QOO10 misleading

Order online from singdollar on the xiaomi battery, ended it's turn to be a scam.
His advertising misleading customers on buying xiaomi battery ended only received a stupid silicone cover at a price of xiaomi battery.
Hope qoo10 can looks into it,
A lot of customers has feel been cheated.
This is the 1st time I encountered this kinda of cheating issues.
Really loose faith on buying online from Qoo10 again.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had spent $33+ SGD on this product including postage, but the seller delivered another product which was not what I had ordered. I requested for an exchange, they replied sorry but only willing to refund $5 SGD while I keep the product. This is not acceptable since I don't need the wrong product which had been delivered to me.

I would like to launch a complaint on this seller, and request for a refund please. Thank you.

Attached email reply from Singapore Customer Service Representative, it clearly demonstrate absolutely ZERO customer Service at qoo10.sg.
The Customer Service staff are mostly unprofessional in handling complaints.

It certainly help to push me to other online purchasing site (ezbuy, aliexpress...).

Reference to my order above, I have a question " 12 month Warranty claim by Samsung " by seller. I have wrote to seller and are not getting a reply from them.
Thus I am seeking help from qoo10.

What I get is a reply that is completely irrelevant to my question.
When I called qoo10 up, the customer service staff push all responsibility out !
Customer service at qoo10 is Zero !

I am still pending to receive one of the order. Upon which I would make a decision on qoo10.

QOO10 seller "komo"

Hi,

I purchased 5 items from this seller "KOMO" but only received 4 items. I enquired about it and waited for 5 days before the seller replied with a ".". What's that reply supposed to mean? A responsible seller should at least let me know the status of my missing item. And if the item is out of stock, let me know if they want to do a refund. This kind of reply is totally not acceptable. Please assist to check and get back to me. I can screenshot my enquiries to the seller for your reference if need be. Thanks!

QOO10 jiji sports

Hi qoo10,

I have always had good experiences purchasing products on qoo10. However, this was not one of them.
I bought a manual treadmill with an adjustable incline from them. The service and product were of poor quality:

- I was unsatisfied with the quality of product and wanted a refund. The Qoo10 side said that refund was possible but [protected]@[protected]@sg (an email of JIJI Sports) said it was not possible. I called the company up and they admitted that the qoo10 website was NOT run by them? How could this be? How can a company not be in charge of their own website? (See picture)

- Extremely slow replies and rude temper. On email, [protected]@[protected]@sg took a week to reply me about the exchange and even then, they replied me one-liners, not explaining at all about the exchange process. When I called the company up, the staff sounded grumpy and displeased and even asked me to email them instead of solving the problem in person (See picture). Delivery company only contacts customers 2 days prior to delivery date, leaving us in the dark about when the delivery would take place. MY FAMILY'S VACATION WAS DISRUPTED BECAUSE OF THIS EVENT. WE WERE GOING TO GO OVERSEAS THIS WEEK BUT COULD NOT DO SO BECAUSE THEY DID NOT CONFIRM WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO DELIVER THE ITEM FOR EXCHANGE.

- No clear instruction on how to operate. The delivery man did not explain how to use the machine and just ran off. Furthermore, the manual provided was very unclear in explaining how to use the machine, for instance how to adjust the incline. I asked the seller about how to do the incline adjustment, and was not met with an answer.

- Product had a very bad design. The incline was so steep that when I stepped on it, I fell backward. It is dangerous and nobody should buy this or they will get hurt. The seller even had the audacity to claim that a steep incline on a manual treadmill was a good design!

QOO10 inconsiderate and dangerous qoo10 van driver. pending reporting to traffic police.

I want to feedback of the inconsiderate & dangerous driving behavior of Qoo10 van license plate GBE3160B on the extreme right lane by the van driver on 11 Aug 2017 at 8.20am along Yio Chu Kang road in Singapore. Offence that the Malay van driver committed included:

1) Road hogging (driving slowly in the extreme right lane ~30kmh along 60kmh road) although there is no vehicles in front and on left and middle lanes.

2) Sudden change of lane without signalling or warning that almost caused an accident during turning along Yio Chu Kang road before Serangoon Garden Way heading in direction of Serangoon North Ave 5.

See attach photo of van. Please let me know what actions you intend to take before I decide if this matter should be reported to the Singapore Traffic Police. The Qoo10 delivery van has "S&R service" printed in small letters at the side of the van. My email is [protected]@gmail.com

QOO10 promised refund is not yet credited to my bank account (after 2,5 months of promises)

15g.Fucicort Cream Anti-Inflammatory - Anti bacterial skin infection
I have requested a refund many times now as the product was never received. The only reply I get is that 'it will be refunded'. When? I hear this now since mid-May, it is August 6, and nothing has been paid back to me.

