I have a constant complaint about not being able to use every bit of the contents in the bottles. Sometimes the bottles are still half full. It is such a waste of money, and so frustrating. I pay $4.99 per bottle. I continue to buy it, because I love the fragrance. It is a design flaw. I want a refund on several bottles. Or free bottles of the product

Claimed loss: I have been buying these for years. At $5.00 a pop. A 2 years supply would be awesome.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of at least a 2 year period. (1 bottle every 2 weeks). Or a 2 year supply.
