QOO10 unprofessional selling ethics

I have bought a Speedway Mini 3 escooter on 6 April 2017 from Passion Living during the sale at $329. I have msg the seller that I will be coming down on the following day for self collection and have agreed on the timing and place of collection. However, on the day itself, Passion Living drop me a msg saying that stock is not enough as there is some problem in qoo10 system. I was given an option to top up another $100 to upgrade to another scooter or being refunded. This is unprofessional of them as there was already an agreement being done on Qoo10 on the scooter with the agreed amount.

Upon reaching the shop, I have decided to to give way and top up the extra $100 for the new Speedway Mini 4 recommended. However, when receiving the item, there was no logo of the specific brand and the seller has no way to prove the authenticity of the scooter. They have unprofessionally wasted my time and it is not ethical of them to sell of their items using this kind of selling tactics and the seller also has a attitude problem when dealing the situation. I hope Qoo10 can provide me with some reasonable solution on solving the issue and I believe there are other people who suffers the same situation.

In addition this is my cart number [protected] but however there are other ppl who are able to receive the item even though they had a cart number which is later then mine

QOO10 qoo10 prime

I recently purchased Qoo10 prime and did a mistake to download all the coupons, I realized the downloaded coupon validity is only 15 days . I have admitted my mistake and didn't use any coupons and same of purchase i request to cancel my prime account.

The answer from Qoo10 was simply on liner saying they will not help to revert my status almost 4 days they just keep saying same thing even though i was gold member. I realized this service sucks and gave that purchase as donation and closed full account with Qoo10.

QOO10 moto x force 3gb/64gb *1 year sg warranty

Hi Qoo10,

This is official complaint against u. If u are not able to help me than i will have to approach police and Ministry of Singapore that is MCI and MTI for doing a fraud with me.

My name is Pratik Damani and my email address is pratik.[protected]@gmail.com. I have won the auction bid for ` Moto X Force 3GB/64GB *1 Year SG Warranty * ` Item Code [protected] and seller name is Infinity-Mall. I have already made the payment as well of $303.30.

Now my complaint is, who gave u the right to cancel my order. I dont want the money back, i want the phone. Qoo10 cancelled it and put seller memo that the phone is out of stock. I contacted the seller and she said that she has the stock, it is Qoo10 fault. I also contacted Sales Manager of Motorola. It means Qoo10 is lying and so it is a fraud with me. Dont play a fool with me and just give me the winning bid auction phone.

I will wait 24 hrs for your response after that i will take legal action.

QOO10 no response! refund of product and payment

I've bought a bag from MISSHERS (via Qoo10) and item was delivered to me on 7 Dec16. On 8 Dec17 as there are alot scratches on the metal clip, I immediately requested for a refund. MISSHERS took donkey days (each time) to reply me. But the time she asked me to submit the request, its past 7days grace period. I kept bomba-ing her and she requested that I sent email ([protected]@hotmail.com) to her for the refund request. Fine, I sent and decided to cc: qoo10 customer service and info in my emails.

ONLY till 6 Mar 17 FINALY, she requested Qoo10 to process the refund. 3MONTHS ok! And I paid for all the registered mail fees. AND NOT FORGETTING IN BETWEEN THERE ARE ALOT OF EMAILS SHE CHOSE NOT TO REPLY ME.

I've sent emails to Qoo10 on 28 Feb17, 5 Mar17, 16 Mar17 and 20 Mar17. To date there is NO REPLY. I really wonder if their emails are dead OR they choose not to reply to my emails.

I wonder if someone will reply to me via this platform. But this is truly disappointing and angry.

Sorry to say, no point sending complaints to Qoo10, 0% [censor] will be given. My experience with them was horrible! A seller refused to cancel and make refund to me, Qoo10 didn't do anything to help but asked me to deal with it myself. Even though I've told them many times that I couldn't contact the seller at all because they have been ignoring my messages! They simply acted like it's none of their business, be prepared to receive that "Got prob? Don't make your problem my problem" kind of attitude.

