I usually do not complain about anything and I just let things go but when you continue to have reoccurring incidents than this is becoming a problem. On yesterday 6/5/2019 I visited Quick Trip on my way home from work to get gas and a couple of Toaster Sandwiches, I do not like cheese so I requested in the system no cheese. When I received the bag from the lady making the food it sounded as she stated the sandwiches had cheese at this point I asked her did she state she put cheese on my bacon and egg sandwich and my sausage sandwich and she said no, she did not I said okay because I specifically decline cheese in the system for the sandwiches. I got all the way home open up my sandwiches and they had cheese, I was very angry because the situation could have been resolved. I truly don't understand why she would say that and when you pay for something that is what you want. I am not understanding what is hard about reading the board or is their an issue because this is the second time this has happened to me and I will not be purchasing any more sandwiches from any of your locations. I do not have a receipt and I am not expecting a refund just venting because I hope they pay a little more attention when servicing goods to customer.

To whom this may concern, I am a loyal QT customer coming and going 3 or 4 times a day but theres a manager that some time works the store that I frequent and it seems if he does not like his job I thought this was a public place until last night 05/20/2019 I tried to enter the building and the doors are locked even a Dallas Police officer couldn't get in the manager did let him, I've been to a lot of other QTs and I've yet to see the doors locked and I'm wondering why how can this place QT be so welcoming if the doors are locked. I would like to know why? is it cause of the low income neighbor Hood? there is a armed gaurd there on duty so why lock the doors is what I'm trying to figure are is this QT special in some kind of way cause right now I'm confused! oil spill in parking lot/fall
On Saturday night April 27th, 2019, my husband and I stopped to put gas in our car on our way home to Oklahoma City. As we were walking inside the store, in one of parking slots there was a spot of oil that I did not see because it was night and dark. I slipped and jarred myself and bent my right foot back. It hurt then and still hurts now. When I went to tell the cashier about it, they went and looked at it, said they were sorry and walked off. I did not get an option to file a complaint or incident report. They were nice about it but now I'm in pain all due to carelessness of employees.

First - I bleed QT red. I pay my QT gas card in full and try to do it in a timely manner. However, we all make mistakes and sometimes don't get the mail these days due to mail being delivered to incorrect addresses, etc. I would like for all QT consumers (and the QT employee managing FNBofO) to be aware of the Bank's unwillingness of being flexible when it comes to being late (again, I pay 100% of my monthly payment on-time 99% of the time). They allow one late fee to be waived in a 12 month period. Additionally, they charge a $26 late fee and 27.74% in interest. After more than 5 years of using a QT gas card as my means of paying for gas, I have decided to It's in my best interest to stop using QT's card and use a credit card that does not charge excessive fees and interest. The benefits that QT offer ot use the card just do not out weigh the risk associated with First National Bank of Omaha. Until QT takes a serious look into this matter and makes the nececssary changes for their loyal customers, I suggest that everyone do the same and stop using the QT gas card.

no donuts for sale
Today December 29 2018, , around 8:45pm I went to the quicktrip on kenosha and 193 in B A..and I was wanting to get some donuts for my kids, there was no donuts in the display, but the donuts were on the side, in a box they were ready to be put in the display, , so I asked the person in the counter if I could grab a few donuts from the container since they were about to be put in the display, his answer no !they are not for sale now! and I ask why?he said they had to be in the display..I ask how long I had to wait so I could get them .. his answer was I don't know !i went arroun the store to get something else, and I came back and I ask If I could talk to the manager and he said I'm the manager, and I ask how much time did I had to wait to get the donuts again..he answer i don't know .. so I didn't buy the donuts ..so rude person !

11th and Garnett store has ppl hanging around the door and around the pumps that I don't feel safe going to this store. I was there fore 6 am and there was a man hanging around the pumps so I left and got gas elsewhere. You're gonna lose customers if you don't do something. I won't be going to that location anymore. My name is Steve Bryant and I live in Bethalto Illinois where you have a Quiktrip convenience store, it has been there for several years. I was a convenience store operator for 30 years and was a competitor of QT, The reason why I am writing you is after I retired and sold my stores I began to trade at your location in Bethalto, within the last year or so the decline of that location is unimaginable for a QT. The QT corporation have set the standards at a very high level for many years. The competition shivers for lack of a better word, when you locate near them, but something is going on at the Bethalto location. Over the past several months the ice machine, specially the crushed ice machine, has been down more than it has been working. The parking lot is constantly scattered with trash and the management seems to not care about that. The restrooms are awful, especially compared to those which meet the standards you have set. Also, in most cases when I pull in I rarely get a receipt at the pump and have to go inside to get my receipt which defeats my purpose of paying at the pump, plus multiple times several pumps have not been working at all. For example today I was in and four dispensers had covers over the nozzles I pulled to another to pump my gas, The nozzle leaked all over the parking lot including my foot and on a pair of new shoes, not to mention after finishing the display read "see cashier for receipt". I'm only writing this because I thought you would want to know people are starting to talk, if I was still a convenience store owner I would want someone to tell me. pre-packaged sandwiches
My husband and I purchased 2 pre-packaged sandwiches for our lunch. $5 each but we don't mind paying for convenience. Neither of us could eat the sandwich. It was loaded with soggy onions, soggy tomatoes and soggy lettuce. We tried to take them off but the flavor was embedded in the meat and bread. Very disappointing. For the price we expected more from QT. We stop at QT at least once a week for gas and snacks. The kitchen is great, pretzels are delicious but this visit we were short on time. We go to #861 at 6601 Brentwood Stair Rd. All of the employees are so nice but I did not get a receipt today. It was at 7ish this morning and we spent $30.85. I work across town in Crowley or I would have taken the sandwich back, I tossed it and so did my husband.
I would like a refund for the $10.

