Pocket FM review: Pocket fm blocked account

I joined pocket fm around the end of August of this year and I started listening to Saving Nora. The story was interesting, so I waited everyday for free episodes. The story line had me hooked so I decided to purchase coins and get listen to adds. I got all the way up to episode 842 while waiting for them to upload new episodes. It was during this time my account mysteriously got blocked. I tried logging on several times with no success. I created a ticket number #127722 and the response was not immediate. I had to reply to my own message a few times before they finally responded. I sent over images of what my account was stating and monies taken from my account with out giving me coins. There is a restore button on my new account with the same email but it will not allow me to restore. At this point I just want to be refunded my $4.99 and I will delete that account and never use pocket fm again and encourage anyone else not to get caught up with pocket fm because as soon as you get several hundred episodes in they will possibly block you account. I was listening to Saving Nora and was on episode 842. I logged in from my 2 devices . So it will my email starting an account 3 times but the first one is the one they blocked.
