counterfeit version of himalaya salt candy
Hi, I would like to draw your attention that your merchant has been selling a counterfeit version of the Himalaya Salt Candy which my husband has purchased in from your portal recently. We ordered 2 cartons ie.24 packs of 12 x 24 and to realize that these are counterfeit products.
I have attached here with the merchant's ad and the picture indicating the difference between an original and a counterfeit product. Let me know how can we get can resolve this case?

I doubt it is fake. Based on the seller is from Korea thus the language on the packaging is in Korean. They might have bought it from Korean distributor thus the korean wordings.
company refuses to be an ethical seller
Given wrong powerbank colour, told to come down to exchange, after coming down to exchange tells me no such stock.
It was a take it or leave it situation, I think they would rather I throw the powerbank into the bin than go to the backroom and exchange.
Would like to request for a refund as the item received is not as per describe. They ask me to show proof, and yet they dont want to change.

I ordered a hello kitty pink mahjong table mat that cost SGD 42.90 from Piao Piao Mei on the 25 Jan 2019. I have taken photo of the product I wanted and showed Piao Piao Mei before I ordered it.
When product arrived, it was a wrong one. I asked for full refund but they only want to give me SGD $20 refund (50%) then $30. They are haggling over cash refund!
I refused as it was not the product I ordered and threaten to report them to you in late Feb. Then they agreed to full refund but in Qmoney. I waited for 2-3 weeks, no Qmoney. I asked for credit card refund. They replied on 9 Mar to check my credit card bill 2 weeks later.
Till now 12 April, I received neither Qmoney or credit card refund and I have chased them multiple times from early Feb till now.
I have ordered many things from Qoo for many years and have no issues with other vendors or sellers to date.
Please return me cash SGD 42.90 as I am totally done with Piao Piao Mei.
And please strike them off as your vendor or seller. Terrible customer service from them.

iring - mobile phone ring/holder
I made a purchase online, for 2 of their iring phone ring/holder, repeated purchase(to be fair, it's really sleek), and I ordered BLACK. Delivery by default is $1.50, singpost normal mail (non-tracking), I chose to pay extra for qexpress delivery, which is trackable and also faster and delivered to doorstep. Item was received 2 days after payment, packaging was delicate, but item came in rose gold colour. I'm not a fussy person, but how does rose-gold coloured phone holder looks like on a phone with black casing? I sent them a PM for exchange, and they relied with a cold automated message, a long list of instructions to mail the item back, and upon their receiving with satisfaction, will refund me via Q-money/account. I think the seller have no idea why ppl buy online, for me, it was to save some time and likely items are cheaper than retailers outside. The last time, I had to make my way to their outlet, to and fro, to make the exchange - a LAZY CLIP, wrong coloured(again)+defective, it broke before I use it, a defective cable(USB type c to type c), a Baseus FUNZI wallcharger PD 2.0 supported and a BASEUS 10000mAh Mini S powerbank. I read on their post, and I bought the last 3 item, a complete setup to achieve the high speed charging PD2.0,
it doesn't work, only the conventional USB does, why do I buy it? So I received some sarcastic remarks that it may be the cable, asked if I was using some cheap *FEW DOLLARS CABLE*, they suggest I try with another cable, and ... it's long story, but in the end, I had to go their outlet, the defective LAZY CLIP, cannot replace, it already broken, and I don't want to argue on that, I got my exchange, with top up, and left, can't say im satisfied, so this is actually the 5th item being erratic. I paid for my order, they delivered it wrongly, and they want me to send it back to them, and I had to follow their instruction o how to do that, and I have to do that within 7 days? I became their errand boy? The root of the problem is their staff not reading the orders before processing, and when I promot them for exchange, I clearly stated I wont mail it back, it's too troublesome, they have to send their courier or think of something, its their mistake, not mine, why am I to do their job for them? It's actually very little money there, but the way they react, they're trying to bulldoze their way and bully online customers, it is too troublesome to make the trips to make these exchange happen, what did I pay for? The service standard of this shop is BS, I hope ppl who reads this think twice before buying anything online from them

They sent a damaged piece. I sent it to the service center and went back 2 weeks after. Item was not fixed and it has been 2 months since then. Seller was irresponsible and kept asking me to contact service center but the service center nobody picks up and they just kept pushing the blame around.

I am frustrated with Qoo Delivery. Will never recommend using Qoo Delivery services. I paid additional price for private courier and this is what happened.
No calls from the delivery guys and never deliver parcel yet put up status delivery failed.
Worst ever delivery services. Called Qoo 28Jan but asked to check with Qexpress. I am using your portal and your guys asked buyers and sellers to do the tasks? Promised to revert back 29 Jan but in vain. Never received any calls from your customer service.
I always buy things from Qoo and have to always keep in mind about the parcel tracking ? Took off so much time and unpleasantness. I have to keep tracking and call Qoo customer service line. Spoke to another lady and promised to relate the issue to Manager and took my phone number and will revert back. But it's already sunset and yet received any from your "reliable" management.
Status reflected sending back to shipper. This is without any authorization from buyer. It's the flaws of the delivery operation. The parcel is delayed so long.
Causing a lot of hassles and unhappiness. Will divert my purchases with other portals. I have been using Qoo 4 yrs and getting these supports from your management? If there isn't any responses from you on this issue, I think this will be your company downfall. Your services is rated lowest.

