PODS Enterprises review: Delivery

I told I told POD that I was moving to Kissimmee I decided to move to Haines City. I lived in Lake Nona area. I have moved a total of 41 miles from my original spot. They tell me that because they stored my containers someplace other than closer to Kissimmee that they now have to relocate my container to Lakeland 45 miles past where I moved to. Further, I’m supposed to pay for them to relocate my container instead of just getting my container and delivering it to the address I gave to them they want me to pay for the relocation and then wait an additional week for them to pick it up from the relocation and then deliver it to the address I gave it to them! While charging me the whole entire time for their error. I could’ve rented a U-Haul for 1/4 of what I paid pot per month.

As if then, being extremely expensive, wasn’t enough now to add injury to insult they’re trying to triple my delivery charge and forced me to pay for it! They know they don’t do their customers right this is why their corporate number is a lie they list their corporate number is the customer service number. They are CEO Kathryn, Marinello hides from her customers, because she herself knows their policies is clear extortion!
