store was closed temporarily for cleaning!!!
I have never seen this happen before in my life! Why would this employee close the store for an hour the posted note said on outside of doors to clean? She can't clean when it's not busy? There were 10 of us standing outside waiting and she disappears! Saying she the manager! Would a manager really close its doors to clean? Something fishy here!

My friend and I come to QT 4-5 times a week to grab our food for the day. For months we have been asking the on duty supervisor to stock up the 16oz cans of MT Dew and have been ignored repeatedly. The same answer we keep getting from the supervisor is there's 5 cases in the back. Well that's nice but we aren't allowed in the back and it gets incredibly annoying having to ask every time we are here

Let me start by saying how much we love QuikTrip stores and how thrilled we are that our store finally opened back up after the rebuild.
My mom went and purchased some things for us on 5/9/18 around 2pm at the QT location on 41st & Hwy 97. Among the items purchased was a regular size snickers bar.
Our complaint with this product is that when she got it home and we gave it to my daughter we noticed it was already opened. It looked like it had been cut open. I'm not sure how it really got opened before we bought it, but I dont want to take a chance that it may possibly be poinsoned. I have taken pictures which I will attach if possible, but i will not be letting my daughter consume this product.
Im not sure how you can prevent this type of incident from happening, but we wanted to make you aware. We love your store and we will continue to shop there. I guess in the future we will just need to be more observant in the future to avoid wasting our money.

I travel almost everyday and I spent the last year going back and forth from Dallas TX to Tulsa OK. I stopped at a QuickTrip five to six times a week and filled up at your stations and purchased item inside the store. I have two other gas cards; one from Valero and one for Chevron Texaco. I thought given that I spend some much with your company that I apply for a small credit card line like $500 to take advantage of your pricing. Just to let you know that I have over $110k in open lines of credit and I only owe maybe $20k in total and I make over $350k a year. Well you turned me down so I no longer will go to QuickTrip and I not spend a dime where you can't take care of a good customer.
Frankly the whole thing is embarrassing and if I were you I think about another source for your credit card program that Synchrony Bank or some other consumer orientated finance company not some Podunk bank located in some crummy little town. Best regards

I stop by often to get a Diet Mt Dew and have stopped by Harvard/I44 (Tulsa) the last 2 days and it has been out or not in service. Obviously not the end of the world, but it is frustrating (especially the 2nd day) and not be able to get what I came for. I have driven to another QT location to get what I came for (10 miles total). Hopefully this is not a pattern Thanks

I go into the quiktrip on tr Hughes in st Peters MO this morning & I go to get a piece of breakfast pizza, the slices are very noticeably smaller. I ask the girl in the qt kitchen why and she said instead of 6 slices per pizza now they have to cut 8 pieces per pizza and said she has had a lot of complaints. ...and the price is still the same! Shame on you QT you have just lost a loyal customer

I told the cashier that there was ice on right hand of the sidewalk and he stated in a sarcastic voice " is it really " and then laugh about it. I did not get his name but the individual was in his late 20s early 30's African-American with short hair. I visited the store on 1/19/2018 at 11 pm. I thought I was being helpful but I guess quick trip doesn't care about their customers safety and I will never shop at Quick trip again.
pizza by the slice
Quiktrip at the corner of Truman Rd. and Sterling in Independence MO has apparently made their "pizza by the slice" slices smaller. Probably to get an extra slice out of each pizza to increase profit. The first time I thought that it was just a mistake. Next time that I bought a slice I thought this is not a mistake. A friend of mine that buys pizza slices has noticed and said the same thing. How cheap can a company get. They need to make the boxes smaller now so that the slice doesn't slide around so much. That would cut cost and increase profit even more.
It's all of them now, apparently they're getting eight slices our of a pizza instead of six. Definitely pulled a switcheroo and didn't change price. Bad business.
The exact same thing happened at my Saint Louis QuikTrip!

I purchased a lottery ticket evening 2 Jan 18 but received one ticket for 10 dates-not what I believe I asked for. The sales clerk tried to charge my MasterCard until I told her that was not allowed so I paid cash. I realized I had only one number so took it back tonight. The sales clerk-Kameron-treated me like I am total idiot. He was aggressive, arrogant and rude. He did exchange the ticket for what I wanted but did not like when I told him he was "aggressive towards a customer". He said he just explained to me what I had done wrong. He remained unapologetic, rude and arrogant.

I went to use the free item for one of the 12 days and it said that I already had used it. I had not used it but the cashier made it worse by saying that computers don't lie. I was really offended by this and the other worker could see that he offfndedd me as I stood there with my mouth speechless. He jumped in and told me if I even opened the redeemed part after a amount of time it expires. I don't understand if everyone has a special code why would you need to do this and now the other worker thinks I'm trying to pull a fast one on them and get a 2.00 item for free. FYI I still paid for mine. He had no understanding and immediately ignored me and went on with his day.
milk
I have purchased multiple rotten milks in the past month from Quick Trip on Cooper in Arlington, TX. There seems to be a habit of selling the expired milk instead of throwing it out. I caught it once when there was one 2% milk left. By then I had learned to check, especially in this store. This single container was past expiration date. A week later it was gone or so I thought. The rotten milk is now being blended in with the fresh milk so that someone on his way to work like myself will grab it without checking. Congratulations on suckering me again.

