PODS changed price of service many times, finally agreed to their first quote. Argue with foreign poor English speaking people in all calls. Maybe foreigners in some other country?
PODS never answers the phone.
PODS service reps when they eventually do call back all speak poor English and publish wrong days of service. Multiple dates fail to work as stated.
Container deliver to be filled day failed, delivered a day late. Pickup of container filled was wrong, picking up early. Many calls to sort anything out, they never answer a call. Then all lies.
Delivery of container 1400 miles from pickup published a delivery day that failed. 16 days after they retrieved the filled container it still sits in Chicago where it was loaded, it has not moved one inch to Florida address delivery in 16 days.
On Sept 5 PODS agent tells us delivery time can be shortened to Sept 8 from rescheled by them day of Sept 9. Earlier Sept delivery days were again all lies. On Sept 7 PODS says delivery in Boynton Beach, FL now is maybe Sept 16.
THE CONTAINER IS STILL SITTING 1400 MILES AWAY IN CHICAGO, NO EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO SHIP THE CONTAINER TO FLORIDA DESPITE THEM TAKING THE MONEY FOR SHIPMENT.
Avoid PODS, we have experienced awful service, agents that are all foreign and speak bad English, agents telling lies and 2 drivers that could not stand the place and were looking to quit.
ABF freight will drop a trailer and loading ramp at your house for moving. People I talk to now who used them all had good service.
PODS I am just told is now owned by the Ontario, Canada Teacher's Pension Union. This might explain why PODS is dysfunctional and poorly run on my contract, teachers in control.
Desired outcome: Container, stop lies, fire all employees in management.