QOO10 health pot full automatic multifunctional thick glass split electric kettle pot boiling pot

The heating panel of the product was not sent to me by the seller. We only received the kettle. Please help me look into it. Based on my knowledge and the reviews of the product, the mercahndise incudes the heating panel. I am truly disappointed that the shippment is incomplete. I would like to request for the other half of the mercahndise (a.k.a tge heating panel) and if unable to ship me the rest of it, please let me have a refund. Thank you very much.

QOO10 [protected]

I ordered diaper at the diaper on 11 July 2017, after 10-30 min I realised that I ordered the wrong size. Immediately I went to the Q box to send a message to the seller and wanted to asked for a change of size, from XL to XXL during item is requesting.

They replied: they can't change at their end and we're told to re-order. I asked how can I re-order while they haven't refund me. There's no reply after that, even I kept messaging them. Received a notification from Qoo that items been shipped! How can they ship the items without resolving my problem?

Called the customer service of Qoo Singapore! OMG that's the worst customer service officer I ever spoken to. Never even listen to your customer and never even try to help your customer by solving their problem! MAYBE HE RUSHING HOME and that's why!

I'm terribly disappointed and so angry by the services that provided.

I feel that this item is misleading and the supplier is intentionally taking advantage of this to "scam" buyers. I do understand that they have certain clauses and measures to protect themselves ( "** Please read details before buying, we will NOT refund if buyers mistaken it as powerbank as stated above." etc), so i am not requesting for a refund.

However, i wish to note that i sincerely believe this seller is intentionally trying to mislead buyers. I mean, who pays $28 for a silicon case? Only those that mistook them to be selling the power bank. Also, do take a close look at their item page. The images and descriptions are actually very misleading and can easily make readers beleive they are selling powerbanks (even more so as the price is $28 which is the price of a powerbank, not that of a SILICON CASE).
For example, i was supposed to have purchased a :
1. Powerbank type:3)Xiaomi 20000mah Gen2 QC3.0(+S$17.88)
2. Silicone Colour:Black(+S$0.20) / 3. notice:auto replace if you choose the above

Arent the above misleading? To make matters worse, a search on the customer review shows that im not the only buyer that has been misled by this deceiving seller. This has happened so frequently and i plead that qoo10 investigate this issue.

Desireable resolution: I do not request for a refund or a return (as i do admit its my own negligence). But however, i just wanted to bring to attention that the seller definitely has intentions of misleading buyers (Really, who sells silicon case for $28 and display power banks so many times for their products and even do this:

QOO10 kid bicycle

They seller is horrible. I placed my order on 16 Jun, my 1st assigned delivery date was 26 Jun. But my item never arrives, and I write in to the seller and they assigned 2nd delivery date which was on 3 Jul. Waited from 7pm-10pm but still no one come nor contact me. Next day, i called in and the staff told me the item will only be send by 4 Jul 7pm-10pm. I trying to get their warehouse address so I could drop by the collect the item by myself, but the staff told me the item was collected by the driver, so i only can wait for it to deliver to my house. But on 4 Jul item was not deliver and i called the driver but he was not happy and blamed is my own fault because he never promised the item will deliver within the week. Before end of call, then he told me my item was not with him, means i get scolded by him for nothing. I called the staff again on 5 Jul but no one answer until I used my house phone to call and she finally answered. Then she started to play fool with me said her whole office only left her alone, her boss was in NS or so. No one can contact to, she has no idea where my item at. Really terrible, inefficient and lousy services provided by them.

QOO10 feel being cheated

I have placed an order to buy a Micro SD Card, Order number [protected], and it suppose from a South Korea (stated in their advertisement). However, when I checked on the shipping information and I found out it Actually from China. I did questioned the vendor but they just said if I am not happy then can refund. After I received the item and found out the Micro SD card is not functioning, and it just like those Fake product from China and totally not working. I feel being cheated and some need to send it back to the vendor and I borne all the courier cost to Singapore and Back to China but got nothing and just waste Money and time.
May I know How to react on this as I thought QOO10 should be a safe platform and us to buy things but End up still being cheated and feel not safe.
Can I take any action or i have to borne all the cost while i being cheated?

