scamming: explicit and blatantly scamming of player account - order no. 3200051 (will take legal action if necessary)
This is a very serious matter, I will take legal action against the seller if needed.
Recently, i've purchased an account (Osrs - runescape 2007) for $200 usd (With 1-year insurance) on playerauctions.com. The seller delivered on 18th september 2017 and the account had no problems. I changed the password, and email to my own, he also provided me with the recovery details.
Afterwards, i've transferred all my in-game wealth from my old account to the newly bought one. The in-game wealth is worth over 1 billion osrs coins (Which almost translate to over $1500 usd in the real world), which is, unfortunately, an unwise move by me.
After 3 short days of playing, up to today (22 september 2017), the seller sent a recovery request to the game developers (Jagex) claiming the account was stolen. I was immediately locked out of the account. Then he proceeded to change the account's email, and password.
I tried to recover the account myself with the details he provided, and of course, that didn't work, because all of the information is fake.
During the 3 days of gameplay, I was extremely careful with my behavior, I did not bot, nor swear, kept very little interaction with other in-game players and only played on secured servers. I was very aware not to do anything in-game to result in myself being hacked, or banned.
Furthermore, when I confronted the seller through pa messaging today, he told me it was a "dog eat dog world" and he decided to "change his mind about quitting", which I assume, he admits that he has taken the account back without authority or consultation.
As a buyer, I would say this is an extremely unpleasant and tragic experience for me. I do not know what I have done to deserve this, I was very polite to the seller when I purchased the account, I treated him with respect, and yet he betrayed me.
I tried to claim the account on playerauctions to get a compensation since i've bought insurance. However, after still no reply. I've tried sending emails to them, describing fully about the situation. But they didn't even send a reply.
This is you should never use playerauctions.com, they are a bunch of scammers, and moreover, they are the cancer of the gaming community since they create a platform for scammers to legitimate buyers.

I was scammed by one of their sellers that was later discovered to be using stolen credit cards to provide the goods they were selling. I reported about their fraudulent seller that chargebacked their sale of the goods I bought and they locked me out of my own account for it. Their customer service is attrocious and isn't helpful at all. They basically stole my money and have not replied to me at all. The worst part is that they are asking me for my order id of the items that I need to claim for refund and I can't give it to them because they also suspended my account - which has the order id's! They even think I was the one at fault!

Someone need to make complaint to FBI Internet Crime Complaint Centre. There no excuse to not answer the help requests. One or two hours maybe but 24 hours without explanation is unacceptable. unauthorised payments on my bank account
I have large transactions from play auctions on my bank statement - $181.15 and $64.46 on 19 june, 2017. Please call me on [protected] for details as I would like a refund.
I believe my bank account has been hacked through - I only had my card access to pay for netflix and there are a number of transactions that I have not authorised.
I hope that someone can contact me soon to discuss this problem. I cannot believe that such large transactions can be made in one single purchase, and as I am a 46 year old school teacher that does not play online games, this is not acceptable and I hope for resolution.

I recently purchased an order, and the person who was suppose to deliver gave me three steps to follow.
1) he will trade me the product in game.
2) he will need to open a second trade and give me random items while I give the order back. (He stated this will ensure safety in order for me not to get banned for suspicious activity.)
3) he will trade back the order and I will give him the bogus items back.
Step three didn't happen. I posted a dispute with evidence of what went down, and sent nearly 8 emails. Not a single response has been given.

This "company" has the absolute most atrocious customer service I have ever had the displeasure of needing the services of. I'd complain directly about it, but I cannot get a response from any avenue of contact i've tried. The only way to change your account information on their website is directly through customer service, for example trying to switch from a closed paypal account to a new one, and no one will respond. Meanwhile disbursements are being canceled because there is no account there to accept them.
I am extremely frustrated and displeased by this garbage service.

I paid for an account however the seller refused to give me the email and agreed to the refund. Once it was confirmed by the seller and I the refund process went underway and player auctions states it refunded me the money however my bank has not received any money. Ill give it another day before I send proof to my bank that playerauctions did not refund me the money and file a claim against the company.