Went in on thanksgiving around 9 for a pretzel. They gave me a soaked pretzel in literal oil and butter and salt. Asked for another and waited because I was told they had to take care of other customers first (they were really busy) but I waited around 10 minutes before I finally gave up and left. Horrible service I have high blood pressure and needed a quick meal since everything else was closed and that was just disrespectful and wrong. They know as a employee looking at it themselves they wouldn't eat it.

I visited the Qt on highway 101 in Greer, SC this morning and I was appalled at how the manager spoke to people. A man came in to fix something and she had a full on fight with him while working with customers. He stayed calm and tried to understand and she kept accusing him of having an attitude and not knowing how to do his job. Very I professional. I am assuming she was the manager because she was bossing her staff around very loudly. She has blonde hair and is a middle aged woman. I am in management and I have been for years and I've never seen a manager act out like this in front of her staff and customers at a peak time like breakfast. I cannot imagine how she speaks to her staff regularly. I was very disappointed to see this behavior and I hope I never have to deal with her personally.

The customer before me received rude service and then myself following. Vivian is her name she told me her name when she answered the phone at Qtrip on 31st S Seneca in Wichita, Ks it is my neighborhood qtrip well I asked her how many points I had on my card and wanted to use them she responded very rudely as to the customer before I did tell her she did not have to talk to me as she was loudly and bothered and she responds that that's the way she is. My wife was on the phone listening through my headset and called immediately to that location and asked for a manager it was her who answered she claimed she was not big my wife told her she heard everything. I go to this quik trip daily just about at least 6 days out the week and this was actually the first time I received such rude service. If she don't like her job why is she in this business she needs to be corrected manager or not that's not a good example of how that job is done.

Before pumping gas at this pump number, I tried another pump but after multiple attempts to get the card reader to read my credit card (and multiple messages stating re-insert or re-try) I moved to another pump.
At pump #9, my card was read with no problem. However, after having encountered a problem at the other pump, I was sure to ask for a receipt before making a finalizing my chose of gas. At the end of the transaction, no receipt printed. So, I proceed to go inside to request a receipt. I stood there forever - it was my understanding they were going to receipt me a receipt. But, after one clerk said "I'm going to do something else" rather than continue to provide me with a receipt. Then another employee explained they couldn't provide me with a receipt because something happened to there system. Then another employee ask me how much was the transaction - I responded I do not know anymore. So, he proceeded to run out to the pump and later ran back in and said I guess we will have to give you a manual receipt - as if this was never done.
I'm submitting this complaint because this was handled entirely wrong. Not to mention, the situation was handled as if I had done something to cause this problem to happen. Your employees did not handle this situation properly - when they continued to help everyone else that entered the store without trying to resolve the issue at hand.

Gassed up with premium fuel. Total was $20.13. But and extra $75 was charged to my account! That was fun to find out in line at Walmart! My family gets to go hungry tonight now. Thank you! I only get gas at QT. I have to find a new gas station now, obviously. A $1 hold is totally find. Even an extra $20.12 would have been somewhat reasonable. But more than triple my original payment?! That's insane and definitely NOT okay!
no ice cream... donuts are just cake anymore... what is matter with their service
I was at qt on cave road and cactus.. no ice cream. the register lady asked the food court guy what there was non, not frozen... looks like someone sluffing on the job... also, what happen to the fancy donuts... use to have them with nuts on them, etc... someone at higher ups at qt decided to go cheap on dunuts... we sell only cake donuts from now on...2 thumbs down on qt...
store manager is entirely rude!!!
He is not friendly towards customers, has no experience in customer satisfaction example: just takes your money and goes to the next person doesn't say hi, how's your day, no thank you NOTHING. He is also been very short everytime I have asked him a question or is checking me out. Worst store manager I've came across in kcmo area. I shop QT daily and am entirely dissatisfied with his customer service, how did this rude and non friendly person become a representative of QT as being a store manager. Very sad.

I am a wash your hand wear gloves kind of person! So why do i get two sandwiches and one had the longest string off hair that ends up in my mouth that i almost gag on my jobs brand new floor.. Needless to say I there the sandwiches away. I don't see that being very clean for a kitchen or whatever or whoever made thro a sandwiches. Well you want more I feel I need my money back and some kind of here sorry for having you say hair as long as the damn Disney character

I was very upset to say the least of it for your ATM machine to take my debit card from my credit union, while trying to get money out on my vacation for my birthday. What a disappointment for this machine that is a Wachovia ATM machine to complete the process of acting like it was given me my money and charge me for the service fee on top of it. Then to proceed by having a several employees from QUIKTRIP to tell me when I approach them about what happened. For them to tell me and the person that was with that they have been having problems with this machine taking people cards. When they attempted to get cash. This is so crazy and very disappointing to hear this. Went to Wachovia since this is what I was told to do after what happened. Just I thought it couldn't get any worse to find out that their is nothing that couldn't be done to contact my local bank. This crazy . The machine # 0004 location Rock Hill, SC. This is very unacceptable and needs to be fixed on my behalf. Sign Angela a very upset customer. As of now still doesn't have a credit card to use for my transaction. Sad Sad.. Date occurred July 25, 2017 time 8:59am. And I do have proof my receipt.. Looking back for a reply.
