry like hell and i CAN'T EVEN EAT it.
My order always takes an hour or longer bad delivery experience they always say 30 mins.buts never that early

We are very much regular customer of Pizza hut and very fond of Pizzas. Last night we bought pan Pizza from a delivery layout in Mangaf Kuwait. It was really shocking that in pizza we found some hard stuff while eating Pizza (Picture attached).

We ordered 1 hour and 20 minutes ago. When our order did not arrive, we called again and they told us that our order had not been registered. We place an order again. Then 5 mins later they call and say minimum of 150 dhs. So we add on to our order. Then they call us and say that they don't deliver to our location.
We ordered at 8:30 pm and the time is 12 am now. Each time we called they kept saying 10 mins or 20 mins and that their order is full thats y the delay.
If they said this in the first place we wouldnt have placed the order.
After 12 we called to check again and they had gone to our old address.

There was payment on my account of $51.30 on April 15th even tho i didnt even order anything so i need a refund back because no food came to my house or anything. I dont order or eat at pizzahut but money was taken out of my account. I would love to get my money back becuase it is a tough time right now
I placed an order for a normal crust 2 topping pizza. Somehow I ended up with garlic bread crust: as I am allergic to garlic this is highly upsetting. Luckily I looked before I bit. I need someone to address this matter urgently

I ordered Pizza to pick up between 5:15 to 5:30. Go to pick up early because I've had this issue before. Arrived early because I don't like soggy pizza. When i got there pizza was waiting. Took it home and crust was soggy and only warm
Online apps said 15 minutes till my order was ready. After the 15 minutes I waited a further 45 minutes. Terrible manager/customer relations in demotte, Indiana.

Fsmily have love it for 45 years! Unfortunately, that has changed in such a short time. Two months ago, the dough, is flatter, tasteless, cardboard like. Pizza dough is key in a good pizza. That has been the #1reason this company was set aside better then others. It has come to the end of the road,I will never again buy Pizza Hut!
