I've had chat with representative on May 23, 2024, I've sent my receipts that I was overcharge amount $5.12 and I never received service, I don't eat at Popeye because I'm pescatarian when I saw your special on fish sandwich, I tried it out.
I had a horrible experience at your location. I asked for a representative to give me a reference number she states don't have a reference number all I have to do is reach out to follow up and you should have me in file. I saved all our conversion through chat. I really would like to speak with someone. I done have my refund.

Angela... The rude woman just said she was going to give me a refund on May 21 but I have a bank statement saying that no refund was given I was charged again another $7.56 so that means I was charged twice and I have received no food
