Hi. Kejadian baru shj berlaku tadi 17/1/2018 waktu 5.30 petang. Please cakap dgn rider awak yang menggunakan number +[protected] kenapa datang rumah call sekali je? Kenapa tak cuba call again and kenapa tak tekan loceng rumah? Selama ni hantar barang boleh je rider lain call saya dua atau tiga kali sampai saya angkat call. Now suka2 je nak suruh saya pickup sendiri di klang! Saya tak kira saya nak barang saya hari ni juga! Atau saya akan saman pos malaysia! Saya lampirkan bukti panggilan dia dan mesej dia. Tq

Saya order brg dr shopee, brg dah keluar dr pos laju wangsa maju pd 16/1/19. Tunggu kat rumah posmen tak hantar pun. Sy 24jam ada je kat rumah. Tau2 suruh ambil sendiri barang. Posmen tak ada datang pun, tak ada notis di tinggalkan pun. Tapi dekat status bgtau ada tinggalkan notis. Byk kali keluar status suruh ambil sendiri barang.17/1/19 pun status suruh ambil sendiri brg. Kalau sihat tak la order online. Macam mana nak ambil sendiri brg kalau tengah tak sihat. Banyak kali brg kena ambil sendiri, staff tak datang hantar pun, lama tunggu kat rumah. Never delivery the items to the house. This is not 1 or 2 times but several times I hv notice this. They didnt even call or left any notice to collect items. Moreover my house there are people 24 hiurs at home never receive any call from pos laju. The delivery boys are not sincere enough. They will straight away us to walk in and collect the items at their office. Very very very bad service of pos laju in this branch. Thank you
I agreed, its happen to me few times. And i start to feel pissed. Wasting my time and the delivery boy are just lying. I was 24 hrs at home, he said premises closed / nobody at home ask me to come their office and self collect. they never even call me and said i cannot contact. Im so pissed.
attitude of the postman
I was home alone and watching videos in my room. If I hear any noises came from outside of my house I will be aware and hesitate fro awhile for safety purpose. I did not hear the postman at first but then I heard it after that when he raised his voice which sounded annoyed or frustrated. It's the parcel sent from my mum's office. So, I went out and saw him squad in front of my door looked frustrated and handed the parcel which cant pass through the door to me. I realized that it can't pass through the door so I need to take keys but he didn't want to help to take the parcel so I put it on the floor then went to take keys. I opened the door and he passed me the document to sign and put the parcel annoyingly.

Pada 15 Jan 2019, saya telah menerima satu parcel dari shopee jam 14:35.
Pada 16 Jan 2019, saya telah Track order from Shopee App, untuk melihat order lain yang masih belum diterima.
Setelah diperiksa, saya dapati ada satu order yang tidak diterima tetapi telah remark TERIMA PADA 15 JAN 2019 JAM 4:57pm di atas nama saya sendiri. Tetapi barang itu saya tidak pernah terima sama sekali.
Untuk makluman, 2 parcel ini mempunyai no tracking yang berbeza. Sila kembalikan parcel yang tidak saya terima. Saya lampir kan screenshot di bawah sebagai rujukan.

I have bought an item at shopee malaysia whereby their preferred courier service is poslaju malaysia. Based on the tracking number er 731583022my, the item was supposed to be delivered on 14th jan 2019. On the said date, I was at home the entire day waiting eagerly for my item to be delivered to me. However, on 6.40pm, I received an sms saying that the item was unsuccessfully delivered to me as they found the premise is closed and left a delivery arrangement notice. This is entirely not true! What kind of service is poslaju balakong providing to their customer? I have been waiting the whole day for the item to be delivered to me and all I got is frustration and waste of my time waiting the entire day. Please just delivery my item to my house as soon as possible. This time make sure to put in effort to deliver the item.

