winged Bugs and Larva in paper rolls which have been wrapped with over wrap that is two layers of plastic. It has taken me a year to be sure of source of insect infestation in our pantry. I originally did not know source. so removal strip all products out, seal every container , wash walls with a bleach and soap process wash all containers, bags, boxes, light spray ceiling. restock pantry. Disposed of any possible source of contamination. Using a electric charge to exterminate reappearing winged insects and larva also washing again where the were found. This went on for the best part of a year, I could not locate source/cause of this infestation until now the month of September 2023. I can now see these undesirable critters inside the bounty plastic over wrap of the individual rolls. I have to use a 03 step ladder to reach these weevils to electrocute. then remove carcass. I terminated 05 of these friends last night as they rest on the ceiling. I think you have a problem which is adversely affects my product consumption. YES,I have reported this to the vendor. x02