I have never recieved my item and it says recieved on the website . I was out of town so I tought it was strange I didn't recieve my pore cleaner the one that is in my account the rose botton one . QOO10 connect (seller)

On the 8th of June, I received a parcel from seller (CONNECT). I've ordered a total of 2 items from: http://list.qoo10.sg/item/CPF-UNISEX-HOODIE-ROUND-NECK-TEES-UNIQUE-DESIGN-HOOD-BASIC-COUPLE/520127511?selectedOptions=
Yet, what I've received was 2 other pullover that is not in any of their design range and also a beanie and a underwear.
I've attached photos of what I've ordered from the website and what I've received.
I've contacted the seller the next day and yet they have not gotten back to me.
Requesting for a refund, this is ridiculous.

QOO10 expired vitamin c face serum all the way from the u. s.

In Qoo10 malaysia registered as USA seller .

Placed my order 1 st may . Processed very fast and got a notice the item I ordered was sent out on the 5th may . Very responsive in inquiry but always tell buyers they don't know about the expired date of the products .

Then finally the vitamic face serum pura Dor finally arrived and I almost wanted to give a good review then turned around the face serum expired on the March 2017 and now it's already MAY 2017 !

And I ve issued few refund mails to the seller and the seller no longer respond back till now !

I wonder qoo10 malaysia allowed this type of unethical seller registered and selling their products online ?

After I read thru the seller s Q&A column in qoo10 all about the inquiries about the expiry date of the products and they always say dont know ! ( perhaps they are really taking all the already expired products to sell !)

So be careful about this seller !

QOO10 refund not processed in full

I requested to cancel and exchange one of my orders from 13Mobile.sg when I received a defective product. Somehow, the seller decided to treat it as a simple refund case and did not send me a new product. No matter. But now, they are refusing to refund my postage as they clearly stated they would do. It has been 2 weeks since I returned the parcel and I have still yet to receive any meaningful response from the seller that indicates I will get my refund as promised. I would like my return postage to be refunded.

You'll see. They will send wrong item of your choice and then expect you to make extra effort to go down to exchange. Even when they sent spoiled items, the poor buyer have to be the one doing all the work. If you go down to the shop and see, some of the part timers are courteous. But if you kena the lao jiaos or the shop owner, ha! Bunch of Ah Bengs running hit-and0run business... They changed the shop name a few times because of their notorious reputation. And Qoo10 portal refuse to do anything about them! Because they bring in sales in volume, regardless how bad the customers suffers...

QOO10 defective xiao redmi note 4

Hello,

I've bought the Redmi Note 4 recently from the following seller through Qoo10 . After received the phone, realized that the battery indicator shown on the screen still low despite charging for many hours.

Within 7 days, I've launch a complained for refund with Qoo10.
Even went down to the shop for exchange or refund but was invalid.
The seller insisted that is the charging cable problem.
Have pleaded to the seller to let me puchase this phone warranty for a year but seller also turn down.

Now the phone was not working at all and cannot be use.
With no choice I've to send it to repair shop to check and found that the mother board in the phone is spoilt.

QOO10 seller is just wasting my time & not honouring the warranty

Hi, i bought a miband2 from 1stshop & collected it on 11mar. this seller has given a 3month warranty on this product but after using few days it hanged & can't be sync to my iphone. I do not wanna bother seller so i tried to sync for few days & without anything done it can be sync again, since its working so i continue to use. On the 3rd week, the same problem happen again. This time its worse, there is nothing on the screen after pressing the button & the power indicated 96% few hours before the hang happened. As per last experience, i tried to charged it & waited few days but things didn't get better so i decided to contact seller on 11apr. He requested me to bring the miband2 to his office on 15apr to troubleshoot. Once he plug it into his PC USB, the band miraculously was back to normal. When i went back home the battery drop from 89% to 0% in 1hour's time. I had it full charged & on 18apr it hanged again & the power indicator show 93%. Contacted seller again on 20apr but was given ridiculous answer like "his pc is brand new so his power is higher". I was like "hey, USB gave same output la, wat makes u thing my pc is old?" Anyway from my experience, it seems that seller is just wasting my time & not honouring the warranty. As such i demand a full refund or a new miband2 be send to my home to close this case.

this is definitely a frustrating experience but i’m sure Q10 is always on the customers side to help resolve matters. thank you for your time & patience.

QOO10 crystal beauty - goldwell kerasilk ultra rich shampoo and intense mask

I am a fan of Goldwell Kerasilk Ultra Rich Shampoo and Intense Mask and have been purchasing through salons for years until they stopped producing it. I was excited to find out that seller have it on sale thinking it might be leftover stocks. Delivery was prompt. However i was very disappointed when i received the goods. Firstly, the color and the fonts of the wordings are totally different from the original one. When i tried both the shampoo and intense mask, they both have different texture and smell compared to the original one. The intense mask even left a sticky residue on my hair. What makes it more suspicious is the sticker on the back of the bottles with Chinese wordings on it.

Authenticity of product is questionable.