3 Januari barang dah dikirim, 5 Januari dah sampai Miri, tapi belum sampai lagi ke tangan penerima sampai hari ni. 10 Januari hantar 1 mesej suruh pergi poslaju Miri untuk ambil barang. Bukankah membuat penghantaran barang sampai ke alamat / tempat yang ditujukan itu adalah tanggungjawab pekerja poslaju? Kenapa penerima perlu pergi ambil sendiri? Bukannya dekat poslaju Miri dengan rumah saya. Saya perlu kerja juga, dah habis kerja pergi ambil, pintu poslaju pun dah tutup. Lagipun alamat yang saya letak ialah sekolah, jangan beritahu tidak dapat cari atau takde orang, kereta poslaju memang ada dan pernah hantar barang ke sana. 10 Januari baru hantar satu bungkusan untuk guru di sana. Jadi kenapa barang saya tidak dapat mereka hantar pula? Kami dah buat pembayaran, kenapa bukan seperti yang poslaju janjikan hantar barang sampai ke rumah? Perkhidmatan yang teruk ni buat orang ramai tidak percayakan poslaju lagi. Pekerja yang malas rasanya perlu dihentikan agar tidak memalukan poslaju Malaysia.

poslaju delivery complaint
I would like to make a complaint against Poslaju delivery. I made an order on Shopee and they send it thru Poslaju delivery. I supposed to get it by December 27, 2018. I gave them time until now since I thought there is just a delay in the shipping until I noticed that they attempted to send it to the wrong address when I checked the delivery status. I only checked it now since I am out of the country and busy with my works. I have a proof that me and the sender put the correct address and its the fault of delivery guy. So I called the customer service hotline today, January 11, 2019 to atleast provide a second delivery for me. She said that I will be needing to collect it myself since its December 27. But when I hang up the phone and checked, its very far and I dont drive in KL and the grab is very expensive. Much expensive than the item.
My complaints and concerned are:
1. How come the delivery guy went to the wrong address even if we indicate the correct one?
2. Even if how many days or weeks that I didnt request for second attempt, since Im not in Malaysia and Im very busy, I should still have the right to have the second delivery since its not my fault for not sending it to the right house.
Please, help me to have a Second delivery attempt since its very far and I cannot get it by myself due to my busy schedule and its very far. Poslaju delivery should make our life easier by transporting goods in our house so what is the use for that if I will pick it up by myself to Caw Serahan which is far from my place.

The above postman in kota kinabalu, went to my address but did not clarify the whereabout of the parcel, while refusing to hand over the parcel to my security guard, such inefficient, other postman was better as I have received other parcels through my security guard between those days. (In the end, my parcel supposed to sent by the former postman is sent back to Pos Laju Cheras. I hope to receive refund an amount not less than rm10 or the parcel to be sent back to me)

Is everyone need to stay at home all day to wait for the parcel that wont inform you when will be delivered? (eg: gdex will inform you when they start to deliver) when it reach, no one home, cant reschedule, I should go to collect the parcel myself. (other carrier that I used before all can be reschedule, if I able to have transport to collect it, why I need to choose delivery service but not purchase in retail shop?) and now my residence provide popbox which I think is a good colution for people that back home after the operation hour of delivery service, but, oh, poslaju also cant drop off the parcel!? Why other carrier can put into the locker, and poslaju cant? I already ask popbox customer service, they respond every carrier is able to drop off parcel in their locker, so, why poslaju reject my request for put the parcel into locker?

Is regarding one of my parcel from online order, I did not receive for my parcel which sent out on 28 dec, i've been waiting for quite some time, until I called to your customer service this morning to check my parcel location, and was being told by ainul that my parcel has been sent back to the sender, I was so disappointed which I never being informed about my parcel and failed to delivered to my house and never receive a call or sms asking me to collect in the office, and now my parcel has been sent back the the sender, I asked ainu why the postman did not leave a notification card into my house or make a call to inform me? She told me maybe the card is already finished and also the sender did not write my contact no. There. And I asked ainul is that normal or a good reason saying the card is finish? She answered it is normal and that's the reason, and she can't help anything. I wanted to ask is this a professional way to serve a customer with a high profile and a big company in poslaju? She never provide help or solution and tone with annoying to me!
