customer service
I was in the QT at 15th and Denver. I cannot remember his name, now that I am home, but it started with a D. He had his brown hair combed to the side, and his coworker was a tall, skinny guy. Maybe red hair? Anyway, I'm writing this complaint because I was standing right in front of the register when D decided it was a good time to whisper, "she doesn't have any hair" to his coworker. God forbid he miss getting a glance. I work in customer service, and I get it, you're going to see some characters. WAIT UNTIL THEY LEAVE THE STORE. I'm simply a woman with a shaved head. I'd hate for them to be doing this to women that don't have hair for reasons out of their control. They need to learn better manners if they're going to be dealing with this many people throughout the week. This is my neighborhood QT and I'm extremely annoyed by my experience today.
a customer service ruined...
I am very disappointed with the service that I have experienced tonight at the north Druid location. David the associate at the register at around 11:26pm had the audacity to snatch my I'd of of my hands. I understand that I look young and that I was buying cigarillo but I also know that pulling out an ID out of someone's hand is absolutely rude. I am ashamed to associate this quick trip to my Neighborhood quick trip. I hope that I do not have to cross paths with him again. He is not qualified to be a manager.
food and attitude of employees
Well I would file a complaint but since you all have your heads up your [censor] and all you care about is your big paycheck I won't because I know nothing is going to get done about it. So instead you all are going to make headlines. I'm calling all the tv stations in the Kansas City metro area and show just how your employees treat people and the quality of your food when certain employees work.
respect towards staff and customers
Today at the Quik trip on 71st (store 99), I went in and there were two female employees who were in the kitchen part of the store I believe. I think their names were Tori and Aashnna? I was unable to see their names 100% clearly. I could overhear them during my trip in the store talking rudely about the staff they were working with and being disrespectful also while talking about customers coming into the store with each other. It looked as if they were possibly best friends or something of the sort. It was very obvious to anyone in the store I think that if you happened to look back towards the kitchen it was clear they were talking about people. I am transgender and I never heard them say anything about me in particular but after hearing them talk about others disrespectfully I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I am aware that quiktrip is welcoming to any and all LGBTQ customers and workers which is very appreciated and respected. But after today's visit I can say that after hearing rude comments towards their own staff members and remarks about customers going in and out that I don't feel as comfortable being around that kind of environment. The rest of the store members were polite and nice while I was there. I just felt that I needed to let it be known that I've noticed that at several stores in this past month. Other than today's incident, I love Quik trip and would love to keep supporting you as a company.

my daughter is being bullied by her shift manager
Today at work at store #37 my daughter Jana Yarborough was once again harassed my shift manager Chanda W. after completing her shift she was forced to stay stocking freezers for an extra 30 minutes. I could understand if the incoming crew was short staffed, but they were not. this same manager has repeatedly sent Jana home after driving to Bartlesville and told she was not needed to leave. Tonight she was berated in front of customers several different times. She has complained several times to her main manager and the issue was supposed to have been taken care of. However it seems she is now being retaliated against.
cashier was rude and confrontational
I walk in and cashier was arguing with another customer and threatening to kick him out of the store, i approached and went to buy a tobacco product he ask for i.d. witch is correct but i did not have it, then he snatched the item away and said" that sucks for you" in a rude way, i told him i am not the kind of person you talk to like that and to fix his attitude and walked out.
morning supervisor
This morning at about 4:00 AM I stopped to get a donut and chocolate milk on my way to work. Your morning supervisor was getting upset with 3 customers coming into your store while he was trying to get food ready to put out. He kept yelling be their in a minute, two more customers came in to pay for gas. As he came to the cash register he throw the sandwichs in front of their they go and went up to start ringing people up. As the other customers came in be for me I went to the back of the line. After I paid for my stuff he made the comment that not a single person picked up the things he threw on the ground.
manager yelled at me on christmas eve morning
He asked what was in my 32 oz cup. I replied coffee. Then he scolded me like a child, that I got two coffee's & called them ice one day. I was shocked! He called me a liar, said a customer told him I had done all this one time before. I asked him why he was doing this when he asked his question, I answered and paid correctly then he starts with his accusations. Said he was manager (Evan S.)something like that. I even went back to get his name but was so shaken up for being scolded & accused after paying. I won't go back again, unless this is fixed. I don't understand why he did this to me?
management
I as hire and work for a year busting my butt try hard to come a trainer . And love you company . And then my supervisor to not support me in any way. And I feel like he look for any way to fire me. They told me to listen to my boss and so I did and the next Day I was fire . And only been written up for use one day off I didn't have if this is the way employs are great at the job I hope to see the company grow with complaint . I got fire over a money order because I print it up wrong and try to fix it but I'm ahead my boss told me no...
That is a shame! Quiktrip Corporation what are you going to do about this and other complaints about your managers and racism and poor customer service in your stores?
racism/lack of promotion
I can't believe how badly QT treats their workers even in this day and age when it's illegal to do so. The managers at QT are the worst. They're racist, prejudice men and women who barely finished high school and will never be able to find a job elsewhere. They abuse their authority and are power hungry. They bully the workers. They pick few "favorites" that they want to date or sleep with or hang out with and the rest are abused by them. They only promote these 'favorites' even if they do a crappy job. But they refuse to promote the other good workers. I've personally seen the managers mistreat NA worker because he is of a different race and religion. This manager has even asked other workers to make false complaints against this guy to make him look bad. Whenever he had a good feedback the manager would overwrite it. I don't understand why managers have power to do that. What is the point of it if they can easily change it with lies. It's counterproductive. This manager refuses to promote the NA because he is not white and he will have hard time finding someone else who'll do all that work. See QT doesn't pay the night workers more but they have to do more work at night for same pay. The poor NA works all by himself because the manager refuses to give him help. The manager is so dishonest and unfair. But he claims to be a good Christian. I don't know how he can live with himself. I was so disgusted by him as a Christian that I just couldn't work there anymore. I had to leave. The manager besides being racist would also not follow company policy. He never did shift walk and would blame NA for everything. He even hinted that we will be rewarded if we did something to make NA look bad so he can hold him back and not promote him. Some of the RA even got promoted from lying about NA. But still they don't question him about why only the white guys and girls are being promoted and non whites with better records are not being promoted. I don't understand why the supervisor doesn't look in to it. I think the supervisor is also racist because he started out the same way with just high school education. All the supervisor have never been to college and don't know anything about management. They just pick someone they like and just drive around to all stores. The person they pick to drive around with literally gets a free ride and can be promoted by skipping levels. Everything is set up to be unfair. The HR guy they have is a joke, he is actually a puppet of supervisors and does whatever they tell him to do instead of following legal procedures. Instead of helping the victim he blames them and tells them it's their fault. He tells them to just do whatever the supervisor and manager want or they'll be fired if they bring up any complaints or issues again. He doesn't even keep the complaints confidential but tells the supervisor exactly what the victim said so they can punish him and hold it against him to not promote him and treat him even worse than before. I don't know why the workers don't sue. They probably don't know their legal rights. If any lawyer is reading this who specializes in labor law please stop at QT in Fort Worth, TX and talk to workers there. You have a good opportunity for a lawsuit there. Please help if you're a God fearing Christian and if you have a heart. Jesus would want you to do the right thing.