QOO10 case number [protected]

i have been waiting for my watch for almost 3 months now. the seller said that it was delivered to the wrong location about 1 month ago, so i asked when can i receive it, until now the reply is slow and not productive.

its not a small amount item that i would simply just forget about it. The service is beyond acceptable by a mile away. no promptness to reply to ask or update by the company.

Please help me settle this issue

QOO10 I didn't receive email that prove to me that I had paid

I'm Tan Chau Hui from Malaysia.I order the order no 9834172 and 9834173 on 20 Jan 2017 and I paid my payment RM97.90 on 22 Jan 2017 but I didn't receive any e-mail prove that I had pay the payment through CIMB Bank Transfer but sent me another email remind me haven't pay the payment yet otherwise will automatically cancel the order. I do pay the payment but I'm not sure my order is sending to me or company didn't receive my payment.

QOO10 13 mobile. sg

I have placed an order for a Premium Magnetic USB Charge Sun Cables via 13Mobile.sg on the 09/01/2017 under cart no.[protected].

Till today, I have not receive the item at all? I have checked the shipping info for the delivery status and it reflected that the item will take around 5-7 days to deliver to me but till today the item still have not deliver to me. It has already been 2weeks and I have not see the item yet.

This is the 1st time I encounter such a long time for my item to be deliver to me? Moreover the item is from a local shop and not from overseas. I do not know why it take such a long time?

I ordered 4 items. They delivered only 2.

I made a Qoo claim. I sent pictures etc etc. "Please upload the pictures of the items missing. Sorry for the inconvenience". 2 weeks later... they are still asking the same question. They want to wear you down. A bunch of crooks.

I am also making a PalPay claim. Now, it isn't about the money! I am just du-lun about eh whole situation !

Same here! I ordered a Xiaomi 20000mah powerbank with silicone case and a USB wall plug charger. They sent me a blue colour case when I already indicated black and they missed my usb wall plug charger. Initially they said they will post the next working day and I waited until a week but still no signs of my items. I asked again and they give stupid excuses as unpredictable delays and peak periods. They post it on the 25 Nov. What peak periods they're talking about?!? They told me to wait for another 14 days and still no delivery my items! When asked they said they will instead refund me for the wall charger provided only I posted to them back the wrong colour silicone case back to them and no self returns at service counter! 2 weeks just to deliver one missing item seriously?

13 Mobile.sg is confirmed a scammer shop located in Singapore. I ordered a pair of wireless earbuds from them and one side of the earbud was faulty without power from day 1 after receiving the item. I called them and they said i need to send in for repair. I went to their shop and ask again for 1 to 1 exchange but they said they have no stock even for such new item. So I have no choice but to send in for repair for over 3 months until now I still have no news from them. I called them again and they said repair have to send back to china and still not ready for collection and ask me to continue to wait for their call. Please DO NOT buy anything from this SCAMMER shop!

If the item description on Qoo10 is scam attempt, you can lodge a police report. Please do it. For the sake of many customers who had to suffer in silent because of 13Mobile.sg chao ah beng attitude.

Bought the Armor-2 cable and found the charging speed ridiculous slow as compare to my original cable. The charging reading on my software application shows that this cable doesn’t charge beyond 1A.

Seller mentioned that such application is not accurate and advised to drop by to their service centre as they have external USB meter for more accurate measurement. Fine, I went down to the service centre and the staff also yield the same result using this cable on her white Samsung phone (see pic). In fact the lady took another Armor-2 cable to try but also yield the same result. The lady actually mentioned that the charging rate is perfectly normal until I passed her my power-bank cable to test on her phone. The charging rate on the multi-meter show that the phone charging peak at 1700+ mA.

Request to swap to another similar cable model or refund this cable but the staff said that I have to write my request to the seller on Qoo10 QPost platform. Isn’t this crazy!, I am already at the service centre but the staff cannot do anything to it. The staff mentioned that this is a redemption centre and they can’t do anything without seller instruction.