I approached the register to purchase pastry and coffee items this morning and was never greeted by your associate. She simultaneously rung up my items along with another customers items and only spoke directly to that customer. She offered the other customer a receipt but not me as I waited after she gave me back my change. I finally just left the store because I did not see any other associates up front nor did I want to have a confrontation with this woman over a receipt. She was a shot middle aged woman's brown ponytail pulled back wrong glasses but I did not catch a name tag.

Today I visited 2 stores in about a 20 minute period no less than 3 times. I was trying to get items from the kitchen that they advertise so much. The first store's machine was down, which I understood because they were refilling the mix and you really can't help when they need refilling and there was another QT less than a mile from my home and I could just stop there. Well the Riverdale store decided that they would close their kitchen down and denied us service. I was confused and asked if they closed at a certain time. Her response was that they were too busy to open the kitchen due to only having 2 people to run the store. I told her what I needed and she told me that it would be a few minutes. I left and came back 10 minutes later. At that time she told me that it would be 45 mins before she would reopen! That's 3 visits to your atore with zero items to show for them except a bad experience. I called customer service and told my story to the person who answered and was promptly hung up on by Jason. All around I think I'll be avoiding you for both gas and food items for a while.

I visited the location on Chapel Hill Road in Douglasville and it was by far the worst quiktrip experience ever! I assume nobody knew how to talk. I only went to get gas a doctor pepper and a chilli cheese dog. There was no chili in the dispenser. So i asked if they were out. The young lady said NOTHING! She went to the chili machine and started to change out the chili as slowly as possible. I proceeded to pay and just go pump my gas come back in and finish preparing my hotdog. However, she was still playing around with the machine. I waited forever before i decided to just get a refund. Where Xavier C. Was just as careless as the female. A simple, I'm sorry would have been ok. Instead nobody said anything or showed any type of concern. Not the service I'm used to at any location. I will not visit again. Nothing QUIK or friendly about the service.

I just left the QT at 41st and Garnett in Tulsa OK. I had went to buy 3 large teas, but ALL tea urns were EMPTY. When I asked if someone if tea could be made, I was informed that ALL urns were being cleaned. It is 5:00PM on Friday evening! The place was packed full of people, many of which were also wanting tea. I understand that the urns need to be cleaned, but why during what I would think would be a busy time of the day? This is not the first time this has happened at this store. I would venture to say we have run into this issue at least 4 times in the past month at various times of the week, but always around 5 to 6pm.

Hello on Tuesday july 24th/2018 around 5pm, I stopped in at the 6705 W buckeye location in Phoenix AZ. I was running late for work and bought a gallon of water and grabbed a slice of pizza. There is a sign mounted on the right of the pizza display stating that after 4pm you get a free "big Q" drink with pizza slice purchase. I was running late and my hands were already full so I left without getting the big Q drink. The next day I was not running late and grabbed my gallon of water and the big Q drink. I explained to the cashier that I did not get the drink the day before and wanted it free today, It appears that I did not get my message across, so she still charged me for the drink. My son and I just went into the QT by my house in Glenpool and I didn't even realize what time it was ( it was 9:58 ) but we wanted to try one of your shakes because we had seen the advertisements. I walk up with my 9!yr old and the lights are on still and everything, I see the soft serve machine still on and the employee say we just closed. It didn't really click what he said at first so I asked for a few small shakes and he said again we just closed. At that time it was 9:59 because I looked at my phone and said you guys close at 9:59? Odd because most places close at the top of hours usually. I guess they had somewhere to go because they immediately turned the lights off and ran out of the store. I've managed restaurants most my life so I feel their pain guest coming in right before close but I'm almost 20 years of it happening I've never turned anyone away and that's restaraunts so they sit, get drinks, maybe an app and could order a well done steak but we still make it. Although I've never made a shake there I've made thousands o would guess it would take two minutes to make them maybe and a minute to clean up the mess so less than five minutes. So needless to say to me tonight seemed like extremely crappy service that I am not accustomed to receiving at quick trip is why I'm writing this. I would want to know if my employees closed a few minutes early and turned customers/guest away.