Upon looking into many other peoples cases and the disgusting mess that is PlayerAuctions facebook page. It's obvious that Playerauctions is a kek "company". More like the bandits from skyrim, where they seem organized and all but they're still bandits?
But my story anyways.
So I just sold Runescape currency on their site about a week ago, and the buyer got it and all and gave me 5 stars. Everything looked like it was going great. Got that disbursement countdown "your money will come in xx:xx".
But the timer ticks down and at 0 it just says "queued for immediate processing - now processing" So anyways that went on for a couple days whatevs. So 3 days ago I wake up to an email at like 2:55 am saying "Playerauctions sent you your payment" and I was like say worrrd but right above that an email at 2:57 "PlayerAuctions has cancelled their payment to your paypal" so I was like awe nawwwww. So I sent them an email asking whats up since live chat or phone numbers don't exist anymore in customer support? like wtf we're humans. But yeah no response tot hat one yet, doesn't even say "Seen" *cough* 24/7 customer support lies *cough* more like 1 hour in 52 weeks customer support. But I mean its only been a week I could be jumping the gun, but based off other people who haven't gotten their stuff after years. I think it's gg for me.
But yeah sent 2 more emails and messaged them on facebook, no response. Payment still say "now being processed" Thank god for me it was only 20$, my heart goes out to those that lost more money because of these thieves.

Basically, Dont buy or sell on playerauctions, yea it might workkkk maybe, like a chance? you might have a sliver of hope. but you're honestly better off standing outside your house with a paper sign that says "SELLING RS GOLD GOOD RATES" because that way if someone wants it you will at least actually get your money.

I purchased 7 pokemon go accounts on playerauctions.com. The accounts I received were banned accounts. The seller knew this and said they would provide me with replacements and told me to wait. 4+ weeks went by and I still haven't received anything. I asked for a refund several times and the seller ignored
I then disputed all the orders in question with playerauctions dispute process. Waste of time! Over 1.5 months of sending them emails back and forth, playerauctions did absolutely nothing. They ignored my emails, ignored my refund requests, ignored all the evidence I provided, and released the funds to the seller without resolving my cases.
So I disputed all transactions in question with paypal and escalated them to claims, and playerauctions suspended my account. I provided paypal with all the evidence they needed. I filed as items not received and items not as described. All 7 cases were awarded in the seller's favour. I appealed their decision two more times and they were still awarded in their favour!
I spent about $350 usd on all of these accounts and I got nothing for them! I didn't get any functional, working, playable accounts, and I didn't get my money back that I paid for them. What I did get is a bunch of headaches and a thinner wallet.
Playerauctions.com stole my money and didn't give it back. Playerauctions.com robbed me blind. Playerauctions.com is a scam that everyone should avoid like the plague. Playerauctions.com is the a fraud company.

I have had this account for a long time and now you want me to close it and re - open and new one with very private information that can be used to bankrupt me and ruin my credit just for a game.
I need to know how to close this account because you locked me out and I am

I registered to playerauctions to buy an account, they locked my account and asked me to "prove" my identity sending a copy of my ID document, a copy of a bill with my address and a photo of me holding the id document. Neither paypal or my bank account asked me for such information. I obviously refused to send these. This is another person trying to buy an account.

I wanted to purchase gold from this site playerauctions and transferred money but did not receive my order. Customer service was absolutely useless and was not able to help me. It actually seemed like they did not want to help me, every time I contacted them they said that there was nothing they could do and asked me to be patient. After a week I asked for a refund but they said that was impossible. Terrible service!

Where do I start. sadly. this company is probably ran by 2 people that are very un-professional. I am going to provide so much proof as possible. hopefully you don't run into the same issues.
1. the gold was purchased oct-[protected]:34:44 pm.

3. the gold was taken back by wow within 6 hours of delivery.