After the service centre visit, I sent the photo that I took at service centre to seller . The immediate response from the seller is that staff’s Samsung phone is an old model which is capable of taking max of 1 A current so the reading 0.9-1A on the multi-meter is correct. Isn’t it crazy again!, if a customer is complaining slow charging and the staff actually use a non-quick-charge phone to test.

Seller eventually keep mentioned that this is a 88c cable and if i am not happy i can return back the cable . Do you expect me to return to service centre 2nd time to refund the cable . They are basically playing out on the customers who want to refund or exchange.

Avoid this seller at all cost

You'll see. They will send wrong item of your choice and then expect you to make extra effort to go down to exchange. Even when they sent spoiled items, the poor buyer have to be the one doing all the work. If you go down to the shop and see, some of the part timers are courteous. But if you kena the lao jiaos or the shop owner, ha! Bunch of Ah Bengs running hit-and0run business... They changed the shop name a few times because of their notorious reputation. And Qoo10 portal refuse to do anything about them! Because they bring in sales in volume, regardless how bad the customers suffers...

QOO10 bad ordering experience with dishonest seller emperor brand

I ordered Pannax Ginseng form Emperor Brandon Dec 27, 2016. I went to the Chinatown outlet for self collection, but was told it's out of stock and I should come again on Dec 31. the I called again, I was rejected but to contact their HQ office number, which I tried a few times but nobody was there answering call. On q10, I raised question online, there is no any response neither. my Q10 order number is [protected], I can not even cancel the order for some unknown reason.

hence I am making this official compliant to the shop Emperor Brand, which does not care their customer at all. In addition, I request for a full re-fund plus the $16 coupon I used in this order. I'm completely unhappy with this experience for their attitude and general ignorance, they even have outdated collection branches on Q10.

Looking forward to your earliest feedback and full refund of my order.

QOO10 scammed

I have purchased something from Qoo10 website and did not receive my order. I gave them two weeks but after two weeks my order wasn't even shipped. When I contacted the seller he said that my item was no longer in stock so I asked for a refund, but he ignored me. Then I contacted Qoo10 customer care service and asked for help. They said that they were able to cancel my order and refund me but I needed the sellers permission! So I emailed the seller and he refused to give me the permission. When I came back to customer service they said that in that case there was nothing they could do! Such a scam!

QOO10 bad seller from qoo10. sg

Bought a SMS-S20B Samsung Sound Bar Speaker at Qoo10.sg from seller [Happy Mall], upon receive i was happily open it and used the speaker but after few hour later, the speaker sound suddenly turn mute by itself whereby power is still on.

The speaking come with 3 wire (USB - power up, mic cable, 3.5mm jack)
I happen the same even when u it on TV.

File a refund via qoo10 cso and qoo10 cso ask me to return it to seller. When seller receive it, seller claim is working.

I am not very happy is seller only want to refund not even half of the item price which i had purchase. This korea seller still want to claim a ROUND shipping whereby he dont even pay for return charge.

imaging i as a seller, i had to pay for 4 times of shipping charge? KR->SG (on purchase), SG->KR (return), SG->KR + KR->SG (Round)
I want wonder how many buyer he had scam. This is a very unfair to buyer.

I am still waiting for qoo10 to help me settle as i don't agree with seller refund. But Qoo10.sg like take own sweet time. If possible, suggest ppl to use paypal gateway as you had one more additional protection to deal with this kindly of seller & site.
I don't expect Qoo10 Singapore to be so horrible.

QOO10 beware!

I have ordered some beauty products from www.qoo10.com weeks ago and did not received anything yet! And these people refuse to take any responsibility. All they said was that they can't give me a refund because their policy does not allow them to do so! Then they started blaming the shipping company and told me nothing useful about my order!
People, stay far away from this scam! This is a very dishonesty and highly unprofessional company to deal with!

