This is Complaints against order No. [protected].
I ordered at about 12:00 PM on telephone No. [protected]. The customer care representative assure me that, this order will be delivered in 45 minutes or maximum by 1 hour. At about 1 hour at 01:00 PM I called again. But the person received my call told me that your order is on the way & will be delivered soon.
After that I was busy in my office. At about 2:00 PM I called again to the same number. Someone told me that I will call the store & told me to hold.
Then after 2 - 3 minutes she told me nobody is answering the call from store.
This time I become fed-up because my guest who came from Finland told me that its very shameful act happened. We are waiting for last 2 hours but your PIzza is still on the way. I forgot to tell that on my 1st or second call some lady from your office told me lame excuse that the delivery guy caught by Police so he is late. But still she assure me that your order will be delivered soon. I thought that she was playing to make me calm.
I will not leave this matter because its on our reputation that our behaviour is very bad with our guest.
I need clarification & the penalty from your side otherwise I am planning to submit this case more strongly to the higher authorities .
