I visited your location in Georgia off hwy 124 and Ronald Reagan. I parked at the air pump and grabbed the hose and felt a very sharp pain in between my thumb and index finger felt like my my hand was stuck or bit by a huge wasp or big spider ( been stung and bit) but a little more sharp I automatically looked to see if it were a bug but there were small needle-like wires sticking out from the hose where I believe there used to be rubber. My hand started to bleed I know first aid so I controlled the bleeding and went inside to wash my hands and fixed a fountain drink and I let the cashier know about the wires and advised to post something so nobody else would get hurt. I attached pic the day after.

I came to the quick trip on preston road and alpha in dallas. 6055 alpha rd. And tried to buy juul pod refills from the overnight cashier. He refused to accept my us passport as a form of id. I believe that's probably one of the most legal forms of id u can possess correct. My husband then tried to pay for them with his id and they refused to sell it to him because they knew I wanted it. I am a truck driver and rely on Quick trip most days for gas, snacks/lunch and your bathroom facilities. On Hey 50 and H, there are two Quick Trips right across from each other and this morning the Men's room in BOTH of them were filthy and were completely out of toilet paper. This was at around 7am. Very unusual for Quick Trip and very disappointing! I'll think twice before I stop at either one of them again.
That is a shame that as a customer you have to avoid those two stores due to poor customer service and my mother told me not to go to the QuikTrip in Lewisville TX anymore because of the service I received from Jasper The Assistant Store Manager on [protected] at 1:02 pm CST I will not let him run me away but something needs to be done about the QuikTrip employee's customer service. It makes me think that the Corp office is not listening to their customer's complaints without customers there would be no need for QuikTrip Stores.

Around 3pm I place my order for a personal pan pizza, which was quickly acknowledged by the associate working the kitchen. About 15 minutes later, (keep in mind no others orders before/after me) the associate places a pizza in the oven and I ask him, "that's not mine is it" and he replys with a single "yes". Beyond irritated I ask, "why"? He adcises "there was no crust made, they didn't make any and I don't work back here". Well terrific Rafael, thanks for keeping me in the loop. Had I know I was going to wait 20 minutes for a personal pan pizza, I'd have requested to cancel the order vs. receiving an infraction from my employer for exceeding my 30 minutes. Communication and ownership go a long way!

so im pumping gas and you have your employees emptying the window cleaner dirty water by just throwing out all over the pavement? no specific area for this or even drainage area?
problem is that it cost money to clean your vehicle. ( its not free either ) and now you have a dirty mess running all over the place to drive through. plus it just looks so unprofessional as opposed to other great aspects of your establishments. just slinging it out every where like its a back road garage or something. come on QT!

I am completely disgusted to know a QT worker on social media who is contagious with strep right now and is still being made to work in QT kitchens. You allow your contagious employees to work in the kitchens? She has been diagnosed with strep and is in the 2-3 week period of contagiousness. This is absolutely not okay. Not because she is telling and posting on her social media but because you guys force CONTAGIOUS employees to work and handle my food. I don't even want to step foot in a QT again i am disgusted. homeless people taking over outside
I go to this QT at least twice if not more a day. Lately I have had to start going to another local store due to the amount of homeless around the doors. It is now almost impossible to go at any time and not have to wade through them, always asking for smokes, money, etc. The area around the doors is always nasty, with cigarette butts, empty containers and sometimes even partial bottles of booze. I don't have anything against homeless but some are so aggressive that I know longer let my teenage granddaughter go in alone. There must be some way to keep them away from the doors and clean it up a bit. They also go into the restroom and use it as a place to wash their entire body, which can be a bit uncomfortable for others. It doesn't seem to be just this QT I've noticed it at others also.

I went into this quick trip on Thursday, August 1 at approximately 5 PM. I went into the restroom and was in the far stall with my pants down sitting on the toilet. someone else came in the restroom and was in the stall next to mine and I realized that they were standing there like a man would be to use the bathroom. I hurried and pulled my pants up and was running out of the restroom and a guy was walking out in front of me was a younger black boy maybe early 20s. I asked him what are you doing in the ladies restroom and he said that it was an emergency and he had to go and that I couldn't tell him where he could use the bathroom and where he couldn't and did I want him to just use it right there in the floor . So I went to the register and told the guy that was standing there as a cashier his name is flipped and I told him can you please call the police this man just walked in the restroom on me. This guy ignored me he glanced at me one time and turned around and started right back talking to his customer I said excuse me could you please call the police this guy just came in the restroom while I was in there using it. He handed me the phone and said here you can call them. I said so you don't care that this man just walked in on me in the bathroom. He said he was not getting involved and asked me if I had been violated and I told him yes I had and he acted like it was not a big deal. I live within walking distance from this Quiktrip and I have been a customer there since it opened for mini mini years. He had no right treating me like this and I am still very very angry about My privacy being violated! What can you do about this to make me not so angry anymore?

Who work at the belton quiktrip gas station were just standing around and chit chatting while orders were lining up . i was the first order on the screen and it took them 15 minutes to get out a pretzle and Oreo ice cream ? They were also talking loudly about what goes on in the back. First time ive seen them both and i do not believe this is the quality of service quiktrip lives up to . Store located at Avondale Blvd and coldwater in Avondale Arizona. 4:45 today I'm in line waiting for checkout. Male clerk looks up, sees me, calls a female to come ring me up. Whispers in her ear, both look at me and giggle then I'm rung up by her. No big deal other than I'm a trans woman. If he didnt want to wait on me fine, it was still rude and disrespectful and unnecessary. I dont expect people to go out of their way for me..i also dont appreciate blatant discrimination. I am a professional roofer so at times im dirty well I had went in and the usual greeting hi welcome to qt (like a robot) no eye contact like us customers are just their meal ticket so anyhow I had went to the fountain area to grab a drink and of course it was out so I go on to my 2nd choice out too so I let the employee knkw that 2 of their drinks were out and how long will it be before they change it. The employee said ill get to it when I get to it im busy right now (as he was standing there talking to this other female employee about what tgey were going to do tonight so I said to them this is more important than helping a customer the man turned and said what do u think n winked at me. im very displeased with qt I dont knkw if ill be going back