These same unfair illegal practices are going on across all 11 states that QT has stores in. I am in Arizona and it is really bad.
I no longer work for QT but I DO HAVE AN OPEN CASE PENDING AGAINST THEM with the EEOC and the Civil Rights Division of the AZ Attorney Generals Office.
The only way from what I have researched to date that will ensure compliance with the laws and some kind of satisfactory remedies is for everyone who has been affected by discriminatory practices to immediately file their complaints with the EEOC or the CRD which can easily be done on line in just few minutes. With the 1000's of complaints posted by current and former employees over the span of many years, it is more than obvious that this company has a major problem. And ALL THE COMPLAINING WITHOUT ACTION will not resolve any of these issues. If enough people file (as they rightfully should) to initiate their cases we may as a group have what it takes to be noticed by good law firms who will take on our cases as a class action. QT does NOT want bad publicity and being sued is bad for business.
In the same time spent posting complaints to various websites, you will get actual results taking those few minutes to file on line with the EEOC. Complaining just to talk solves nothing but initiating action together in conjunction with our complaints will definitely make the federal government take notice...and isn't that what you are seeking? May I also say that the remedies for employees who have been discriminated against can be as high as $300, 000 for each event and that does not include punitive damages.

Agree. And its run mostly by white jocs/ men who are extremely sexist and theres zero human factor. Nobody cares how you and ur family are doing or how ur weekend was. Its all face front fake. They only care about the customers and could care less if ur going thru a hard time. Heartless
no breaks
Pulling the spot light off of quicktrip. Did you know that quiktrip doesn't allow any type of lunch break or even 15 minute breaks for their employees. Employees are there working 8 to 10 hour shifts with out breaks. Ever wonder why the clerk ringing you up has food stuffed in their mouths well that's because these employees are trying to eat as they go but are then turned around and called disgusting and unprofessional. But if you ask me the disgust and unprofessionalism comes from quiktrip their selves for not allowing these poor people to eat who work so hard through out the day. So before you go to pass judgement or make your complaint just think about it. I recently learned all of this from talking to mulitiple employees from multiplie quiktrip stores only to here tge same thing. So as a former customer who will no longer be supporting their busniess. I hope this will take necessities in quiktrip to change their policies what type of employeer does not allow their employess breaks.

slip due to wet concrete
I went to the quick trip to buy a tea as I walked outside their was a female employee cleaning the concrete as I stepped out I slipped and lost my balance I didn't fall but because of that I hurt my right hip trying to hold my balance then to top it off the employee laughed at me I could not see her but my wife whom stayed in our car saw her laugh at me .Im very upset that this happened and that that girl got away with being unproffesional and rude ..

Me and 5 of my freinds drank 5 different cans, they wre all flat and nasty tasting. I go through a 24 pk every 3 days. I am a very big fan of dr pepper. Thank you.
Horrible company to work for
QT is a horrible company to work for. They don't even give you a lunch break. Forget about lunch hour, but they don't even give you a 5 minute break. Not even for full time worker who work more than 8 hours per day and more than 40 hour a week. They tell you that if you "have" to eat then you must eat WHILE still ringing customers.