QOO10 very bad experience.

I have ordered a mobile phone from Qoo10 because of the great price. Received it and it actually looked nice. There were no damages and it worked quite good, but only for about a week. One weeks passed and it stopped working. I thought that the battery was dead so I tried to charge it and nothing happened. Contacted customer service and they refused to refund me because I already used the phone! Well I said that it was not my fault and I still had time to return, but they refused and that was the end of our conversation. Called them again and as soon as they heard my name they started talking in Chinese so I did not understand a thing they said. Awful!

I ordered but after 1 month the status still show "shipping requested", told Q0010 customer service and Seller no response from them. Ask for refund also no response. Now this scam Seller still doing a lot of Auction and advertisement in Q0010 and Q0010 still allow him to do so. Take our hard-earn money so easily. I think i can also set up a fake company selling empty stuffs in Q0010 and earn money!

QOO10 dishonest seller

Ordered 3 camera on dec23 2015, no items were delivered so went online q100 to check and customer service replied it's a in store pickup and I requested for cancellation since it's a hassle to collect .
Was told orders no cancellation and was asked to request for delivery. Told them to go ahead with the charges for delivery, they replied saying the e ticket has expired and they can't extend it. Which means no item and I paid for NOthing!
Seller not willingly to extend nor refund and keep saying it's their terms and condition which customer like me don't even have a clue what is it about.
This is not the right way to earn customer's money. Dishonest seller antics!

QOO10 customer & delivery service.

Poor customer & delivery service. It is embarrassing to write the review of their quality of service. They did not help to solve problem with seller as well as with the slow delivery service with qxpress. They talk impatiently in the way to offend customer! No prompt delivery service with qxpress. It is the worst nightmare for every customer!

QOO10 bad customer service

I had an issue with a qoo10 seller which I'd placed an order 4 days ago. Despite sending e-mails followed up by repeated calls over 3 days with qoo10 to address my issue, the customer service team never fail to make me sound like an unreasonable customer. I'd tried to explain how the seller being dishonest with it's sales practices, all I was told they were not able to step in and later promised to get back to me after my last call (all these times nobody bothered to return my calls spanning a period of 3 days). My encounters these days from customer service teams (including ANZ Bank and Shilla group) were always interrupted abruptly when I was still talking. At all times, they sounded impatient and unhelpful. It felt like they were out to drain your patience in order to shut you up and close the issue without a solution. How do companies train the customer service team?

QOO10 u8 watch

Sir,

Very Good Morning.

This S.Padmanabhan from India.I purchased a U 8 watch from this www.qoo10.com web site and the payment was made by Brother in law who settled in Singapore and he brought it here on his vacation.I myself only opened the box and connected for charging.The watch was not working and subsequently the matter was refered to the customer service department.As per their advice, scrutiny, I send a Video to them.The they asked me to send the same to the supplier at my cost to the original supplier.The problem is still not solved.Kindly guide me how to proceed further.

Aswin :- is a sindhi guy and he is a operation manager working for Daiso store running by Lals group. This man is sexually abusing the innoscent staff as the staff are poor and illiterate that they are scared thaat they may loose the job so they are scared to do so...I dont know what should we do..

Terrible customer service at qoo10 when i asked about why my delivery is taking so long when they represented that delivery will take only 1 to 2 working days.

The customer service even nonchalantly said oh noted when i asked i want to make a complaint.

Buy at this platform at your own risk.

super nonsense ! I waited for nearly almost 1-2 hours for live agent to come and help me but there was literally no help at all and i just wasted my time for this ! Super inefficient and the best part was that it was not even a weekend or a public holiday! This is very unacceptable QOO10 WHERE IS ALL YOUR STAFF ?

Price stated on Q-price shows as $25 but once you select item, it will add additional $25 and thus becomes $50 for a box. This is misleading. Please do something about it before I complaint to CASE!