To be honest I read reviews on a lot of these sellers and this site I wont say company since they don't function as one. they allow scammers/thief's to sell stolen items and services. at the end of the day as long as they have their money they don't care about the costumer. also this was sent to [protected]@playerauctions.com see how long it takes to answer once their cards have been shown to the public. sadly this is how they work.
My recommendation is do not purchase with them in the near future. scam % seems pretty high.
fraudulent seller
Hello. Recently I bought an account from a seller on PlayerAuctions and paid for it. However I didn't get access too the account and when I tried to contact the seller he didn't reply.
I also tried to get some help from PlayerAuctions customer care but they also ignored me. I really need their help and I need them to contact me as soon as possible. There is a fraudulent cheater seller on their website who sells account and doesn't give any access. I would like to get my money back!
can't get back my account
I have sold an account on PlayerAuctions and everything went well, but later I received a message from the customer that he was not satisfied with the account he bought from me. Well, things like that sometimes happen so it wasn't a big deal for me. I refunded him his money and contacted PlayerAuctions asking for my account back.
They did not reply and I still have no access to my own account! No matter how many times I've tried they do not reply!

I sold some things on PlayerAuctions and received a negative feedback from a customer. I have no idea why! The person received everything he paid for and was pretty satisfied with the purchase. About two months later I received a negative feedback and it really was terrible one! I tried to resolve the situation with the customer but he did not want to communicate with me, so I emailed PlayerAuctions customer service but they really did not care and did nothing to help me. They gave me only empty promises and that's all they did. I'm officially done with this terrible site!
It took me days to find some way to get a email from a person. Then they tell me they want pictures of driver licence, credit card and pay pal for a new account. No way.

I sold a game account on PlayerAuctions website. The person I sold it to played for several days and then contacted me and said that he longer wanted to play the game, demanded his money back and opened a dispute against me! I contacted PlayerAuctions customer service and they said that everything will be fine and promised to help. But in the end they gave him his money back! The person changed the password and I had no access to my account! I contacted him and asked what was the new password and he refused to tell. Emailed PlayerAuctions and they said that it was not their business. Never again!

I in 3 separate purchases i spent close to $120 . 2 eve online plex cards -$50 1 World of tanks, special event tank 1 12000 gold for World of tanks Within 2 weeks of buying the plex cards, i get an email that my account is locked due to the player that sold me the plex reported me to EVE online. I immediately file a complaint via Chat and was told they would forward it to mediation. I waited 3 weeks and then wrote mediation 3 times over the course of 2 months with no response. Finally via chat today i was told "Sorry for your loss, contact the publisher for resolution" --WTF! I lost my eve online account i had for close to 6 years and that's what i am told. I also bought 2 items for World of Tanks. $70 Same buyer, no issues. Then suddenly I see on the buyers feedback comments "SCAMMER-cancels payment and gets your account locked" Within an hour i get an email from WoT that there is a dispute with 2 purchases and my account is locked until it can be settled. Again i immediately contact Playerauctions Via chat and explain the situation as well as i provided copy of the email from WoT and Order numbers. I was told to contact mediation, which i did. I received a response the next day saying his account was banned and I might be able to receive my money back since disbursement wasn't made yet. I waited 2 weeks and wrote mediation asking for an update and explained it was 2 purchases not one. That the seller used the same name on PlayerAuctions but used 2 names to scam WoT. That was exactly 3 weeks ago and still nothing, So i contacted Chat again today and as you can see was told too bad your loss ( lost not only a 6 year eve account but also $50) But told again will forward it to mediation and expect to hear back from them. Listen folks I am a family man with 3 kids-a truck payment ect ect..and i squirreled away this money as video games is really my only vice. I might not be broke but the money i do spend means alot to me and to be told "Sorry for your loss" just isn't right. Honestly i think the majority of buys/sells go smoothly, but when it doesn't, Playerauctions will duck responsibility like a man that never wanted kids. I ordered golds from PlayerAuctions and it said Payment Failed and the order was closed. I checked my account and my card was charged $134.63 right away. So why did it say Payment Failed? My order was closed so the golds I ordered and paid for wasn't delivered. I sent an email regarding this issue, no reply yet.
I waited a few days for my payment and after it was done, It changed to "Queued for immediate processing" and it won't change. The email was "realtoxicboxic@gmail.com"

Five months after my purchase the account was taken back by the OO. I know this happens and yup not happy but I paid for insurance. Unfortunately these guys will renege on your claim, they want proof and the way the account was pulled back no proof was possible. After I showed them the exact account using a varied name from the original purchase they still would not honor there insurance. So with in a day of filing a claim they denied it . When I fought back they canceled my account. Most dishonest group stay clear.
