QOO10 review: Customer service

I have ordered a mic from newgotop (oversea seller). The seller was not so active on replying message. So looking at the picture, the mic come with the stand and this is what I am looking for so I ordered it. When the item arrived, it didnt come with the stand so I intend to cancel and refund. reason is the item is not true to picture. As they post this picture with the mic stand is very misleading to consumer. After that when I check the seller page, this picturre with the stand have taken down. What a 'HONEST' seller. Although Seller have approved my request and gave me all the information to return, but they didnt help me further and ask mi to check with Qoo10 to assist to ship the item back to mi.

So today 16/10/2023, I ask Qoo10's customer service for help. After checking the CS name Mariah's keep saying Seller have sent the correct item to me so Qoo10 will not help to bear the shipping cost and ask mi to check with the seller again. She didn't do more to help me to resolve the issue. and have disconnected the line. After that I cant connect back due to is their lunch time. Are they rushing out for lunch.

I even give a benefit of doubt and check with seller if they have sell the mic stand alone as without the stand I cant use the mic but no response.

So disappointed as the lack of response and support from both the seller and Qoo10 is unacceptable. I am wondering are they trying to make it so difficult to consumer and make them to give up the refund request.

I never encounter such a troublesome refund process. I would recommend shopping on Shopee or Lazada. They have much better refund policies and are more trustworthy overall. Their refund is clear and fast.

I suggest not to order from Qoo10 if it is an oversea item otherwise Local still acceptable.
