On December 10th I called to book a flight from Canada to the US and had to reschedule resulting in getting credit for that flight and paying for another flight due to the time and date. The rep was going to give me a credit and when I tried to get that credit it was found that the rep did not cancel the flight with American Airlines and they said a refund of 395.11 would be refunded to me at that time. IT IS NOW MARCH 2025 and they keep giving me the runaround, last time we spoke they asked me to provide my Venmo but to date 324-2025 nothing has happened

Desired outcome: Follow through with what your company said they were going to do since DECEMBER OF 2024 AND REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!