How do you monitor and what about my $? Did qoo10 check and feedback? To log in a complaint in qoo10'getting customer to fill up all the wording which is actually repeated and can be find in the inquiry to the seller.

I am lodging a complaint about this merchant 13mobile. Sg.
- I purchased 2 units of car accessories from them on 13 november 2018.
- the delivery was made on 15 november 2018 and one unit was faulty.
- on 15 november, I submitted an online refund and subsequently after several emails later...
- 3 dec I sent the faulty item back to them via singpost registered post.
- hearing nothing from them, I have been emailing them via qoo10 site since 3 dec till today for an update.
But its seems impossible to get them to refund this. The standard replies and now even after many many clarification that only one piece is faulty, I sill get the response as below...
'there are 2 qty for the order. You only returned 1 qty.
So we will process 50% refund for the order. Please reconfirm. Thanks.'
I have just responded to them again. But this is ridiculous.

I am writing with great disappointment that from my recent purchase via Qo10 has been a sham. Despite informing via Qo10 mobile app CS that this supplier continues to sell products that do not work and is not compatible to work in Singapore, you continue to allow him to list his products to cheat other online buyers.
I understand you do not bother to do anything over your end and this is my last attempt to reach out to someone with conscience and is willing to look into this matter. Failing which i will delete and never buy from Qo10 in my lifetime again and will also share my unfortunate experience to as many of my friends and relatives as possible so that all of us will boycott Qo1o

Qoo10 is a platform for low quality products. You may meet a lot scammers as well.
As to my experience, 3 out of 4 purchase were bad experience. You got pieces of garbage and the seller won't return the money you paid even you returned them. The pictures and the description were fake. But the Qoo10 staff won't have any way to protect customers. They just want to have more sellers no matter if they are scammers. Because this makes the platform looks like growing.
My suggestion is do not shop on the platform like Qoo10 that doesn't guarantee quality and protect your money from scammers. Though there are some good sellers, you still need to try your luck to avoid scammers. If you want to use Qoo10, choose local sellers first avoiding Chinese ones (no discrimination but just telling the statistical result). Good luck.

-I wanted to check the specific date so I dont have to wait at home like a fool not being able to head out just because I dont know when is the delivery.

I haven always been purchasing from qoo10 and did not face any issue, most replies were prompt and solve my problems. This is the first time I have to call qxpress and this is the treatment I receive.

Complaint regarding seller "MY Express" waited for my item since November 11. Ordered Creative 3D baby hand footprint kit.
Status still in transit to international dispatch centre. Till today it is the same. I wonder how does qoo10 handle this kind of seller. I've send so many messages still no reply at all. And now few minutes ago, status changed to delivered... WTH...Item is not even in Singapore yet. Is this the way they make money and then just kept silent.? Already inform the customer service ..but what can they do..nothing much...kept asking me to wait...certain things should make it fast. I want a refund. And I don't need the item anymore. I received my parcel on last Friday (16-Nov-18) night. I have ordered tower fans on the 11.11 [Buy 1 get 1 free]. First, when I opened the parcel, the fans delivered were not the model that I ordered, but I'm fine with that. However, when I tried the fans, both fans are not functioning at all.
I wrote to the seller regarding this issue on the same night and until today no response from the seller. I have also requested for exchange yesterday and the same no response from the seller.

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding this seller" Midori bamboo" .I ordered a carton of Milo. Hoping it will b ship out within few days but found out it is gonna ship out only a week later thus I immediately cancelled order and request for refund. I ordered a type-c converter from a seller called Blessedly on 2nd Oct (order No. [protected]), which says the converter is in Singapore and required only local delivery. 3 weeks passed already and I still haven't received it! I strongly doubt it is not in SG at all! I need this converter for my monitor and my new monitor has been idle on the desk for such a long time!
I am very angry now and extremely desperate for Qoo10. This is definitely my worst online shopping experience and I will not buy anything on this platform any more!

I would like to draw you an attention regarding one of the seller in Qoo10 name with "MEXI". I had ordered 2 different color blouse from them, but the actual I received duplicated color. I did ask the seller to send me the correct color, however seller suggest to refund me half of the price and ask me to keep for the blouse which I don't agree as I don't need 2 same design & color blouse...Moreover, they should refund me the full amount instead of half price as this is the mistake from them. I found similar issue for other buyers via the seller comments. So, I believe this seller just want to clear their stock and send duplicated color to consumers! This is really bad and no business ethic. I hope that Qoo10 can look into this and prevent this kind of seller active in Qoo10.
