I had a package to deliver today and when i came home it was not delivered yet. So when i check the tracking it was mentioned that the receiver is unreachable and asked me to reschedule delivery where i can setup the delivery date not the time. So tried talking to an agent via chat because during weekdays no one will be at home during office hours. But when am requesting they mentioned that the delivery time is between 8 am to 10 pm. But we won’t be able to select time.
I have asked them that is there any possibility of knowing the estimated delivery time so that i can ask someone to pick that up for me. And they have no answer for that as well.
I did asked them about the delivery remarks. Because they said that the receiver is not reachable. So I wanted to know that how they tried to reach me. Because I haven’t received any calls during delivery. So the agent said they don’t know about that.
I asked the possibility of changing the delivery address and for that they said i need to talk to the vendor and i will charged extra for that and will take time.
Finally i asked that is that possible to pick that up by my self from purolator and for that i need to wait for 24-48 business hours. Which means 3-6 days.
So i got no any solution at all and all i have to do was paying for the delivery and need to wait for a week.
